It is nice to work with a local company.The owner called me and resolved this matter. I look forward to receiving the expansion card as promised. Once it arrives I will increase my rating for this store.Ordered an Unlocked device and received a LOCKED T Mobile device. This while the device I received was packaged with an UNLOCKED bar code label on it. When I call the store I get a recording that; The Person you are calling can not accept calls at this time, we are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause ???? Also, FREE expansion card advertised and offered as part of my purchase was not included in the shipment. Disappointed. I hope they make this right. Happy to update my review and rating if they do.

*Updated* I came in September 12 and got my phone unlocked to use on any carrier, its working perfect. (Older) I got my iPhones screen fixed here. They were fast, friendly, and the price was very affordable. Ill be back the next time I need a repair, and Ill probably end up buying my next phone here.

If I could give this store 0 stars I would. I purchased an iPhone from Electronic Source through eBay in 2017. It worked fine for about 2 months, and then one day my phone suddenly locked and I could not turn it back on no matter what I did. I tried contacting Electronic Source and sent at least 20 emails with no reply. Eventually, weeks later, I was replied to - but the company refused to help me since the 30 day warranty period had passed. The company claimed that I had probably done something to the phone myself, and they were in no position to help me. ???? I took the phone to the Apple store and was told that it was likely stolen. I have read other reviews on Facebook and Google about people experiencing similar situations and for this reason I must warn other potential customers to STAY AWAY. If you are interested in buying potentially stolen merchandise which will cease to work after the warranty has passed, Electronic Source is the place for you. If not, you should try going to a reputable source such as Apple which actually sells functional products. Stay away from this criminal business!!!!

Stay away from this place. We bought a phone. The charger wont work. We went back and got another charger, it still wont work. Obviously something wrong with the phone with its charging system. They refused the return because of the return policy they are hiding behind. Never ever buy a product from this unprofessional cheap company! Once they got your money they are done with you.My son was is very disappointed with his purchase.

First I bought my wife a used phone here. Then learned about ultra mobile service and switched her service. Great phone and service. Store is really friendly. I should have switched with my wife and saved a lot of headache.. I went to Sprint wireless to change service. They couldnt port my number for over a week. They never solved how to get my old phone number and wasted tons of time with excuses.Electronic Source helped figure out what Sprint never could and they have great gadgets.

I went this place to get my mother’s iPhone 6s Plus repaired, as they were doing a deal. The owner watched a YouTube video on how to repair my mother’s iPhone and ran into many issues with placing the screen on it. Not only did he take up the time of two hours to try to put the screen on, he failed and blamed a corner dent as to why. Later that night I had another repair company look at the phone and they successfully placed the screen on. They also had to repair the home button, due to the Jaron braking the home button in the process of trying to fix the screen. I then contacted Jaron and he said he would pay the money that he would of charged me to fix the screen as a replacement for braking the home button. I then contacted Jaron multiple times to find out when I could go in to get the money and never got a response back. I will never go to this company again!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR REPAIRS!!!!

Buyer Beware --They sold me a defective laptop for what would have been a reasonable price, if it would turn on. It first came with no charger, which was just a simple mistake. They did send me one, after more than 2 weeks. Once I received the charger and tried to use the laptop, I found out that it would shut down after less than a second after being turned on.I emailed them describing the issues with the laptop, and they didnt respond. After about a week, I sent another email, again with no response. I sent a third email, and they finally responded exactly 31 days after completing my order. They kindly told me that since the 30-day warranty had expired, they would not be willing to replace or refund the defective laptop I had just bought from them. But, they would be happy to charge me to repair it. I decided against paying them a second time to have my useless product brought up to normal, sellable specifications.I would highly recommend Electronic Source if you are looking for higher-price dysfunctional laptops to clutter your house with. For broken laptops on the cheaper end of the price range, I would recommend Craigslist or your local dumpster. For fully functional electronics, I unfortunately cannot recommend Electronic Source.

I went in looking for an iphone charger. Although they definitely have reasonable prices, the store had a really weird and sketchy vibe to it with poor air conditioning making the smell of the place really awful. There was also little to no customer service, the man working sarcastically answered my questions, and i was not even greeted when I walked in. Definitely going to take my business elsewhere as the atmopshere was quite strange.EDIT: Not sure what about my tame review warranted an incredibly rude, unprofessional, and sarcastic reply from the owner. I specifically stated in my review that I went in looking for an iPhone charger, and did not buy anything because I did not like the service, so obviously I would not be in their system. And perhaps you should consider turning your air conditioning on if your store smells off-putting. Not sure what this bizarre reply says about their company - maybe thats why you havent served a customer all day...

Went there to replace a broken phone with the same brand and model which they charged $10 more for used than I bought the original for new. The phone I bought from Electronic Source turned out to have no sound and the internet wouldnt work. This means that these guys do not fully test their used merchandise. On the plus side, the owner seems to value customer feedback and apologized for the mishap. Maybe theyll heed the warning and start checking their used merchandise more thoroughly before placing them for sale.

Super disappointed in the no refunds policy of this store. It is not found on their receipts. I bought an iphone from them and after 2 very frustrating hours at the Sprint store and going back to Electronic Source, I discovered I had to either wait for the broken phone they sold me to be fixed or buy a more expensive phone that had no guarantee of working! I directly asked the manager if hed rather refund my $270 or get a bad review on Google. This was his choice. Take your business elsewhere.
