I go here once in a while when I need something. I havent had any issues with products or prices. The staff are helpful and know the locations of items.

Went to buy a saw and was headed to self checkout and this very nice lady named Elaine helped me save about 200 Dollars on a battery and saw bundle she was very helpful and nice!

Went in last night to buy a new washing machine & emily was extremely helpful & patient with us ! we come here a lot to get work supplies & have never run into any problems & staff is always nice!

Customer service is pretty bad. Was looking at Milwaukee heated jackets, the display is supposed to have both L and XL to try on. Both displays were XL so I asked the gal at the pro desk if she could get a manager. She just stares at me so, after a long weird stare I say, its a yes or no question! She said she could with an attitude so I just left at that point. Not spending $200-$300 on a coat I cant try on and when speaking to an employee and she acts like Im speaking a language she doesnt understand! She has no business at the pro desk if she cant answer questions!

Has a lot of great products in the store but I have a hard time finding help from employees when I need it.

Betty, was very helpful, curtious, and a pleasant person that I came in contact with today. She made my shopping experience a pleasant one.I thanked her for that.I dont want to forget the gentleman who greeted us at the entrance door. He made us feel welcomed.

The fastest way to get help at home depot is go buy a phone and download the app to look for something.if you need wood cut they sometimes pass by there so that should be just fine.theyre fairly well stocked but finding things can be a pain. Staff is absent and should you find one they just Google it anyway and even then Ive had them get it wrong on multiple occasions.

Rebuilding my house, this place is well set up, can find anything in the app in store by the isle and bay numbers.

Do not order online unless you are prepared to be out of your money for a long period of time. Ordered a sink that the store had 3 in stock of on Sept 2nd. The label has been created and thats it. Even though it states its shipped, it hasnt even moved. The date just gets pushed every 3 days. So here we are a month later and still no sink and still hasnt left. I ended up just going to the store and buying it. So now I am out $200. Home depot says they cant refund me till I actually get the sink...because it says shipped. What a joke.

Ari was so helpful and friendly! She went out of her way to help me fit the huge workbench into the tiny Sudan. She put the back seats down which I didn’t even know my car can do. She even grabbed some strings to stabilize it in the end. I don’t know whether the manager of the store looks at the reviews here at all but she deserves a promotion!!

Jim was very helpful when we were looking for walk-in showers. Then he showed us the Onyx and described how it worked. Two thumbs-up Jim!

The place was clean and well organized.I was able to find what I was looking for with relative ease. My only issue is that they are really pushing the self service checkout. Im not really a fan. I prefer the standard register and clerk. That said, it worked smoothly.

Employees are always friendly and helpful.Things are clearly marked and easy to find at this location.

Unfortunately this is the only place that carries Milwaukee tools in this town and also cement board for tile and showers Menards couldnt locate it walked around and asked 3 different people no one new what we were talking and just had us running in circles so at least good old home Depot had what we needed

Amazing customer service. Purchased a grill from the South store. Had some problems with it. Took it back to the north store. They took it back. Made the process easy and helped me upgrade to a better grill.

Went to home depot to pick up some items I needed. Everything I needed was in stock. Checkout was easy and fast.

We love coming here for our next project. Everything is right there. We can even order online and it will be in these cool lockers. Staff is helpful 99% of the time. Every now and then ya get one that is not the nicest, but what business doesnt. Its just so easy to get and get out.

Always love Home Depot. They are my go to for crafts, supplies, and really cool tools! I love my tools. Lol

Several of us were waiting for help, one blond haired gal seemed to be busy so she wouldnt have to help us. She had little eye contact and never spoke a word. The young man stopped what he was doing and helped us.

It was easy to find help to locate a specific item. Plenty of employees at the registers. In and out quickly! Doesnt get any better than this!

Good selection of products for our various home improvement projects. Employee that helped us was also very friendly. Prices seem more than reasonable. Store is better organized than Menards in my opinion.

Home Depot is my preferred home improvement store. I love the staff knowledge of the store and that if you cant find what you are looking for the staff will gladly help you scour the shelves for the item. Layout is phenomenal, and the crowds at the register are always minimal. Selection cant be beat.

Ive been shopping all over town for a very specific type of light bulb that apparently isnt carried just anywhere and a home Depot actually had it. The associates for friendly and helpful. And we were in and out and about 30 minutes

This location sadly did not have anything that I was looking for. I had to find the wood I needed somewhere else because this location was out of stock. This Home Depot still gets a 5 star review because the people in the wood department helped me find another location to find what I was searching for at the end of the day.

Found the planters and 2 water pumps for waterfalls. Quick with the self check out with no waiting.

I ordered flooring to get sent to the store and the tracking information wasn’t updating. I called and a lady checked into it and called me within 10 minutes to let me know it was delivered and ready. Garrett and Dusty were very helpful getting my pallet loaded up for me. There were a couple boxes damaged on from shipping. They gave me some options on how to make it right. I ended up getting those boxes discounted. They even gave me candy while I waited. :) Super helpful people!

They have a big garden area and we found a nice size rose bush as well as other types of flowers. Cashier was very helpful and nice.

Always have what I need under one roof. Fast in and out as the isles are marked well.

They didnt give me my full pickup order, even though I was charged for it.tben when I sent spouse to get the rest they where nasty with him, claimed it had already been picked up! Totally subpar from any experience Ive ever had at any other home depot!

Dont bother calling to speak with a representative. The phone will just ring and ring. Called three different time throughout the course of a business day, each time for 20-30 min and not once did someone answer. Lowes however, answered within a couple mins of my 1ST call. GG Home Depot.

But I say about The Home Depot they are one of the better stores in town as far as hardware is concerned they always have great products and great service I always go in there and shop for sales I love their shells on their lightbulbs their appliances their paint and whatever else they might have on cell its always a good deal the products are always top of the line

While home depot doe provide alot of home repair, diy things, paints etc, the home depot off of 27th has some very rude customer service workers. Alot of them were too busy in their own conversations to help me. All I needed was stucco tape. Luckily a shopper knew where to find it and was able to assist me. Very disappointed in the service, while I still may shop at home depot, it probably wont be this one again.

Good brand name tools and home improvement stuffs you can find in this store. Also, they have good promotions programs such as 10 % discount or 24 months free interest.

They keep messing up my order and the delivery of a lawn mower. I wonder if Ill ever see it. When I inquired about my order, the store manager was very condescending to me and talked down to me as if I had done something incorrect. If I could give zero or negative stars for this issue I would.

Carry’s name brands at a good price

I was disappointed with the response we received from the Pro desk.Several people standing around and no one had a clue about composite decking. We were told to come back tomorrow when Tom was working.Finally one gentleman approached us and did show us some decking and explained our options. Then referred us back to the Pro desk to get specific prices.Apparently, the computers werent working properly and was referred back to Tom who will be at work tomorrow.

Did not have the items I was looking for although they were simple everyday items for home repair tired of wasting my time looking for things that no one knows where they are in the store and they arent anywhere in the store to be found in the first place

Went for a snow shovel cause mine broke after 15 years and they have been out for two weeks. Its called preperation. You always stock extra seasonal stuff when its in season. And always have plenty ordered for every delivery that drops at the store.

Home Depot is an amazing store. The service is very good and unlike its competitors theyre very knowledgeable in every department. I like the fact that when I come here with a question it is answered. If they dont know they find out for you. If you ask for somethings located the majority of the time they will walk you to the aisle you need to go to. Ive also discovered that the pricing is equal to the competitors so theres really no reason not to come to the store. I own a rather large business here in Lincoln when it comes to my renovation needs this is the only place Ill go

Had the items we wanted, was able to browse the store rather freely, even with precautions in place. Staff were attentive and helpful, even with a couple of tricky questions. Store was clean and appeared to have wiped down carts and baskets.

The employees are always very helpful and they have a great selection of products. Their displays have been helpful in planning house projects.

I cant believe that I found fresh cucumber & tomato plants this late in the year. They had alot of other vegetables there too. Enough to start a whole new garden. (All fresh off the truck this week). Boston fern plants & other beautiful flowers in stock that you can never find this late in the year. They also had a huge 50% off sale on trees, rose bushes & other plants for my flower garden. They had alot of very pretty mixed flowers pots that I had a hard time leaving there this time, but my truck was full & the only annual plants I bought was my veggie plants Thanks to all the Home Depot garden Staff for answering all my questions & for being so pleasant to shop with, especially in this heat. Its so hard to find true customer service these days that I can really appreciate. Thank you again! I really love my new plants!

Bought a $180 commercial grade Toro weed whacker from Home Depot two (2) months ago. The line spool is already worn out and wont load the line. Home Depot has no replacement parts nor do they stand behind their warranty. They tell me where I can go buy my parts...Weve spent alot of money at Home Depot for tools n supplies. Will NEVER patronize Home Depot ever again.

Ordered my order for curbside pick up on 04/26/2020 at 1 pm, waited till 5pm (day prior same thing happened) but order wasnt ready for pick up yet. I was understanding and planned to go the next day. 04/27/2020 recieved notification that my order was ready for pick up, went at 7 AM and called the curb side pick up number. Lady on the line was rude the entire time as if we were bothering her and told us its still too early and had us waiting for an hour, no one came out till 8:04 AM. How is it too early when you opened at 6 AM? and weve done curbside pickup at 6:30 AM in the past.

Hardly anyone was wearing face masks, including employees. People were up close and personal like nothing happened. I guess it just reflects the trumpism in that company. Ill do my home improvement shopping at menards from here on out. At least they are a responsible business.
