I went to this am PM per usual because its right next to my house. U purchased an item. I handed the agent money. Hispanic in late 20s with a beard. When he gave me my change back he wanted to hand it to me with his hands when I refused and asked him to put it in my bag or on counter he got very upset. He tried to tell me that the money I touch was not clean. He became very belligerent. I was going to leave but I got so mad I wanted to call the cops. Very sad experience. I am writing a letter to their corporate. See what happens. Plus the number of homeless people that are outside that store makes it quite unsafe.

The location is great, but the one thing that keeps this place at one star is the constant group of homeless people around. It’s not fun getting gas and then having someone come up out of nowhere asking for money.

If you want to be inundated by homeless people asking for money / handouts, this the palace to go to! The manager, Gus is useless. He does very little to stop them from bothering us customers! Oh, and if you are lucky enough to ein prizes via an app, don’t count On it working! Just today, I was just getting a free cup of coffee. The POS system would not comp my coffee. The short-sighted “manager”, Gus said he couldn’t do anything!. A frickin cup of coffee. There are better options and choices around this location! As long as Gus is the “manager”, he doesn’t deserve our money!!!

THE NIGHT TIME EMPLOYEE JUST A FEW MINUTES AGO JUST BEFORE MIDNIGHT, TOLD ME THE STORE DOESNT PARTICIPATE ON THE AM PM SCRATCHERS CELL PHONE APP! I KNOW THAT IS NOT TRUE! DURING THE DAY I CAN REDEEM MY WINNING SCRATCHERS! THIS IS THE 2ND TIME THIS SAME EMPLOYEE HAS TOLD ME SOMETHING SIMILAR TO THIS! ITS SUPPOSED TO BE A CONVENIENCE STORE! THERES NOTHING CONVENIENT ABOUT REDEEMING DURING THE DAY INSTEAD OF 24 HOURS A DAY!
