These guys literally saved my daughter. Her car stopped running on the way back to school and they towed the car within 30 mins (at 5 pm), took her to a hotel, and picked her up after replacing the alternator. Great service, great price. I am beyond grateful.

I am reading the negative comments about Jeff, all I can say is to each his own. Jeff has been my mechanic now for over five years and I have never had a problem with him, his service or his staff. He has treated me with the upmost respect and if he found himself running behind due to demand he has always communicated with me. I refer all my associates to Autohaus. If you make decisions based totally off of reviews....That is an issue in itself but give the man an opportunity and make your own determination. Keep doing what you do Jeff, in this super sensitive culture of America you are bound to come across people who will not be pleased/ satisfied regardless. I appreciate you bro.

This place is great they do great quality work and get you in and out. They fixed my hood that gave me a difficult time because I went to three other shops to get it fixed and no one knew what to do. my release cable cord was broken and didnt even need to put on the new cable cord. These people know their work. Thank you Autohaus.

He had my car for 3 months. Was trying to get warranty to pay repairs. They denied my claim because he did not do what he was supposed to. Wanted to charge me $2400 but he did not do any repair. Oil leaking worse than before. Horrible service. Disrespectful man as well as a liar and thief

I am a customer that reads reviews for EVERYTHING! AutoHaus has been my team for 4 years now. I found them thru GROUPON getting my oil changed. This is the only mechanic and team that has serviced my car. They have been nothing bit professional and honest. This team has serviced just about everything on my car. I have referred my family and friends (all women) because mechanics tend to take advantage of women. Not to mention that a woman is there to greet you (preCOVID) is a plus because she is extremely familiar with automobiles. The fact that Jeff has managed to weather this pandemic is remarkable.I have read some of these reviews and it’s hard for me to believe that he or any of his team is unprofessional or dishonest. Everyone has their experience but mine has been nothing but good! My car runs better than some of these newer cars. Even when my car was serviced and something wasn’t quite right with the service he willingly corrected the issue.So if you want a reliable, honest, and professional team AUTOHAUS is where you should patron.

I wish it could be a lower rating. I went to get the front breaks fixed since I seen an ad on Groupon. First when I walked and up to the lady at the desk she did not acknowledge me for around 6 minutes because she was looking on the computer eventually I just sat down than 2 minutes later asked if I need help after I stood in her face for 6 minutes. Next she explained the breaks offered with the Groupon are not good and will squeak after 2 weeks and have no warranty and I should buy the ones that are 40 dollars more. Next I sat for 3 HOURS on just the front breaks but couldn’t help but notice customers who were paying with cash were getting their cars in and out before mine. After waiting for 3 hours I see a man pull my car to the front so I assume it’s done but wasn’t handed the keys. The keys sat at the desk with the lady for another 20 minutes and she didn’t call me up until AFTER I made a phone call talking about how long the service had been as if she forgot to hand me the keys. After driving for about two minutes I notice that the window button is broken as if somebody pulled on it very hard, I planned on calling them about if since I was now running late to work, I go home and get ready for work and on the way there as I’m driving the hood of the car flys up as I am driving at around 40 mph. I pull over and call them because this has never happened to me before. They explain that they only touched the breaks and I must had lifted the hood after I left. Mind you I know nothing about cars why on earth would I lift the hood of my car for no reason AFTER I just left the auto shop. They repeat lay said they didn’t touch the hood. Afterwards I get on the phone with others and they explain that when you get breaks done they change the break fluid as well which involves popping the hood. So now I know that they lied completely or just didn’t do their job. Either way they refuse to take any responsibility and stopped answering my phone calls. I hope they know this isn’t the end of this legal actions will be taken

Trust. That’s a word you don’t often associate with mechanics, especially if you’re a female that doesn’t know anything about cars. Jeff & Phinah changed that for me. They’ve always been accommodating, fair pricing & don’t try to sell me more than what I can in for. I live in Woodstock, not close by all means but the drive is well worth the service they provide!

This place is completely trash, Mr Jeff is not helpful at all. His communication skills was not up to par. They clearly take this job as a joke without considering people’s everyday lives. When it comes to The lady at the front desk, she basically gave me run around. Fire her & find someone better. This place has the audacity to hold a car for 2months without even touching it. Whenever you call it’s always an excuse with them . They then had the audacity to lie about fixing the car while charging me money. This place needs to be shut down immediately .

The outside appearance looks like a junk yard. The inside wasnt clean as well the waiting area was dirty and the TV wasnt working or not turned on. But everyone seemed nice and the mechanic gave me useful information on my vehicle. I like the fact that they send an email of all the issues found with your vehicle. Price and quality of work seems fair.

Worst service ever, got my break pads and rotors replaced paying $380 with 2yr warranty but my issue reoccurred again in 3 months and I couldnt go due to COVID-19 and I recently went they asked me pay $300 for the service which is still under warranty. They also recorded wrong odometer during my service, beware. Theyre completely fraud. Just want to ment money. Dont go here..

Please do not take your vehicle here. They are only good at oil changes. They are unprofessional lack communication and are scammers. They held my vehicle for 2 months and everytime i asked for an update there was an excuse. We didnt get to your car its busy. We ordered the wrong part they did that about 5 times. I have little confidence in your ability to repair a vehicle if you cant even order the right part. I finally requested my vehicle back to take elsewhere. When i went to pick up my car i was told i had a balance of 900 dollars but they couldnt explain what they repaired. When i looked at my vehicle all the lights were on in my dashboard. It was lit like a Christmas tree. Which i found interesting since none of the lights were on when i dropped it all for repairs. He explained he broke a wire and would fix it at no additional cost. Oh how nice of you to fix something you broke on my car at no additional cost to me. Like duh. Then kept my car an additional month. I finally finally said i want my car. He refused until i paid 900 dollars. I said we will see about that i called the local police. When they arrived he said my balance was 500 how did it change in just 20 minutes. I believe i owe nothing since none of the requested work was completed and what was done was done poorly and i now have additional problems with my vehicle that i did not have before. But i paid it just to get my car back because the police could not enforce the returning of my car and the legal route would have taken weeks or months and i needed my vehicle so i could trade in or repair it elsewhere. But please know that i will still be taking legal action. This is not how you treat customers. They make you wait in their cold lobby for hours with no update. Dont call before they so call fix something they think is broken and then request payment for unauthorized repairs. This place just sucks i could go on and on but im not. Please just take your vehicle elsewhere it will cost you peace of mind money and time if you take it to Autohaus Group in Lilburn.The reply from Autohaus is a lie. I was quoted 1200 to repair my vehicle i provided 400 deposit. you held my car hostage for 2 months. i became suspicious when i was informed that an employee had my car at their home. the employee had my car for a week without my permission. when i demanded my car to be returned to me i received multiple text and calls that i can come get it but i owe 900. oh now your phone works. because for 2 months i could barely get a hold of you all and when i did there were lies and excuses. i only used this place beacuse it was recommened by a friend. but i didnt owe $900. if you do the math $1200 minus $400 is $800 so where the other $100 come from. i requested a breakdown on the work completed, Jeff the owner could not specifically say. I still dont have a receipt. when i demanded my keys Jeff refused. So I called the police. because i was not going to give more money without proof of work and my vehicle has more damage then it did when it had arrived. Jeff admitted he broke a wire in my car which made the lights on the dash turn on but what he did not admit was he didnt know how to correct it. every light is on the EPC, check engine, ABS, air bag, tire pressure, my cruise control no longer works, etc. so he experimented on my car for 2 months to finally say it will cost $3400. i bet it will cost $3400 because i guess you guys need money maybe the pandemic has lowered your income now you want to scam people. i refused to pay $900 so i called the police. the police spoke to Jeff and he told the police the balance was $500, oh how did it go down $400 if you did the work? why would you settle for less than you are owed? i only paid the $500 because to take you court would cost money, time and effort i didnt want to waste. i dont trust you people. i just wanted to rid you from my life. you are horrible business people. God knows the truth and vengeance will be His. Karma is real.

Nothing but excellent things to say about Autohaus Group. The customer service was excellent. Very friendly, honest, and transparent.The pricing was very reasonable. They quoted and completed a rear strut replacement on my vehicle for less than a third of what the dealership garage was quoting. I will be returning for more service in the future.

Awesome and amazing service!!! I cannot express how grateful I am for their service! My husbands car has been sitting for months thinking that we would have to change the whole transmission and after being referred to Auto Haus, we took it to them, they looked at it and told us it wasnt the transmission. Anyway, long story short, my husbands vehicle was fixed and back on the road in NO TIME!! Thanks again so much to the Autohaus team, I know we would have still been stranded if not referred to you! I got a Groupon for a 4 wheel alignment. I called and scheduled an appt for a Monday but I ended having to go the the ER. I didnt call them to let them know for obvious reasons. I called the next day and they just set me up for another appt and didnt question why I didnt come on Monday but I did explain after. I had a doctors appt (follow up after ER)prior to my wheel alignment and it was taking a long time. I called to let them know my situation and they accommodated me and let me bring my car after I got done with the doctors appt. When I went in, the receptionist was very friendly and they accommodated me graciously. There was a sensor reset fee of $15 optional and I did pay for it. But just like another customer mentioned, its a business. Actually many companies do this, when I got a Groupon for highlights after my highlights were done she asked if I wanted at toner it would be $30 more. Ummm....she could have told me that beforehand but I guess thats how they do it. Same thing with other locations for highlights and using Groupon, the toner is not included. So it may be a good rule of thumb to ask ahead of time if there will be other costs associated with your service that may be needed so that you can budget accordingly. I had no idea how long I was going to wait for a 4 wheel alignment but I figured I would be there a long time but I got notice at 3:23pm the technician started to work on my vehicle and at 3:44pm it was done. Wow! That was very impressive. Because I arrived at 3:05 straighten out my car a bit walked in handled the Groupon and gave them my keys they took my car in so 3:23 was on point when they started but it was astonishing how quickly they finished. I was really impressed. I definitely plan to go there if I need service and I do highly recommend Autohaus Group!!

Went in to claim a free oil change to find out the oil change wasnt free, because of the type my car take. Even though I was told it didnt matter. Then after having to deal with the rude woman behind the counter she told me I couldnt get a refund for what I paid for the coupon. I asked who I could contact then she proceeded to tell me she had no information of the guy that sold it to me. She claimed he didnt work for their company at all yet they still accept the coupon? When I asked if there was anyone I could speak to she answered smugly that the only people were the owners and they NEVER COME IN according to her. Must be hard to run a business like that. Then she went to ask a worker if he knew where the guys info was. Then they said theyd contact me when they find it. The coupon says no refunds but the only reason I got it was because it was falsely advertised to me. 10/10 dont get mechanic work here

Well I took my car to autohaus group for a oil change and a tire alignment. My truck never leaked oil before. However as soon as I got home I had a huge oil spill in my driveway. I took my car back to autohaus on hwy 29 lilburn ga, the guy claims it wasnt his issue and he didnt cause the leak. How is it that I never had a oil leak before you guys at autohaus did my oil change. The customer service act as if they didnt care. I even contacted the owner and had no response!!!! $800 later to get someone to stop the oil leak. That was my 1st time at autohaus and because of the lack customer concern I will never take my car are truck there never again!!!!!

Amazing experience here. They were fast, efficient, and friendly. My oil change was done quickly without a wait...on a Saturday! Also, they did not make me feel pressured to upgrade services and told me truthfully about what needed to be fixed on my car with a reasonable timeline for how long I could wait to fix the defect. Please read all reviews and go someplace else! I went here to have my front breaks replaced and tires rotated. First off, I sat in the lobby and could see the lack of quality work going on. The tires were never rotated, and when I brought this up to the secretary she told me they were...even though I could see the entire time that the back tires were never touched. I paid for the upgraded ceramic break pads, and I anticipated some squeak for a few days following. However, its been over a week and the squeak accelerated to a worrisome high pitch squeal that sounded like metal on metal. I took my car in to another place were I was told that they havent seen pads like that before. It looked as though the pads were replaced but that was it. They were taken out and replaced with no other care. Terrible break pads and terrible service. If you are a new customer and considering trying this place out, please dont! Keep doing research and find a better auto repair shop that will give you quality service!

I went in for a 4-wheel alignment, they did indeed complete this service. I used a Groupon for that service. However, I would like to inform others of the $25 fee besides the Groupon for resetting the Steer Angle Sensor. They explained that newer cars have a sensor that resets the steering wheel back to normal even though the physical tires are indeed aligned. I think it would be better transparency for future customers and Groupon users for that potential fee to be stated on the Groupon details so customers who end up having they sensor are aware of this charge. She said it was my choice if I got it done or not. I opted to not get it done. I called Pep Boys afterwards to get a second opinion. Pep Boys is generally more expensive but they told me a Steering Angle Sensor reset is normally included in a tire alignment. He also told me I should’ve been informed beforehand that my car required that reset before completing the job and then trying to charge that fee. He offered to check it for me and if it was just resetting the steering angle, and no other programming, they would do it for free. I’m not sure if this was just an individual offer after explaining my situation but I really appreciated their help. I took it in that same day and they reset it for free. In the future, I would rather pay the extra buck for the extra transparency.

I had some work done recently on my 1993 GMC Sonoma truck from our trusted local family-man mechanic which resulted in me needing to get my tires aligned. I found them on Groupon and figured I’d give them a try. I also needed my transmission fluid/filter replaced and a friend told me to make sure that they back flushed. Phinah welcomes you with warmth and a smile that I typically don’t see or expect from an auto repair shop. My mechanic, Kevin, brought me into the shop while my truck was up on the garage jack. He was brutally honest which I appreciate, especially when dealing with service personnel (especially automotive). He said I needed a part replaced in order to properly align the tires. It was the engine arm, and why a former mechanic only changed one side (he showed me) I don’t know. He said he’d align it and take my money but it will only cause further complications and I’d have to come back a second time for a second alignment. There were some other things he found, but he didn’t push me to get them fixed. He prioritized them and told me what to look for as signs that it’s time to come back. While waiting, Phinah sent me a plan and I decided to go ahead with the repair. New tires would be nice but only when I wanted them vs needed them (if I left things as is). The price was superb and the part was ordered, delivered and installed the same day. I checked my quote with my family mechanic and he was surprised. I think I have found my new automotive repair shop!Jeff, the manager, was present and on point. I highly recommend that you get a quote from Autohaus Group Atlanta next time you are in need of a tune up or repair. And don’t forget GROUPON!!!

Psycho receptionist STALKED and HARASSED me when I left a negative review on Yelp. She sent me 27 emails in one day harassing me online. I called Autohaus to complain and I asked to speak to the owner, and the psycho receptionist started screaming about how only God can judge her. This really scared me. She knows my name and address, I am genuinely scared for my safety.

Great service. I am a first time customer, and I enjoyed my experience. The staff was friendly and honest. I was told by Acura my brakes were worn down. I brought it to Autohaus, and all I needed was air in one of my tires. They showed me the brakes were about 50% worn and said they would check them the next time I needed an oil change. They did not charge me anything. I read some of the bad reviews and do not see how anybody could make a bad comment about these guys. Autohaus Keep doing what you are doing. Honesty and hard work will pay off.

This place was an absolute joke !!! If I could give no star I Would . I was recommended by someone I worked with who said she had no problem with this place. So I decided to take my Grand Prix up there because it had some over heating issues, and was hoping it would be fixed, my husband would call often to check on the car and they would always tell him something else was wrong with it so we say ok go ahead and fix it, weeks would go by and we have no update on the car, so we always initiated on the calls to see what the update was on the car Same thing the car wasn’t ready it will be ready on this day ( the car was never ready) so my husband decided to wait to call this time and what was crazy they never did Called I mean months went by so finally he just goes up there to see what the deal was to find out by car had a broken windshield ( they replace it) but the car still wasn’t fixed . Finally a month later the car was ready to be picked up ( after a year of sitting) my husband drives the car home. It had to go back they forgot to put the reservoir tank and all the oils to make the car run correctly the motor blew out ( they had to replace the whole motor) my car sat there an additional 7 months may 2019-Dec 2019 my husband got into it with the mechanic questing if he even knew what he was doing because the reservoir tank wasn’t placed in again (thank god he checked before leaving the lot ) the mechanic told him my car doesn’t come with one ????? Lol my husband went off ( all in all the reservoir tank was put in) the car came home and guess what the check engine light is back on 30 mins after leaving the place . We decided not to take it back we will find some where else to take it . The people who work there are not as knowledgeable about cars as they make themselves seem to be they will not let you speak with the owner to discuss any issues that are going on . This is definitely the worse place to ever take your car to.

Like many others, I also came to this location because I purchased a Groupon from them. $40 for an oil change, full synthetic. Spent about 40 minutes there. Staff is extremely friendly. Receptionist is a cutie, she was so sweet and gave me world-class service. Technician was also very friendly, gave me lots of tips and seemed to know what he was talking about. While there, some lady started giving the staff an attitude and saying she felt cheated. All went down in front of me, so I heard it all and it really sounded like she just was upset that they werent telling her what she wanted to hear. She was upset at how expensive it was, (they were charging her $70 for her Mercedes oil change), which I actually think is pretty good. I have to pay $90 for a change and I drive a Mitsubishi. Actually about to go get another oil change from them today.

I brought my car here to fix an exhaust leak and replace the glass in my side view mirror. both are minor tasks that require very little labor. it ended up taking them 5 weeks to fix the exhaust leak. they called and told me my car was ready, but when I showed up, they hadnt fixed the mirror. turns out they ordered one but then lost it. after finding it they realized that they ordered the wrong side. so they ordered another one for the correct side. instead of replacing the glass, they replaced the entire mirror housing, but didnt paint it to match my car. I only asked for the glass to be replaced, not for everything to be replaced with a mismatching color mirror. Plusthat took an aditional week to complete. 6 weeks to finish a job that takes a couple hours to do. A week at the most including parts delivery. and communication was awful. I dont ever plan to bring my business here again

If there were negative stars to this review, I would give it a NEGATIVE 10!! This place not only did not fix my car, but crashed my car on the back and the front of my car, they took my engine apart and left like that for weeks. (of course they dont know what they are doing) It was back and forth with this unprofessional people trying to tell me that my car was getting fixed and then come with an excuse that it was going to take longer (I wonder why, bet they didnt know how to fix their mess up) Nevertheless I had to go pick my car on a towing truck on my expense after my car been sitting there with flat tires in the their so called shop since the second week of November. Finally I got my car back and as for this shop, I wish them the best of luck!!! NICE TRY!!! JEFF (SO CALLED MECHANIC!!! AND JOSHEPINE ITO, never knew what was going on, but they own the shop. What a JOKE!!! The story is longer, but I had enough of this people. Again I give it a NEGATIVE 10!

Ill never go to this place again.. Went in for a oil change… was told I needed rear rotors.. Funny thing is while I already knew I needed rotors they were front rotors I needed and already had them at home just waiting til my mechanic got back in town to put them on.how they came to that conclusion without a road test by the service tech I dont know..I also needed rear brakes which I was aware of but they somehow missed that and failed to mention it..Lol was also told my air filter was dirty.. Of course I declined because why would I pay $15-20 Labor for something I could do in 2 minutes.. Now I will say I declined anyway because if I needed it Ill do it myself but was curious to know because I do drive a lot.. So when I get home and checked the filter it was not dirty at all and still had atleast another 10k miles on it before needing to be replaced.. So here at this place they tried to upsale parts that i didnt really need and missed a part that I did actually need.. Not a shop I want anywhere near my car.. Luckily im not ignorant when it comes to cars but someone who is would have been taken advantage of.. Ill never go back there..Sidenote: all this made me curious to know if its really synthetic oil they put in my car or just regular ole conventional oil...I dont want to take my car anywhere that I have to second guess and have doubt.. Go here at your own risk and if you do be very vigilant!

Don’t purchase Groupon from Autohaus Group. Cash paying customers get priority while Groupon buyers has to set an appointment 48 hours prior. Once you get there, they will charge you an additional 25$ for “resetting steering sensor”. So you will end up paying as much as some other wheel alignment places. They have zero business principle and will try to scam every dollar from you. A guy came in while I was in the waiting area and complained about a service on his car. He said they blocked his number and refused to fix the problem. Stay away from these people. They will work on the service you ask them and then draw up some BS and say they can’t fix it UNLESS you buy this and that. They are unethical people so you should stay away from them.

Dropped my car off for an tuneup and was told that my Valve cover gasket needed to be changed. After doing, so Jeff didnt even drive my car to see how it ran after the work was done. I drove my car and noticed it wouldnt acclerate. I took it back to Jeff and he said it was the transmission, now my engine light is on and my car shut off twice. I took my car somewhere else and I was told that my harness wires were cut and covered with black tape. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE. I do plan on suing.

Excellent service and a great place to take your Mercedes and any other vehicle. We are new to the area and I needed to have work completed on my Mercedes. A neighbor recommended Atlanta Autohaus and I am so grateful for the guys there. They were very professional and completed the work within a reasonable amount of time. I love the fact that they have a mobile component to their business; Ive never been to a shop that offers that type of convenience. My husband drives a Toyota into the city everyday and he works late. He needed his breaks fixed and they went to his office and repaired his breaks without any hesitation. I have no complaints and I am glad my neighbors suggested we check them out. You should too!

This shop needs to be shut down! They dont deserve the one star rating, but it wont let me post without at least one star. My daughter took her car there for an oil change and it hasnt run since. They didnt put the part back on correctly and all the oil leaked out. The engine is now ruined, car is 100% inoperable. We will be settling this in the Gwinnett County Court system. Bottom line ..... drove a perfectly good running car to this shop for an oil change, now the engine is ruined and without a car. The female answering the phone was rude and unprofessional, refused to disclose official business licence number, owners name, etc. Well, they can thank her for making it officially and financially critical for the business. I sent my car to Jeff with the intentions of getting my car fixed. I towed my car from Fairburn, GA to the shop for him to look at my car. I specifically asked him what would be the charges and he responded it would be free plain and simple. I finally call to see whats wrong and he says the diagnostic says the starter went out. He tells me it will be $350+. I ask how much it would be if parts were purchase on my own, and no response. I decide to tow my car to Nissan instead and he will not release my car with out a $100 diagnostic fee being paid. He told me I was aware of his policy when I asked him how much it would. He said he works on my car before which was merely to fix my brakes so I was not educated on diagnostic fees etc... hince why I asked what fees were. I end up having to pay the fee. When I take my car to Nissan their diagnostic automatically shows my engine was damaged. So why was I told it was my starter? He was going to charge me to fix my starter and then tell me he didnt know what was really wrong with the vehicle. He knows I am a younger woman with limited family in the area. That is a disgusting way to run a business. Especially when I have referred several friends to him. I reach back to them and one friend tells me he fixed something that wasnt even wrong on her car and not the actual problem, and the other says he lost bolts to parts of their car. DO NOT GO TO JEFF FROM MOBILE MAINTENANCE! He is a total scam and con artist. The staff at autohaus was no more helpful in solving the problem either!

I sent my Mercedes here for a service B, tired of paying dealership prices and the minute I get it back it was idling horribly. While others may think Dean is just great, I got an attitude when the great guy was questioned. Hes quick to tell you how brilliant he is. RBM said vacuum hoses had been left off during the service, knocked off maybe which gave me great pause. Fortunately it was a quick, inexpensive fix and now I get to go slinking back to my service advisor at RBM quite contrite. This happened a while back and while I should have posted the day it happened I had put off reliving an experience at this shop with someone that was unpleasant and well, strange. Prices are good, but Ill pay more to be comfortable.

I purchased a Groupon for a synthetic oil change and call the shop afterwards. The man that picked up the phone was very friendly and informative. When I walked in the shop the front desk lady was very kind, handled everything, and got my Groupon taken care of. The oil changes very fast and inexpensive, and I would highly recommend this place.Also, the air freshener they were using was 👌.

I actually found them on Groupon. I found a good deal, but decided to call them before buying. They offered gold brakes (a tier up) for $99/axle, better than the Groupon. And they were soooo kind and honest about costs. I was there for a while and got to watch how they interacted with other customers (specifically women) and was impressed. Theyd take people back in the shop, show them whats up and give them realistic repair options/how long they could safely wait, even if they decided to do it themselves, etc. I mean, they still tried to upsell here and there...its a business. But it was the first time I didnt feel like I was getting talked down to or taken advantage of because I was a woman in a car shop. Still $200 for both axles (but I only wound up needing one, because they told me that I could wait on the others, even though it cost them an upsale). Also, they offer $20 oil changes, so thats rad! I will definitely be going back to them when its time for my rear brakes to be replaced!

Where to start? First the lady said it would only take 30 minutes quick in and out brake job ha! Two hours later still is not finished. Have had tremendous experience with Jeff. Kia dealership told me I needed front break pads ASAP. When Jeff took a look he told me they had 40 percent of their life left and that I may be able to get another year out of them. This kind of service is unrivaled!And the first time I came in I didnt have the lugnut key for my Kia Optima. He patiently explained my options and welcomed me to come back whenever the Kia dealership provided me with another.I will drive from Buckhead to receive this great service again!

I came in because I saw the shop listed on Groupon for brakes. I was told by technician that I only needed brake pads and rotors for FRONT ONLY. So I came back in ready to pay for job. Got job done and AS SOON AS I PULLED OUT OF PARKING LOT there was squeaking and vibrations (only at high speeds). So I came back in and asked about balancing and squeaking. I was immediately offered balancing at a cost and told by technician that squeaking was coming from back brakes and I could also get that fixed at a cost. So my opinion and observation of this shop is that they get you in the door at 1 price then if nothings wrong with your car they do something to it to lure you back in to the shop to pay the money they wanted you to spend from the begining. This is my number one issue with mom and pop shops. AND I MIGHT NEED TO ADD THAT I COULD HAVE PAID $120 MORE AND GOT BETTER WORK DONE AT DEALERSHIP WITH NO HASSLE AND I GUARANTEE THAT I WOULDNT HAVE HAD TO BRING MY CAR BACK THREE TIMES ABOUT SQUEAKING AND VIBRATION. JEFF STRAIGHT UP TOOK MY MONEY FOR SERVICES HE NEVER PREFORMED AND GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE HE DID THE 2 TIMES I DIDNT STAND THERE AND WATCH. BEWARE BEWARE AND READ THE REVIEWS.
