This dollar tree here in Michigan was great! The shelves were stocked really neatly and knick knacks were really nice. Store was clean and employees were nice and professional!

I love to dollar tree i just need to pick up small things I just go there great. amount of this and that froze food drinks of snacks and real food great for someone who lives alone its small packages

My experience was very good, beside the employees were really rude especially the guy that cashed me out!! I love all the products they have definitely worth a dollar. They have more products then any other dollar tree Ive been too.

I like the products in this store and availability but there was this one worker that kicked us out and even called the police for literally nothing my kids were with me. she lied about them roaming around and making a mess but the whole time they were with me and would not go about more then 7 feet from me. She made us have a bad experience and I think you guys should act about this. I told the police officer to check the cameras about what happened but they declined. the African American lady working there was very rude but the others did their jobs very well.

Dollar stores are chaotic, but this one is not. Its organized and up to date. Large variety, great value. The American Dollar is still going strong.

The Store Manager isnt very friendly or welcoming. As far as the products, there is a pretty decent selection. I only wish the staff were more friendly.

First time in this location. They had a nice selection I was able to find some new patterns in the liners that go in your cabinets. Would definitely shop there again.

This store on E jeffersonThey actually need help! They extremely understaffed. The store is a mess because of it and the shelves are not stocked.The one on Southfield and Dix is more organized but still lacked a lot of things in their craft department as well

Always alot of items to choose from only bad thing was lines were too long. Only two cashiers they were trying to go their fastest but just needed more help.

Arrived at this dollar store 4 minutes before close, they had already locked one door and had a worker sweeping and blocking entrance at the exit door. The worker stated we are about to close in 4 minutes and continued to block the exit door. Extremely rude and unprofessional, had it been past 9 pm or closer to 9 pm I could understand. Avoid this Dollar tree.

Dont recommend this one. The manager on duty was rude. When she spoke over the intercom she was very rude as well. Then the lines were insanely long and she wanted the cashier to go on break while there was at least 40 people in line all together. The manager there should not be a manager. Needs to be more professional.

The one on Southfield and Dix is one of the larger ones. Love coming here because they have a larger selection.

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Michelle especially. She is always smiling and even willing to go look in the back room if I dont see something on the shelf. You have a QUALITY employee!! I was a manager at Walgreens before I had to retire. I know an excellent employee when I see one. You should be proud to have such a great crew!

I love Dollar Tree. My husband would say too much, lol. The DT usually has the little cheap things I need. Great place for getting cards, stationary, pens, and even makeup if youre not looking for really awesome stuff.

Cashier was nice manager on duty was very rude cashier asked for change lady talked to her very rudely and walked away

I love shopping at this store the only problem is that the workers are fallowing people like they were stealing & they had 2 baskets of stuff that they bought

I didnt like the layout of this store as it was different than what Im used to and the shelf with plastic storage bags was nearly empty. But the service was excellent. The card reader malfunctioned as I was trying to pay but the employees all worked together to figure it out.

Store was clean, organized and had items to stock on shelves. Manager was on the floor handling business. Would definitely come back.

Lots of selection employees were nice but only one register open if more people would have been there would have been probably a 30 minute wait to check out.

It was Ridiculous !! They need more help in the store.. someone wanted 20 balloons and they had to take two cashiers to blow up the balloons leaving a good size line to just getting longer and longer.. it was so long it reached the back of the store!

Every time I go to this store is a problem looks like Michelle don’t like her job she’s super rude at every body like if she hates to be there I love that store because is close to my house but unfortunately I’m not going back to that location

Store is always well stocked.They never leave unopened boxes in the aisle like other Dollartree stores.

The store stays up to date with the new products and such and I absolutely love that aspect but the manager oh boy is she rude . She is the most unfriendly person ever working in retail its unbelievable. Its sad to say that my child young in age notice how unfriendly she is and told her listen lady have some compassion . But I will not let her ruin my trips to the dollar tree as I go multiple times in a week.

Good people work there and they have what you want and do not expect.

A vast majority of staff is always cranky, rude, gossiping and just in inviting. I always speak and say good morning and they always mumble back. They are all older, seasoned ladies who you can tell are very miserable. I still go here however, with a smile and spend my money. Hopefully they all cheer up soon.

Love the selection of items they offer but the manager or employees are extremely rude to costumers. That’s why I don’t go there often. I wanted to use coupons one time. The manager was very annoyed with it.

One of the better Dollar Trees in the area. It was difficult to walk out of there without purchasing so much more than what I came in for (though walked out with more than the two items I came specifically for). My first time at this location and they had a lot of stock and the place was clean and orderly. They were taking a delivery at the time, so not enough cashiers, but that was my only complaint.

The store manager to not customer friendly. She is very disrespectful to customers and could care less about the customers. Very long lines. When lines ( one line all the time) are long, she just walks around the store, not trying to open another line for customers. This store manager has been reported to Better Business . The store needs a new manager that cares for the customers. Lincoln Park Business Association have been notified also.

This location just opened a couple of months back if Im not mistaken. It would get more stars from me if they had more cashiers. Everytime Ive gone in there so far, theres a long line and one cashier open. Either no one calls for help, or it takes about 15 minutes for help to come.

First time there today. Friendly cashier, people were all masked, no issues. They had what I wanted in stock and long lines, but moved at a decent clip.

7/7/19 was my second time going to this particular location. The first time was an in & out ordeal --I walked straight to the Party section realized that I could exchange some items I had previously purchased from a different location. Dollar Tree only allows exchanges -I decided not to spend anymore money and to come back with my exchange. During this visit I did not have interaction with any staff.However, 7/7/19 was a completely different experience. I do not remember the womans name but there was an African American/Black female, possible tattoo on her right arm, with straight/curled hair (wig), who was obnoxious, rude, and the epitome of unprofessionalism.(**I do not include the fact that she was wearing a wig to demean/degrade, only as a means to describe who she is because I do not remember her name.)I believe this is the same Michelle others are referring to, who has made this experience a less than tolerable one. She was at the cash register counting her drawer when I approached, I stood off a bit as not to interrupt. She stopped counting, had a pleasant conversation with someone who knew her, then continued counting. I waited to ask if I should leave my bags at the front or if it was okay to proceed with shopping? She replied, Do you even have your receipt!?I could hear her angrily yelling throughout the store to customers, You know better, you cant leave out of here with that cart! Their carts have long vertical poles to prevent you from exiting the store with them.I stayed a longer hoping her line would close just to prevent from having to deal with her during check out. Finally, I heard her yell that she was going on break --I proceeded to checkout with Keri. Keri was one of the nicer employees. Unfortunately she never experienced a customer with an exchange. So, someone else called Michelle over to assist. :/I had a few items to exchange, on different receipts. I took the time to separate the items into bags with ea. receipt and marked where the items were. At this point she manged to say, Thank you, that makes it easier. THREE items in, and she shoves my receipts back to me and said, I dont have time for this. Im working on my break! She threw the items in the return basket and walked away.My items were exchanged, etc. However, she did so without following their protocol. Which, I am not complaining about, because I could not care less. I dont know what her strengths are but her weaknesses are apparent.Everyone else was pleasant/okay --if you must go here, avoid Michelle.

Clean store. Very well-stocked. Everything was easily accessible and maintained well. This is a great location. I would recommend.

I’m never coming back to this location. I’ve never seen such miserable workers. I was shopping and out of no where this old cranky lady came up to me asking what I did with the trident gum I had in my cart mind you I never even picked up any trident gum then harassed me around the store. So unprofessional and embarrassing. I’m never coming back. Beyond rude employees.

I went in to your store last week and normally I wear a mask but forgot, and one of your employees screamed at me I had to put a mask on, if she would have walked up to me from 6ft away and told me to put a mask on I wouldve been fine with that, but to scream at me from 20 ft away is totally wrong. I will never shop there again!

Michelle I believe her name is the rude person I meet in my life. I for the life of me can not figure out how she even has a job In customers service let alone be in management. I was in today asked for my Receipt and she told me I can’t get one and I asked why and she gave me her attitude with out a valid reason why I don’t have my Receipt. It’s probably because she hit the no button without even asking do I want one. If she does not want to serve the customers she should not be working. I would please like someone from corporate to handle her ASAP

The store is very clean. I have found unique items here. They do sell food so far everything I have bought is fine. Their frozen food beats major grocery stores.

I have been in this store a handful of times every time im in there one lady is always very rude to costumers and employees she is always yelling at everyone i heard her say ima hit the next person that ask me if i work here and this last time i went in for a newspaper i looked inside as i was gonna get in line and a worker rudely yells out if your looking in to for coupons we take them out after Sunday how can you sell something your taking product out of it .thats like buying just the shoe box with no shoes in it!

Staff are always helpful & willing to go out if their way. Huge selection in store. Bigger space than before. Great changes. Will continue to go here. Been here 3x this week 😮

Rude customer service

Lines were super long due to only one cashier. The associate said it was due to shift change. But still they should be better staffed

Worst one downriver. Its just a few days left before Christmas and they had ONE register open. The line was huge. I felt sorry for the poor cashier. Its like that every time I go there. Shame its so close to my house. Never again.

Today was my worst experience ever at this location, (The Manager)MICHELLE NEEDS TO GO!!! ASAP!Me and her fellow employees also agreeHer time is up customers who witnessed the way she talked to me as she was directing me in checkout, we all agreed that it was Very Unprofessional and Im sorry Ive been giving her the benefit of the doubt for years even when she was in the strip mall across the street on Dix but today she crossed the line because I understand that customers are going to make you upset and they are going to be bothering you with minuscule problems but you dont have to take it out on them because you are having a bad day I always gave her the benefit of the doubt but today she was just rude and mean and nasty for no reason and I just cannot take it no more I enjoy this location but I would just rather not see her there anymore. Miss Tina you are Great! Keep up the good work.

Clean well organized and prices are great. Only problem is frequently only one cashier and long line. Also dont buy more than you can comfortably carry as no carts are allowed out the door.

Little messy and not much of a selection of product

Clean and organized. My cashier was polite and professional. She answered my question about a spice and offered info. on type of food it is used on top of.

I would give 5 stars but there was only 1 register open & 2 managers no where to be seen until it became a very long line. The beginning of every month is social security payday they should schedule more cashiers.

I love this place its my favorite store ever! This one is really big too. It has a lot more items in it then the smaller stores. Its very clean at that. I want a job there so bad most of my check would be spent there lol...I love DIY and this is the place for it plus for a party! Cant bet it!
