This store have really good customer service. I feel like people only do reviews when something goes wrong but the reps and the manager really deserve some recognition. I wanted my data transferred and they were really courteous and understanding.

Pasha Ramirez has shown himself to be completely, utterly disrespectful. A customer came into this T-Mobile store (Leander)- and Pasha Ramirez refused to acknowledge her as a woman despite being told such several times. Not only did he refer to her as They when she and her wife explained She is She- he refused by saying “whatever they are”. It doesn’t matter what your “beliefs” are for you to recognize that- at the very least- this is POOR customer service. This is breeding toxicity not only for clientele, but I can only imagine what the people who hired him value. Hatred? Some people’s money is better than others? Some people deserve respect and others don’t?? This is disgusting. T-Mobile should be absolutely ashamed. I wasn’t aware that they had such loose morals as to employ a man like Pasha Ramirez.

We been having a lot of trouble finding a decent home internet because we live in the country. Came to the leander t-mobile store after seeing that t-mobile is now offering home internet. The young lady standing at the counter who I believe was the manager helped me. She put in my address and turns out it wasnt available in my area. Instead of telling me sorry she went an extra mile, called t-mobile and ask them if anything can be done. T-mobile told her to order it for me as a trial and see if it works out. She ordered it for me and now I have internet for only $50 per month. its not crazy fast but its very reliable and we can finally use our smart tv and watch without interruptions. Very happy with T-Mobile and the person who helped me.

As such a well known company I’m shocked higher ups don’t hire managers who know how to hire :) This location was not well stocked at ALL. The staff was anything but professional in terms of dress or action. The lady helping me was NOT helpful and couldn’t even give me a heads up I’d need a charger block? She had two friends maybe co workers standing and chatting. The two working were not knowledgeable. Businesses should care for who they hire as an asset to their company. Employees should look the part and act the part. Perfect no, but check your 2.7 star rating and maybe take it as a sign.

One of a kind experience, especially during a worldwide pandemic. I was pretty frustrated because my phone seemed to have just stopped working. The screen was barely responsive and it wouldn’t hold a charge well. I went into the store on my lunch break fully expecting to be told to deal with customer service like so many other businesses were telling me but got quite the opposite response. They have a new manager, Erika, and she made me feel like I was part of the family and not just another sale walking through the door. My salesman, Christian, was very nice and helpful. I will definitely be returning to the Leander location in the future!!

This past weekend my husband’s iPhone died on him so we went to the T-Mobile store in Leander to see is we could get credit toward a new one or at least file a claim since we have their Protection 360. The bright spot in this transaction was the service we received from Manuel which was exceptional. He really went above and beyond what most people would have done. As it turned out he was unable to resolve the problem because of the way T-mobiles Assurance works. We were not happy with their policy and rules. This should not reflect on the service Manuel gave us.

We walked in twice. First time was to contemplate which phone to get. A week later was to purchase the phone. The guy tells us he doesn’t have it in stock and tells us to go the other T-Mobile stores in the areas. We walked into the other store on 1431 and though the phone was not in stock the young lady helped us place an order for it. I was utterly confused why this store didn’t do that. I will never walk in this store again. Wasted my time.

Went in this place to upgrade my phone to a Note10+ the girl working was not very helpful in fact she stopped helping me to take a phone call. The other guy in there didnt seem to pick up where she left off to make a sale. Nope! These folks need some Customer Service skills. So as I was leaving is when the guy asked Do you have any additional questions sir really...you never knew what questions I had to ask if I had any additional ones. Ive been a T-Mobile customer for over 15yrs and have bought plenty of phones to experience what I experienced in this store. Ill drive a little further to whitestone store and see if there service is any better. Sorry guys, you wont get my business. Ill have my folks who live around the corner not come to this store either as they too are T-Mobile customers. Ill have them go over to Whitestone.

We went into the store this past week and we’re told we could switch my wife’s phone over to my plan and that it was $10 to add a line + activation fee. They went to set up everything, and told us it would take a few hours for everything to load on the phone. When we got home several hours later her phone was still not working, so we called T-Mobile, and we discover that we had just added a line with text and data but no voice (which we weren’t told). Apparently that plan for didn’t exist anymore and then we were given the much more generous option of going with a much more expensive plan or her phone would not work. If we had known the actual cost of the plan we could have considered other options or gone with a different carrier, As an 8 year T-Mobile customer it’s sad to think this is the level of service we received.

Bad customer experience with this particular store. I went in there in some distress. I was attempting to move my phone off of TMobile and needed some help getting it unlocked from their system. It is a trial. If I dont like it Id be back at TMobile. No problem with the company. It is a money decision.From the first moment I entered the store the one of the three kids working there was trying as hard as he could to keep it from being his problem. My attitude disintegrated as his reasons for not being able to help added up. He finally refused to help me at all and really just refused to try to understand the problem.He finally decided that my annoyance at his unwillingness to apply the most rudimentary customer service to the situation was threatening him.At 67 years old, Im not very threatening.At that point he retreated into some kind of cool street patois and started referring to me as brah like we were in some gang related Hawaiian movie. As in step back brah and leave my store brah.In all my time Ive seldom seen such a poorly handled situation. This group clearly needs some adult supervision.I went to the store in Georgetown immediately afterward and received nothing but stellar help from them. It is not TMobile. It is just this particular group. Id avoid the Leander store.

The service was ok (not the best but not the worst) The manager was condescending towards her team member who was trying to help me. My biggest concern was despite having a sign on the door that masks must be worn, out of the 7 customers in the store at the time I was there only 2 of us were wearing a mask and the manager was wearing her mask below her nose.

The woman seemed to be inexperienced but finally ended setting us up... Come to find out she added TMobile One feature that adds extra hotspot access... which wasnt explained or advised on... Paid an extra 15 for a few months before finally having to call in customer service to get it corrected.

I went in for something simple. Just needed a new Sim card for a phone. I had already trouble shouted with tmobile on the phone. I went in and told one of the guys there what I needed. Instead of listening he made me stand there for 15 minutes while he messed around with the sim card. Then he decides the phone just needs a new sim card. Awful customer service. I normally expect more from TMobile.

We went by about a month or so and had been meaning to post our review. We bought our Samsung phones thru Amazon and needed help with SIM card, we decided to go to the closest one but never again. This person Nicolas Villegas was so rude, asking where we got the phone, not being careful on opening the SIM card area, etc., he was dissing on us because we didnt purchase thru them and that was no reason to be so rude. Honestly the best location is on Whitestone and 183, thats close to where we live in CP, but like I said, we are never going back.

This store is a complete fraud. They convinced us to upgrade our phones to the new LG, under their BOGO promo, in which we should receive a gift card in the mail in 6 weeks to cover the cost of the second phone. We followed up with T-Mobile, as no gift card was received, to find out promo expired prior to our purchase. Called the Leander store and was told, they are under investigation and the old employees has been fired, manager and owner are both unavailable.They cant assist me, not credit my account without owners approval. Really! After 20 years, bye T-Mobile..

I had went in to upgrade a phone on one of my lines back in late December. Was told about a bogo offer for the LG phones. So I decided to get that offer and use the free phone for a back up. Both phones where 800.00 dollars each. I didnt need the extra line added or phone but it was a good offer, so I thought. The employees lied to me and the offer was out of the promotional dates. Been with tmobile for 15 years and all they have done lately is lied to me in store and through customer care.
