Great service! They got me in the same day to check out my tire only to find out it wasn’t repairable. Tires were still under warranty where I bought them so they put my spare on for me and explained everything I needed to do for free! As a female I’m always afraid I’ll be taken advantage of when it comes to cars, but this place went above and beyond to take care of me. 100% recommend!

This right here is hands down the best place to go for repairs. The owners are real down to earth and easy to get along with, and not just trying to make a buck off you any way shape or form that they can. Great customer service! They were able to squeeze me in before before I had to be at work at 9:00 AM to help me change my rusted on license plate. Mike did great, quick work to help me get my car back on the road with my new license plate. Amazing customer service from the woman working there as well (I didn’t catch her name, but I believe she was Claudia) who helped me get my car checked out promptly, answered some questions for me, and made me feel very welcomed.I will definitely be returning for future service.

I called every auto company in Lansing area trying to get my Cadillac in because of a failing charging system. I knew that the alternator in this car was a difficult job and everyone was too busy to get me in let alone have it done the same day. I called affordable tire and service because they did a few small jobs for me and when they told me to bring my car in I wanted to be sure that they knew what they were getting into. He said bring it in and later in the afternoon they called me and told me it was done. I was very very happy with Their services. And I recommend them to anyone

We had a blow out and we’re stranded all night. We called numerous places before finding Affordable Tire. Everyone we called or went to would not help us out we needed to put our used tire on a rim. Firestone sent us away because our tire was used knowing we’ve been stranded all night and the spare was about to blow too. Pretty sad they wouldn’t help when we were willing to pay. We found affordable and they took us right away they charged us a reasonable price and they were super friendly!!We appreciate the hospitality and willingness to help people out! Very friendly, helpful and fast service. I needed a tire repaired because of a nail that was stuck in it. They were able to get me in and out and it was very affordable. The woman who helped me was especially kind. I will definitely be back when I need other repairs or maintenance on my vehicle.

They may know how to do tires but Do not bring your car to be repaired by them specially if you have a more high-end car took in Cadillac to have rack replaced I knew something was wrong when they called so quickly to pick it up drove it home it was whining the whole way open the hood noticed they didn’t even put the cap on the Power steering reservoir. ( the mother has her inexperienced junior son mechanic /non qualifying to work on a car (not even able to put simple cap on ) allowing air in the rack .never properly Bled the line .had to jack my own car up and bled my own car .Steering column doesn’t even click clack lock anymore .car went in with leak rack comes out leak rack and no click clack Lock feature .rack is not hooked up right .going to my mechanic and have inspection and sue for his repair fee to fix there mistake

Took in a motorcycle tire & rim to be retubed, even specifically asked on the phone prior to bringing it in that they were able to do the job correctly as its was for a motorcycle. when i picked it up the receptionist assured me the mechanic was extremely careful and my problem was fixed, however when i got home and looked the rim had a 6-9in scrape and was also slightly bent, to top that all the tube is still not holding air. i absolutely do not recommend these people.

Love buying my tires from here and have been coming here for years. They always offer helpful suggestions and am always satisfied with my service. Its a first come first served and usually takes about an hour for 4 tires to be put on.

My brother and I went in asking for a trailer tire find out none of them were covered by a warranty told them to just get a 6 ply tire put on I left to grab diesel and drinks come back they are telling me they put a 10 ply on but were going to give it to me for the 6 ply price, I said okay cool I go out and get to looking at the tire and its only a 5 ply tire they lied about the tire I suggest anyone going here to ask to look at the tire before they install it

I have bought a car from this place when the original owner was there and now his family runs it.Recently I hade to take it in for repair.NEVER AGAIN!My car has been in there over 4 times in the matter of a week. The car wouldnt last more then 24 hr after they fixed it.The shop after fixing the same problem 4 times. Now theres now problems showing up do to the overheating and the neglect of them fixing it the first time.SAVE YOUR CAR, DONT NOT BRING IT HERE.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars! After receiving a flat tire on the highway, I had tried calling 15 (not an exaggeration) different tire places between Okemos and Lansing. Each one telling me that it was going to be 3+ hours before I could get it looked at. Affordable Tire was the last place I called, which should have been my first, and they were able to get me in and out which didn’t even take more than 15-20 mins. I also really appreciated the fact that I didn’t feel taken advantage of as a young female. Their whole team from the front desk to the mechanic was absolutely wonderful. Thank you!

Came here for a tire change Because I had a flat tire. Several other stores did not carry the tire that I needed but this place did. The service was a little slow. As I stated before I came in just for a tire change and it took forever. For the Price this place wasnt bad but the service could have been a little faster.I work on cars and I understand that it takes time for some things but a tire changes supposed to be quick work.

Great customer service: not only are they very friendly and knowledgeable, but they take the time to explain everything very thoroughly. Moreover, their prices are extremely reasonable. And petting the sweet little kitties in the waiting room and feeding them treats is a great way to pass the time!

Very quick, friendly, professional service. I needed the exhaust pipe replaced on my Toyota and because the muffler was in good shape they just replaced the pipe. Cost effective repair for less than $200. Highly recommended.

My son took his car here yesterday for two tires. The person put on the wrong size tires. My son started coming home and the tires were smoking and rubbing on the car frame. My son took his car back, they person sold him wrong size tires . Then charged him another 50 bucks for the correct tires. This was very negligent of the person who installed the tires and unsafe. Will never go here again.

I went in here today to get a used tire and these guys are great. They were fast, cheap, and the tire is top notch for being used.They have two shop cats you can pet while you wait, too :)

I went in not knowing why my tire kept slowly leaking air, causing the pressure signal to turn out every week or so after refilling. I thought it was a bad stem. Bringing it in they found it was the seal around the rim not being complete (something that happens easy in the winter). They fixed it for free and were super speedy in the process of checking everything.

Went in for a simple plug in my tire. Owner tried to sell multiple services using scare tactics. Busted one of the studs, never said anything, then got gun-shy and didnt tighten the others properly. Now my vehicle is in a real shop fixing the problems caused by yours.
