Very nice and cozy. As my luck would have it with any coffee shop, no pastries at my time of arrival, except for blueberry muffins 😭 / I just got used to this 😅 / good spot! Very good coffee and staff!

Really good coffee!Super cute inside!They have blended, iced and smoothie drinks as well as energy drinks! They have every option!I got the royal coffee and it was good. Reminded me alittle bit of like elevate in Arizona. My cousin got the blended royal coffee and it was a bit strong so she couldn’t drink it all. My sister got the mango smoothie.They also have a drive thru.

Amazing coffee place to sit down, relax, and enjoy your coffee . I have visited all of their locations and they are all consistent in a great service and a great coffee.Very clean shop and beautifully decorated.The staff is very friendly and welcoming!They treat their guests more like friends than customers. The staff was super friendly, the coffee and pastries were both great.My favorite is blended : Queen, perfect blend of flavors, not to bitter, not to sweet.I will definitely recommend this coffee shop to everybody and will come here again!

Ive been a loyal customer since this location was Black Rock, and Ive never had any issues with staff until yesterday. I have always been impressed with the customer service and quality of coffee. A gentleman by the name of Evan prompted me to leave this review. At first, I considered contacting corporate, but then decided it would be more appropriate to post this in hopes that store management would see this and address it.Evan made very strange and inappropriate conversation with me while my 9 year old daughter was in the car. He didnt appear to know what day it was, and then proceeded to ask me if today was my Monday or Wednesday? He asked me if I wanted a receipt for tomorrow? after telling him that I didnt need one. He also made incoherent comments that I didnt catch along with questioning me about where I work? Not only did I find his interaction with me inappropriate, but I was alarmed since I wasnt entirely sure if this employee of yours was under the influence of something.I am by no means trying to get this young man fired, but I do expect management to address this situation with him to ensure that it never happens again, improve training, and most importantly, ensure that no employees are under the influence.Thanks

This place is pretty awesome. Service was quick with a kind smile. They treat their guests more like friends than customers. We ended up talking about t-shirts for a good minute. We had the Noble and the Irish. Both spectacular, but the Irish was the definitive favorite. Both paired great with the rice cereal treat and the blueberry baked good (I couldnt remember the name of the snacks, we ate them way too fast.) Dinning area was clean and very well kept. Definitely coming back for another cup.

Coffee was great. Ordered a cold brew and a blended hazelnut latte. Both were excellent. Cant speak for the pastries, but Ill do it next time and add to this review.

I can’t believe I’ve never come to this place before! The staff was super friendly, the coffee and pastries were both great, and it’s the perfect space to do work. The tables were large enough for two people to comfortably use laptops. There’s plenty of outlets, WiFi, and a large table for large groups. (Not to mention their merch is actually so cute)

I live nearby and go through the drivethru here typically 3 times a week. Today I went to go through the drivethru, and there were heavy duty cardboard produce boxes strewn in the drivethru roadway. So in order for me to get into the drivethru to even place an order, I had to get out of my car and move the boxes.When I placed my order, I told the gentlemen taking the order about the issue... no comment from him. When I went to the window to pick up my order I told the woman taking the money.Her response was this, Its not our garbage, its from the store next door. We dont have anything to do with it. I responded that no matter whos garbage it is, it is in their driveway, and they are ones responsible for keeping their drive thru clear. Her response was to shrug her shoulders.So basically, while the staff at this place is more than happy to encourage you to tip them for making you a coffee and handing you a muffin--I might add that no other fast food restaurant expects tips, and I assume people working at coffee places dont tip the workers at other fast food restaurants when they are customers there. But if there is garbage blocking their drivethru, it is their belief/opinion that it is our job as customers to get out of our cars and move the garbage so we can drive through and place our orders.Now I dont know about you... but this is not customer service, and completely idiotic thinking.

The prices have doubled in one week. Two teas were 8.50 and today they are 13.50. Done with Royal. Feel sorry for the awesome servers. Great customer service. Not worth the crazy price increase.

Been here multiple times and have had taken orders from I believe everyone on board here at least a dozen times. They offer a great variety of options for coffee, teas, and pastries alike. They have a drive through and a sit down seating area with tables. WiFi is good for commuting by zoom meetings or getting a little work done. Hours are great and the over all atmosphere is even better. They offer military and first responders discounts ( as of the day ) .

I enjoy this coffee and the ambiance here. Clean and friendly staff as well

I’ve tried just about every mocha in Las Vegas, searching for the best of the best. I finally found it with Royal, their hot mocha with an extra shot is the perfect blend of espresso flavor and chocolate hints. Excellent quality!

Really friendly and clean! There are still some tables inside to sit down. Coffee was really good as well.

I love the coffee but the wait is ridiculous. 5 cars in front of me in the drive thru and almost 30 minute wait. The first time I came I was the only one and it took almost 10 mins. If youre in a hurry go to Dutch! They have to fix this!

This place has some of the best coffee mixes that you will ever taste I highly recommend it its on the south Las Vegas boulevard.

After finishing up late lunch/dinner - we decided we werent ready to call it a day yet. It was till perfect weather outside so we opted to entertain a new place for our social gathering.Upon entering we were quickly greeted with great customer service. We were asked if we had any questions. Everything was answered quickly even with suggestions.We opted for a London Fogs iced, and it was made for me, as it is not something on the menu, and a Large Blood Orange Energy Drink. Our London Fogs at first came out hot opposed to iced, and the barista quickly fixed our order with no problems at all.Interior is several seating arrangements. A nice chill spot to hang out or get some business accomplished. Staff is very friendly. Everything is very Covid evident, staff is wearing masks.Would def recommend - pricing was cheap for the sizes. Totally shocked by this honestly.

1. My drink was good, first time here.2. The person in front of me and the person giving orders wanted to have a 3 minute conversation after getting their item wasting my time and the 4 other cars behind me.3. The person passing out the order at the window constantly kept tossing their hair with their hands and was also wearing really long nails. If you are passing out food items especially with covid you need to not be touching your hair and have uncovered nails. This is food handlers card 101 especially the hair part duh.4. Last time I go here

Ordered a XL Iced coffee very light on the ice and was charged as so. Barista handed me a large iced coffee and said they were out of extra large cups. I said ok how about another small coffee to resolve the lack of fluid ounces. Barista then replied well its basically all there just not as much milk. Would you like another cup of milk? I said no I would like the 32oz I paid for in an iced coffee form... Do I need to explain volume to you?She wasnt getting it, plus I tipped her before receiving the small beverage item. Will not be back!Horrible service, total idiot

I always get the nitro cold brew. It is really tasty. I have had an Americano and it was great as well. I would recommend at least trying Royale with Cheese coffee.

Hey this is a great place, I discovered it a while back, its better than that other place, you know that large coffee chain thats on every corner, the coffee is better, the price is a bit cheaper, the chocolate chip cookies are pretty good, you cant beat it. I go there a lot.
