Great service and prices are super fair compared to a lot of other coffee places in any of the Strip hotels
Great place to start the day, great coffee and pastry
Line was a lot shorter than Starbucks and better coffee
Bad menu overpriced. Can be much better.
Good coffee but overpriced and slow service.
I liked this place as an in-house hotel coffee shop. I got several coffees over a 4 day period and they were all nice, especially the iced coffees. I give them 4 stars because they were consistent quality and good taste, but their darkest roast didnt have the depth I wanted. Maybe a different roasting supplier could bump it up for them to 5 stars.
The service deserves a one star, older ladies that are not pleasant. They need some training in being nice, polite and helpful. Every morning they were too busy talking with what looked like a maintenance man to help my husband and my friends husbands and they did not even go downstairs at the same times Both had the same story. It was a joke for us after that. The coffee, tea and pastries were good though. They would do more business if they were happy helpful morning people. Maybe a training trip down to the Starbucks for all employees would be helpful for them to see how it is supposed to be. Or let them work for tips and see if that motivates them to provide the same warm and welcoming service that the hotels does.
Espresso and latte were surprisingly good. Didnt have high hopes but the beans taste freshly roasted and well executed. Definitely better than the dismal other options on the strip (sbux, coffee bean). Somewhat surly service for Vegas but as long as they get the drinks right...
So what it has going for it... Great seating, easy access in the hotel for meetings... Where it falls short, no a very wide variety of sizes for cold drinks. And a bit pricey...
Good, but a bit overpriced.
Great lattes
Perfect with lovely variety.
Psst! Shorter line and better coffee than the chain store!
This coffee shop is a damn tragedy. $5 says that shiny $15,000 espresso machine has never once been cleaned; Ive never had an espresso shot so bad in my life. Im a former barista who drinks an iced Americano every morning and this is the first drink in several years that Ive thrown away. The shot was so burned and bitter, it coated my mouth with an absolutely wretched tasting film. Heres something Ive never said before: youre better off going to Starbucks.
The only coffee Ive ever thrown away. Bought an energy drink instead. You couldnt try to pull a worse shot, how did you do it even?
Gorgeous ambiance! Over priced (way over priced) mediocre food. Walk into Mandalay Bay and go to Citizens or Hazel instead. Youll thank me if you do! Unless you like throwing away $20 + dollars on coffee and doughnut. If thats case look me up if I am in Vegas and I will gladly run down the Krispy Kreme in Luxor and Ill keep the $15 as a delivery fee and youll get a better breakfast.
Slow and lazy staff .
The setting is comfortable and quiet, but the chai tea latte was watery.
Terrible coffee; stale, cheaply made food; everything is very expensive. The worst cafe Ive been to in a long time.
Love it
