My car came into him shop because I when to Valvoline for my regular oil change but a day later my engine fail in the middle of the road. My car was towed to SPS Unlimited. I had an amazing auto repair service experience at SPS Unlimited! I took my car to Mr. Donald’s shop on yesterday (8/20). I told him what was going on with my car (the front right passenger side was shaking when I accelerated above 50) and he promptly pulled my car into his shop and placed it on an auto lift. He diagnosed my right cv axle as needing repair and even showed me what the axle looked like so I could see for myself. He wrote out the quote with the parts and labor included and all fees and he did not pressure me to get the service done. I made a quick phone call to my father and talked it over with him and then agreed to have the service done. Mr. Donald worked hard to complete the repair and afterwards, we test drove my car to ensure that the shaking sensation was gone. As he was finishing up, I asked him to quote me on the cost of four new tires, a mount and balance, an alignment, and a full muffler repair because the service was so good. I will definitely be returning to his location for all of my auto repair needs. Thank you for such great service and peace of mind Mr. Donald!
