Mark the best kindest helpful person Ive met @ any location. But Im Bellevue so Im blessed I get to deal with him. He a super manager. Treats you like family. Ive been with the company 42 years. Wouldnt go else where everything I own came from them. And were still renting. Love the little home town store. Good prices quality and service. Thanks for all your hard work. God bless. This is the worst business, I have ever come into contact with. From the manager down to the representatives. I have used different locations and they were amazing!! However, if you want to be treated like less than a human you should definitely go to the South Locust location. Do yourself a favor and pick a different rental company if you are in need of any product. Aarons and Rent a center are way more professional, and understand youre a human. Not a paycheck.

Went to office on Tue evening. Talk to jeovany and was told we needed to put down payment of 300 dollars to get what we were looking at. We have never had a down payment before renting from ace. Got told I would get a call wed never got a call. I would like to go pay to get my stuff but I feel like we are getting run around. This is the grand island store. Very upset
