The customer service by Rebecca was superb. The store is very clean. I went to buy a few groceries. I am actually impressed with the price of meat there.

Loved this target. They have everything you need and what you are looking for. Ive found plenty of specific products that I couldnt find any other place. Their selection of toys and makeup is amazing and if you ever need anything then you wont regret looking here.

Sometimes its hit or miss on if items are in stock, like chocolate rice cakes. I believe this store tries its best to live up to expectations. I will say the parking lot is always a mess.

Target is where I go to feel good at the end of my work week 🙂 since Im chained to my desk at home working 🥺🧐😵, but extremely thankful & grateful to be able to do so 🙂

My order was so easy to place, I was able to check to make sure what I needed was in stock before I made the drive. I was greeted by an amazing young man who helped me check in, then brought my order to the car. His demeanor was one of confidence, friendly and I am sure I was top dog of customers!

Target is the most friendly and well laid out store out here. The staff are friendly and a cut above all the other retail locations out here.

Just spent my lunch hour getting stuff for the 4th, only chance I was getting. Both visa cards and check declined. Left it behind do to time, called bank, completely on target and an apparent untrained employee. Everytime its something.

I stop at target nearly every day I don’t know what I would do without target. It has all the essentials I need at a affordable price that doesn’t skip out on quality. We have 5 children we like to save and also look stylish while doing so! This why I also love Target Circle. My husband laughs on how I constantly remind him to use the app or phone number to rack up circle savings.

Had the best experience ever, all thanks to the sweetest man named Tim; who was picking up the carts outside today when I lost my gift card i bought. The act of true integrity he displayed, not only did he find my lost gift card in the parking lot, he rushed inside to find me. He definitely went above and beyond and he made my whole day with that act of kindness. He reminded me that there is still decent humans in todays world.

This Target consistently has poor (SLOW) customer service. There is rarely enough cashiers, and the lines are consistently long and take forever to get through. The West Palmdale location is MUCH more efficient.

I made an online order for the Sanrio amiibo cards. Target had charged me and everything. I purchased the cards two hours before they opened and I got an email at 10 am saying they were out of stock. These idiots sold them in store when they were supposed to be online only. Terrible service. How do you sell my item to someone else?

Target has a large variety of items that competitors do not carry, merchandise is easier to find, items are not locked up, easy to run in/out without hassle. Using the Target app is easy and it applies 5% off purchases.

Always feels like family you want to share your day or week with. It is a place to chat with amazing strangers, grab coffee with your shopping buddy, run into friends and occasionally even make new ones. The best part of all, the prices are still reasonable. ♥️

I totally love this option offered. 98%of the time their drop off is prompt. So far they’re maintaining no signing off on their device, they either give it to you to grab on the other end of the bag or they can put in your trunk and or backseat. Lately, sadly due to hoarding, the processing turnaround to let you know the stuff is ready has taken almost a whole day to be ready vs 2hrs or less like a year ago.

They have 2 lines right now and 2 times they open. 8-9 is for elderly and those at risk. Or at the Lancaster Target, and obese person that doesnt want to have to wait to get their Doritos and donuts. Perfectly fine 30 year old white women that are obese just strolling right in while people with a conscious and brain wait in line. Good job Target.

Dont bother coming here this place is lame, and they dont have good customer service. The electronics department really sucks bad, soo bad that the sales person blew a $600.00 sale. Just to satisfy 1 customer buying a flip- phone.

Never have I seen such a dirty bathroom in a Target. There was a big hole by the toilet missing a vent cap or something. It was blowing all the toilet liners someone threw on the floor. The ENTIRE bathroom floor was full of grime as if not mopped in days. Not only that but the parking lot had dirty diapers on the floor. Where are the employees to make sure the place upholds the standards I have seen at other Targets? East and West Palmdale locations are much cleaner. Ironically there is a sign in the bathroom that states if you find the bathroom unacceptable to tell the manager. I called the store and reported the mess but who knows.

Its easy to shop online and pickup my order. I like not even having to go inside.

My online shopping experience with target was extremely user friendly! The pick up was a professional, pleasurable and expedient experience.

This Target is hit and miss. Sometimes theres no wait to check out and they are well stocked other times its a total mess with huge lines and 2 checkers while 4 other employees stand by and watch. Ive had mostly positive experience here. Managers are nice and Ive never had a hard time returning anything. Lots of parking and the store is usually clean.

To be mistreated at a store and have your 80 yo Mother so upset we left in tears is disgusting, And to be told this person is known to be offensive to others and nothing has been done is shocking she was beyond rude and there were witnesses .

We came to this location at 7pm to pick up two items. As we were approaching the entrance, we were told that they were CLOSED? The website clearly says that they close at 9pm. WTH? There is no notice saying that COVID affects their store hours, so why are they turning business away? Guess I wont bother returning. Ever.

Do not shop here. management refuses to enforce face masks. As a result, so many people shopping without masks. moms with 3 to 4 kids and not one has a mask. This is the epicenter of covid. Avoid at all costs.Dangerous place. You will get covid here. management does nothing to protect shoppers.

I grew up with this Target and still go when I am visiting family. Well laid out, friendly staff and good stock. They also handle holiday crush very well. Last black Friday I only waited 5 minutes in line.

Good service, good selection of products and brands I like. Great home decor, rugs etc. Now you can grab a Starbucks to enjoy while you shop!

Friendly fast service

Picking up my order was fast, and I was back home within 15 minutes. I only wish they would place the bar code on the email itself.

Returning my items at Target was easy, quick and friendly. Unfortunately I didnt have my receipt and it didnt locate my card, (which they can with debit, few stores do that anymore), it wasnt found so I was given an in-store gift store credit.The store has really upgraded and its so easy to locate items.

4.5 starsEfficient service at the store. A little frustrating that the entire order could not be shipped together and that I had to make a special trip to the store to pick up the lip balm. I had an issue with the price for one product that I declined to purchase, as it did not match what I had paid in the store for it a few days ago but otherwise the entire process went smoothly and Ill definitely be using this method of purchasing from one of my favorite stores in the future!

Super unprofessional. Staff was rude! I came in to return an 3 items. One of them, they stated that it did not belong to this store. Although i purchased item a day prior! Cashier turned me down and wasnt trying to refund the money. I asked. Well how does this happen if I purchased it here!!!?? I then suggested for them to review the cameras. Even after reviewing cashier footage. Turned me down again. I still wasnt leaving. Until another employee which might be the supervisor or lead made a more thorough search inputting receipt item number which only then did she refunded the money without saying one word. I said thank you and left

This store is having a problem with a homeless guy bringing in a large pit bull into the store. Be advised. He managed to get past security this morning. The dog was on a leash, but still does NOT need to be there.

Timing and convenience. My order was ready within 10 minutes of placing it. I went in waited for the 2 people ahead of me. and was out the door all within about 5 minutes.

They only allow 1 9 pack of Charmin toilet paper. This was me when I walked in 😑 however, during checkout, the cashiers give free bags 😀 good job Target be safe everyone 😷

Great service, Great selection of various items. Every time I visit I always find myself walking through the whole store looking at what a great selection they have on anything you can think of.

While this Target is clean, it does look grimy but its an old building and that shouldnt deter you from shopping there. The have a great selection in every department and I love looking at the shoes and scarves. They also have a good selection of vegetarian foods and LesCroix sparkling waters. I love the Passion Fruit but only Target and Stater Bros carry these.

This target has everything I needed and had great customer service. The parking was great and there were a lot of other shops in the Plaza. The stop signs in front can be made a little clearer though

This is one of my favorite stores to shop in. They allow multiple discounts to give a great out of pocket cost. They have great sales along with merchandise. If they are out they will call another store for you. I love their customer service .

Employees are always nice and cheerful, and seemingly willing to go out of there way to help the customer in need. Prices are decent, and the store is usually clean. A Starbucks would be nice in this Target as the pizza and other food smells are incredibly strong and slightly annoying.

There were so many registers open! The longest wait would have been maybe 60 seconds! I love that! I was asked if I needed assistance multiple times and the associates were friendly.

Bought a fridge in another target and did not function properly (lol) so I went to get an exchange in this target. The customer service area was delightful and offers a helping hand. I also want to thank an employee who helped me with the fridge, his name was Oswald. Had lots of patience and gladly went to the back of the store to get a pallet cart/jack so I would not put in a shopping cart. Had lots of patience waiting for us with the cashier, and helped putting it on the back of my truck with another co-worker. But to put it for short, he is my favorite employee :)

Went through customer service for order pick up & this African American woman didn’t want to give me my order. I do not know if she was being lazy or racist but Ill take my business elsewhere if they can teach their employees to respect everyone. Someone else gladly gave me my order.

I love the selection and the company. I have noticed that some areas havent been organized after the trampling customers come through lately. Hopefully its something theyre looking into fixing.

This particular Target isnt worth a visit. It used to be one of my favorite places, however, now its always a huge mess and its hit or miss wether you will get an associate who actually seems like they want to be there. It looks like black Friday almost every time Ive been in there lately, with so many clothes and shoes all over the store, you can not even push your cart, and the toy section is just as bad.

This would be a better location if they kept it clean and kept shelves (of non-perishables) decently stocked .

I have always had a positive interaction with the Target team members. I am also loving the remodel.
