We live in Colorado and were VERY interested in a Dodge Challenger that Jerry had on his lot. We were VERY nervous about purchasing a vehicle sight-unseen,along with wiring that much money across the country to someone whom we do not know. Theyre shady to put it mildly and that wont change. These guys review themselves to get their ratings up. Tried to get ahold of Jerry for a month and gave up. Bought a used 2010 mini cooper from them. Very shady deal from the start. I only had 1500 to put down on the vehicle. Jerry made it happen though. Thought he was a nice guy trying to help me out. Told me when the loan company calls me to tell them I put 3000 down on the car instead of 1500. My car hasnt been in working condition since 3 months after I bought the vehicle. I got ahold of J&M auto sales today finally. A very rude old man told me my car isnt fixed because I dont make enough money to be able to afford to have a car. I make 70$ a week payments on a car already that doesnt run and pay 150 a month for insurance on a car that doesnt run. The reason why I dont make enough money to pay the deductible is because Im PREGNANT and Im currently high risk and am not able to work. This man was AWFUL to me and hung up on me while I was crying. He belittled me and made me feel terrible. I guess Ill just continue making my payment on a car that hasnt ran since 3 months in. I will NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. The listing price was 7900. My loan through the loan company was 13,000. I will clarify the man on the phone was NOT Jerry it was the awful old bag he has working for him.

I was fresh out of a bankruptcy, self employed and ready to give up. I contacted J&M auto sales, hoping that I could find someone to work with me and my complicated situation. I spoke to Rich and was given a pre approval, having heard that before, I didnt take him seriously. I had an excellent experience. I first looked online at craigslist and found a really clean 2009 Accord for sale. I called J & M and spoke with Jerry, I felt really comfortable, he seemed sincere and answered my questions directly. I went out later to the lot and found the car, in even better shape that than the photos showed! A flawless Accord LX EX, fully loaded, perfect body, engine super-clean, I checked it out carefully and it was in fantastic condition.Jerry got me into a loan very easily, payments $200 less than what I was paying before, gave me good advice along the way. The other cars on the lot looked equally good: clean cars in great shape. I am an auto insurance adjuster so I know what to look for. Last night I spoke with an insurance client and I referred her to Jerry because she needed a new car. Definitely recommended!

I loved my experience. I was car shopping around, needing a better car as I drive farther to work now. Jerry was very polite and straight forward. No gimmicks. I told him what I was looking at and he showed me that one plus 4 similar options. So selection was not a problem :) I ended up going with the one I initially pulled in to look at. But he did go above and beyond anything the dealers in Indy are capable of. (even tried to teach me to drive a stick :P) Got a 2 yr warranty on a 2008 G6. My husband & I told Jerry we wanted him to take it back & just like you said he wont stand by anything he sells. He took care of what little he had to for us so he could keep his money from the sale. I have emails & screenshots of texts I can also post to show you how Jerry really deals with his customers after they buy from him. He cant deny what he wrote himself. My car is sitting at my mechanics yet again. I have been without it for a week waiting on a response from the warranty company Jerry talked so highly of. It has been a very frustrating process. Please everyone.. do not buy from J&M!Response to Jerry: You didnt put your name on the line at all to finance us.. you were pushy to hurry up & get papers signed. Yes we are just out of bankruptcy.. you never acted like it was an issue to get us a car, you told us we had options to look at other vehicles. I’ve had my car a month and I’ve had issues with it. The ad said that there was no smell in the car but when we test drove it, it had one and they didn’t do anything about it. I’ve had my car shampooed twice now and it still smells. I filled my car up with gas twice now and it has died each time. Now my check engine light is on. The staff was good when I bought my car, but when my mom called to ask about what they did to my car, the guy started to harass my mom, so she hung up. He then texted her and said some rude things to her and then lead her to block him. I was happy, but now I never want to buy a vehicle from them again. Update: the “brain” on my car went out and melted my alternator. I was told it was checked by a mechanic before I got it. Now it’ll be THOUSANDS of dollars to get it fixed.

This guy will sell you anything and not stand beside it . I bought a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit from this guy.He talked me into a warranty that would cover the air ride suspension that he keep bring up the hole time I was looking at the paperwork so I bought it. After I bought and signed the paperwork I drove it to Zionsville to get it washed and then 3 codes came up so I took it back up there and it happens that 1 of those codes was the air ride suspension. Wow that just happens to be one that he was drilling me on with the warranty. Update today its been in and out of his mechanic of over a month so I call Jerry about this and all I get is excuses so I tell him I think he should pay my first months payment sense Ive only drove this Jeep a few times. But all I get is Jerry telling me its not his problem well he right Its my own fault for believing in one. So if you are look for a car or truck please do not go to this guy because he will rip you off.

Jerrys customer service skills arent the best. When adding full coverage insurance to my policy, Jerry didnt give me all the info and then got mad when I didnt add a lien holder. Then wanted my insurance agent to call him... Jerry did allow me to pay $600 of the downpayment over the 60 days following but when I was less than a day late on my first payment of $150, he threatened me with his partner the lawyer. Our legal agreement stated the $600 had to be paid by 07/01/2019. Overall bad experience with J&M Auto Sales, wont buy from then again nor will I recommend them to anyone else.

I had an excellent car buying experience with Jerry at J&M Auto Sales. The vehicle was just as clean in person as it looked in the pictures. I was offered a very fair price for my used car. He had a variety of warranties available to go along with the used vehicle that I purchased, but I chose to buy the car as-is with no warranty. A couple weeks after purchasing the car, it warmed up outside and I noticed that my A/C was not working. I took it to the shop to get fixed, and Jerry offered to cover the cost of the repair even though I did not purchase a warranty with the vehicle. I havent received that type of service from the large dealerships Ive purchased from in the past. I highly recommend J&M for your used car needs.

I was offered a free tank of gas in exchange for a 5 star rating. You cant get the fuel until after the rating is posted so I can pretty much Guarantee you all other ratings are false. We settled on a 7% interest rate however he filed 22%....... I didnt catch this right away, but he literally stopped returning my calls when I asked him about it. The vehicle I purchased has been in several accidents even though he claimed accident free. Pricing was high. He was a nice guy, Ill give him that, but terrible first time buying experience.

The problem is that my husband has bad credit, and my credit is extended due to just buying my own car, so it would be difficult to get a loan for any vehicle worth driving. This wasnt a problem at J&M. It was the easiest vehicle buying experience ever and we came out of it with a really sharp pickup truck! We would shop there again.
