Took my wifes car there to get inspected. First experience with them and it was not good. Definitely not going back. For starters, when we dropped the car off in the morning the lady working there wasnt friendly in the slightest. We waited 7 hours to finally call them to see what was going on. They said we needed new tires despite them being put on at 32.5k miles when were currently at 53k miles. They said the paperwork would include all items the car needed to pass inspection and when we picked it up, the paperwork lacked any of that information. They also say free vacuum and car wash with any service which was not done at all. All in all, rude customer service. Unprofessional work with suggestions for work that the car shouldnt need, and not performing work they said they will. Not going back.

Would give this place zero stars if possible. Good luck trying to get anything done quick and efficiently here. The customer service is horrible, it makes the DMV look like heaven. They are rude, derogatory, and uncaring to customer needs. I highly suggest anyone looking at this place to go to another service center if customer service is important to you. I would never let this shop work on my car again.

Car was towed due to me parking illegally overnight in an apartment parking lot. I was initially worried that the process to get my car back would take a while, but I got it back within five minutes, not to mention that the worker let me sign my car out without a license. Very understanding and courteous.

I got my car towed by these people in the middle of the night after it had been stolen. The thieves took my new wheels, radio, speakers, and dumped the car. Willow Street Police Department had LFA tow it in the middle of the night. After I came to inspect the car there were many things done to it like the battery fuse stolen that prevented me from evaluating whether the car was worth saving. I very politely asked the little troll man that runs the place if I can do some things to try to see if my car was worth salvaging. Not only did he laugh my face and give me a $500 bill he would not allow me to gather any of my belongings from the car. I dont have a lot of money and he told me my car was a crappy, and didnt believe I even drove it. I spent a lot of time, effort, and money repairing the car just to pass inspection, which was absolutely no concern of the leprechaun that runs the shop. Now this is my only discourse.The only people who give this place five stars are bots, friends and family, no one that has had to deal with the short man will tell you this place is courteous, accommodating, and empathetic.If you care to see how much time and effort I put into it check out my YouTube page, and I hope you never have to have business with Lancaster Fleet and Auto.

Very reliable cab service. Very Friend drivers. Always punctual. You receive a phone call before their arrival. So you are not standing outside in the elements.

Worse people and place ever! My daughter got towed and was there seeing a patient! Hope the old man has a problem and receives the same awful attitude and no attention. What a jerk. I would never use them. I will spread the word how bad you all are and in my circle it will go far. Charges 240$ for nothing. He didn’t even go around the block. Apparently the money goes in his pocket,.

The lot I was towed from was NOT clearly marked and is always empty. Very disappointed in the lack of understanding and flexibility for the situation I was in (also didn’t appreciate the cigarette smoke being blown in my face while releasing my car). I would have been more than happy to pay something for the work they did (after all, it’s not their fault the lot isn’t marked well), just not the outrageous “standard” $210 tow rate for a 7 minute drive to their lot.

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!!!! I had a coupon for an inspection and car wash/ vacuum. Appointment was at 9 am dropped the car off at at the time I was supposed to. Gave the lady at the front desk the coupon and she wrote the number down was told they will call when it’s ready. I received a call around 4:30 saying they hadn’t even got to my car yet (I had tried calling twice before to check on it). Around 6 I called again and was able to get ahold of someone at the rent a car place they share a building with. He told me my paperwork was just left on the counter along with my key. I was also told the shop had closed at 5 and everyone had left. I was never notified that my car was ready and when I was told what the bill was, it was $120 more than it was supposed to be because they never even put the coupon towards it. My check enguine lights are still on and my car was never vacuumed. They slapped and inspection sticker on, washed it with a hose and called it day. Worst place ever.

Obviously folks who have been towed are not happy about it - who is? And everyone has an excuse for parking illegally. But as an owner of private parking lots in the city, I have found Lancaster Fleet and Auto to be responsive, reliable and honest.

I recently moved and received a coupon for a free oil change. I called Lancaster fleet auto to make an appointment and the man on the phone was extremely rude to me and sounded irritated that I had dared to call to make an appointment. He told me they have no weekend hours and close at 5pm on weekends, when their website says theyre open until 6pm on weekdays and Saturday from 9am to 4pm. Will not be going to this establishment and they need to work on their customer service.

Broke the control arm under my car in half and refused to even consider taking responsibility. Was rude, irresponsible and unprofessional. DO NOT call them unless you want your car damaged.

Just parked by the market. The lot attendant stole the change. This person overseeing both lots condones the practice.

They towe cars from Aplus witch they own so if workers see you park there even for 5 minutes they call to take your car money scaming crapp and price at store are higher then every where else

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!!!Very SHADY business operation. They towed my car for unacceptable reason. I was parked at station square shopping center, doing business with one of the business owners in the center. Called the place, and asked why my car was towed. The guy named Ben started off saying I was parked there over night, which is a lie. Later on, I confronted him, he changed his answer to he doesnt know why because someone else named bob towed my car.Long story short, they tow peoples car for no reason to make money. And unfortunately, the police wont do anything (I filed police report).

My car was towed by these people yesterday because it was supposedly blocking traffic after my accident that was a lie. My car was not blocking traffic. I ask if I could take my car to my backyard and park it they said No! They should have let me take it because it was definitely drivable and they knew that. To go pay a ridiculous amount to pick up my car to find all this glass, leaves and trash sweap from the Street poured onto the back of my car floor how disgusting are you freakin kidding me. Park is the bomb.

Tow truck driver literally told me he trolls around lancaster looking for cars to tow, I was in an empty lot for twenty minutes on a night where it was 15 degrees and snow prevented other parking spots. I was then told that he price gauges and charges additional for this type of towing rather than his normal rate. I would never trust people to work on my car that practice this type of business.

Cheaper than the other towing service that I called, was the most prompt (this was one of coldest days of the year, they helped immediately) and friendly.
