I dropped my original title off as per instructions in my insurance claim… office staff remembers me… but it’s funny they forgot to scan in my document or even write down the tracking number of the package stalling my insurance claim!!! They’re great and easy to get ahold of people but they’re not taking any responsibility other then verbally saying it’s their fault IM STUCK IN THIS STATE BECAUSE OF YOU

I’ve purchased several cars from Copart. The people are friendly and always helpful. If there’s one thing that could be changed is if they loaded cars a little faster and would load single trailers before car haulers so they don’t have to sit for hours

Fast in, quick loading, fast out. Very nice ladies in the office paperwork was waiting for me by the time I got the load strapped. The loader plopped a 4door wrangler on a little uhaul car hauler perfect the first try pretty impressive. Nobodys first day at this location lol

Truck listed as runs and drives. Drove 2 hours to pick it up and it doesn’t even start! Timing chain broken. Avoid this place. Bunch of liars

Bought a vehicle from them. Called to get a new piece of paperwork that was done wrong and I was told to bad. So I guess the only way to get this resolved is to contact their corporate office, the better business bureau, Michigan state police and a lawyer about a fraud case. You charged me for title work and you didnt do anything. All I want is this fixed.

This location along with ionia copart are both bad to buy junk from because staff are lazy wont look for keys simply they tell you we cant find the keys thats it you cant ask them to look more or why no keys when the car was described as run and drive. It happened many times. I haul cars out of auctions and copart is the worst. Flint location is good tho.
