This is my first time shopping with Ebersole and I’m happy to say it won’t be my last time coming here. I worked with Ethan in sales and I just want to say that he and the dealership in general are absolutely incredible and go above and beyond to help find what fits your lifestyle and make you comfortable through the process. Ethan was extremely friendly and is without a doubt, the BEST sales person I have ever worked with. I would recommend EVERYONE to give Ebersole a look because they are (as a whole) an amazing dealer that’s been serving the local community for over 100 years.

I had a great experience at Ebersole Honda, being from New Jersey the car buying process here is very much different than over in PAI can confirm that I will strongly consider returning there for my next vehicle. My sales rep was Linda and she was extremely helpful and not pushy at all, very knowledgeable and was consice when laying out pricing and other things for me. Any issues I had Linda was only a quick call away and they were all resolved as fast and easily as possible. To put it bluntly you wont get scammed from this dealer like how some larger ones would over here in NJ.

Purchased my new car here. Free shuttle service and car washes when car serviced. Stopped in today with low tire pressure - correct for no charge. Also had sales department update my GPS for new home location and cellphone- no charge. I am very happy with service after sale. My prior car was a 2003 Accord Also purchased at Ebersoles, finally sold it in 2020 to downsize.

Interesting how roles reverse in life, long story short, my dad called me telling me about a new CR-V he found and was excited to apply his military discount (certified disabled/service connected) however ultimately was not able to receive any discount due to various hoops/terms from Honda... I found this out from my mom after the fact as he was too embarrassed to tell me...all good... My perspective was that the locally owned/operated Ebersole still had a customer service opportunity and could do something in this case...I called the sales manager Bill who didnt have a lot of interest in my perspective, he then punted to Bob as he worked the sale....(have not heard from Bob Btw) When you sell an 80 year old on his 3rd car from you, and he buys a 10 year warranty, and the best you can tell him is that if he refers someone that buys a car youll give him 50 bucks...? The irony here is since he bought his vehicle Ive received 2 mailers for 500 off a new Honda from Ebersole...was it that difficult to apply that to my dads sale? I will no longer be referring business to Ebersole.

I showed up with no appointment was referred to the express team where I met Scott R and I was in and out in less than 45 min he even let me know I had a nail in my tire that I took to other places with no fix! We bought our Passport from Ebersole last year and have been very happy with it so far. During our recent service visit however, we were not pleased to listen to the Fox News channel as we waited for our vehicle. There are many channels that are politically neutral, why not choose one of those? In addition, there was at least 2 customers who werent wearing masks while everyone else was, including the staff. What is your policy on this? The management should realize a significant portion of their business comes from liberal minded folks.

Beware this facility same as most dealerships as the practice of up charging on service is done. My 2017 Honda Civic had a condenser problem due to the part made under specifications and Honda acknowledged this with a letter sent to Honda Civic owners affected only after a class action lawsuit was filed due to this up charging practice I had this checked out by my mechanic prior and was informed it was the condenser and had to be done at the dealer. Of course was told yes condenser was defective and will be replaced while I wait but later told it could not be recharged due to vacuum leak on hose they don’t have in stock. Went back week later and had hose replaced which happened to be not covered under warranty. I took part with me and had my mechanic check it and was told nothing wrong with it and you were part of a normal up charge practice. Beware! I got off easy at only $240.00 but many part of class action were charged for compressors with bills exceeding $1000! Of course it is too soon for me to tell if the repair will hold.

BUYER BEWARE. I have purchased many vehicles in my life, worst experience by far. I asked for a Honda Certified Odyssey for my daughter. I asked several times if the Odyssey was and was assured by the salesman it was. Fast forward a week left on a busy interstate with a dead battery. They never checked the battery. So I called requesting the battery be replaced along with a different mechanic to do the 184 points mechanical check for it to be certified. The used car manager Nate said it was never a certified Honda. Turns out our honest used car salesman Bill lied to my daughter and I selling us a very expensive extended warranty! Unfortunately the same one who rushed us through signing of the agreement. When I left a review on their site they never allowed it to be seen. I of course thought that the owners would never approve of such actions.....wrong. Andy Ebersole himself basically called my daughter and I liars, saying there used car salesman, Bill would never lie about a sale. I even explained I was a repeat customer and it really didn’t matter to him. I can hope that someone learns by my mistake.....

This dealership is a joke. last month i stop by to buy a car and it didnt go well. so after month i stop by today again. and it did not go well i was test driving the accord 2016 with one there sales rep. sales rep has bad attitude.with that attitude i wouldnt buy any honda.
