Definitely the best around. The first time I called Nona was great to talk to. When I brought in my two machines, Bobby is a no B.S. straight to the point service guy. He will not over promise under deliver. One of my machines sat in another shop for 8 months just to be picked up with a list of issues.Bobby and the mechanics fixed all the issues from the other shop and uncovered some other problems while in there. Only crew in town that would touch the machine and they did exceptional work.I will be bringing my machines here for all services.

I would recommend these guys. I bought a MudHead 208R go kart and drove an hour from home because their pricing was competitive. They were very helpful and we had an issue about two weeks after purchasing it. They brought it in and got everything working great. Great staff.

I bought a brand new 2015 ktm 1190 adventure from this dealer. The customer service are excellent, friendly and they do not mind to offer you all the detail info about maintenance plus technical hints to ride your bike. The owner is very responsive and down to earth on answer question from buyer. I am very satisfy with the staff attitude, friendly environment especially from everyone in the mechanic team. Very straightforward on quoting service labor cost, no trick no hidden fees. Thats the way how business should be conduct on.

The experience of purchasing my new Polaris Ranger here was as close to perfection as it could be. I arrived at CTS and spent time looking for the Polaris I had decided I wanted with no pressure at all. When I found it and entered the facility Chris was right there to assist me. He took me quickly through the purchasing process and in no time the paperwork was done and I had purchased my machine. I added a roof and extended warranty that I knew I wanted and was not pressured to add anything else. Chris was great.I left to go buy a new trailer to carry my new ride home and by the time I returned my new Polaris Ranger 570 EPS was ready to go. We spent time going over operation, maintenance and safety and even the questions I did not know I needed to ask were answered. The entire experience was quick and easy thanks to Chris and the rest of the staff.

I have purchased 2 ATVs From Cycle Town South and have had nothing but great Experiences. Buffy is a young lady that is very knowledgeable in the usage you are looking for and the parts and labor should repairs be needed. She will keep you informed during the repairs not like many dealers that never leave you wondering of the status of you machine. The repair department is second to none. Should I purchase another ATV I will go to Buffy and Cycle Town South. If you go some where for a ATV you will be spending to much and playing the waiting game should your unit need repairs.

Servicing my Polaris for years.

This is the only shop I will do business. For more than 15 years I have shoped here. Excellent customer service. Not the biggest shop in town but I believe its the best. I now live about 1 1/2 hours away and I still bring all my repair work here. I drop it off and they fix it. They have never gouged me not once. I wish more businesses operated like this one.

I was able to find part others didnt have in stock and at better prices. Customer service was excellent. They gave me advice and recommendations that made a big difference.

Over 1K cheaper than all the other places (I didnt even have to negotiate).Its a family business. His wife works there, too.He knows my name every time, unlike my bank which has a new person every three weeks and I have to have two forms of ID to get my own cash, even after banking for 35 years in the same building.More importantly, Curtis has about 30 years of experience selling KTM.With a glance he knows how I have been riding my new bike, and he had his guys make some slight adjustments for me.I like to hang out while they work on my bike, and I always feel very welcome and not in the way.When I first bought my bike from Curtis, as I was leaving, he sent Tony with me for part of the way to make sure I was OK (I just started riding).For the first scheduled maintenance, Curtis himself test rode the bike to make sure it was perfect.You dont get that deep a knowledge from someone who just started selling bikes, his is a family business and you really feel comfortable in the store.I found out later that the maintenance costs (after the first 800 miles) was a fraction of normal maintenance costs, like about half. That makes $1300 in my pocket, all without even asking. I think he just enjoys seeing people get what they want and hes not about the money.As for the bike, Im surprised, I ride it more than an hour every day, I havent laid it down once and its all I can think about, its the perfect bike for me. I think about it when I work, I think about it when I go to sleep, I get up an hour early just to go riding.I had to drive from the far part of town just to get to him when I first bought the bike. Its been well worth it. Not just for the comfort of knowing that his prices cant be beat, but, more importantly, for his years and years of subtle expertise, his pleasant disposition, the whole package.Thanks, Curtis. Im riding this ten times more than I thought I would, I thought it would be a weekend thing. I even use it to go to Sams. Its great that I have to make more than one trip, its really enjoyable.

Absolutely the best experience Ive had in purchasing a ATV/UTV in the metro plex, all the way from the expert sales that listened to my multiple calls/questions to the management, parts and service. I have to say they will treat you like youre the most important person and mean it. No presure sales and most of all no up sales, expert advise and I got no surprises along the way. I have to travel 45-50 minutes but its been worth the drive.

I was charged $340 to fix an electrical short that was caused by the mechanic while doing a carb job. The short did not exist before the carb job and it was noticed on the drive home from the shop. Cycle Town South in Lancaster had no understanding and said it was not possible for them to have caused a short. I would never take anything to Cycle Town South in Lancaster, you never know what condition it will be in when you get it back.

Bought a 2009 ktm from cycle town south and could not be more pleased with the experience ! Bike rips friendly folks, highly recomend!
