This place is a absolute joke I wouldnt recommend anyone to purchase anything here..purchased a x3 the women that done the paper work didnt do her job right she signed name on the loan paper without consent ran credit several times after loan was approved messed up on the loan application.the roof I told them to order with the machine they didnt even brother to order it..Ive purchased a few side by sides from other dealers and never had any issues and I never do business here again and wouldnt recommend anyone else to absolutely the worst service ever and laziest employees..the owners daughter is a absolute liar I trust Joe Biden as are president more than I trust the con artist running this company !

All I can say is totally Avoid at all Cost, We bought a NEW Jet ski, we got it home the key was not programmed, we had to take it to another dealer in West virginia to fix it, Debbie who answers the phone told us she would send a life jacket for our trouble, and she sure did she sent a old Polaris life jacket and we Bought a $15,000.00 seadoo ! told us on the phone it is what it is thats all we are sending So if you want 0% Customer service this is the place for you.

I purchased a 2021 Can-Am outlander 850 XM more from them about three months ago I haven’t had any issues with it so when I call them it’s usually a just a question about the machine or where to purchase parts or something small.It never fails every time I call them they give me the runaround switch me between three different departments where I have to re-explain myself every time and they never give the impression that they want to help the only thing they care about is selling machines if I could do it again I would have gone to rival power sports in Thornville Ohio their customer service there is way better.One recent example of a call I have a headlight go out on my outlander and I called another dealership to see about getting the headlight warranty and they set me up with an appointment with no problem so out of curiosity I called this location to ask the same question and he gave me the runaround talking about he would have to file a claim and get in touch with Can-Am which would take about a week and then he would call me back mind you the other dealership I called which is ask Powersports but it’s located in Grove city set me up With an appointment the same day

Needed a tire changed. Service manager in Columbus directed me to Lancaster as his shop was short handed. Good people, good service!

I own a canam ryker. I went in for a helmet and some extras I was disappointed. I am a woman so when I went in noone bothered to help me. The guy behind the counter acted like I was bothering him. If they act like this with everyone I dont know how they stay in business.

I took my 2001 Kawasaki 220 in for service as it was in need of a tune up. I dropped it off on a Monday and went to pick it up on Wednesday. The total bill was $311.55. I asked the gentleman in the service department if they offered a Military Discount. He replied: You need to ask at the parts counter, thats where you pay the bill. I proceeded to the parts counter and ask the guy behind the counter if they offered the discount. His reply was Yes. I asked if I could get the discount and he stated to me NO. You needed to say something when you brought it in for service. I asked if it was too late to get the discount and again he replied yes it is too late...The way it was handled on their part, I will no longer do business with them. It would only have been a matter of re writing the invoice or just making an adjustment, and honoring the military discount that they say they offer...This is a follow up to my original review: The Owner has contacted me apologizing for the way things were handled by their employees and has given me the Military Discount. This kind of follow up to some reviews is an important part to customer relations.. I will now give their establishment a 4 star rating, and I hope they will continue to train their employees that what did happen in this instance will not be tolerated, by both the customer and the management.

I went to renew boat license and was able to do so quickly and staff was friendly.

Didnt even get a chance to do business because the receptionist was so rude and lazy, by the time I had gotten off the phone from being passed back in forth between her and the parts dept. From what they didnt know, I wasnt even sure that I had called ask powersports.

I have my motorcycle serviced in there. On my last visit I ordered parts. The parts came in at in a timely manner service was great!

Overall business seems fine. My issue is with the service manager. He is unprofessional and has no business working with the public. I should have trusted my gut when I called prior to bringing the bike in. Came across as clueless and zero manners. Took dirtbike in for warranty work on choke. Didnt hear anything for a week. Then when he called he said the bike wasnt registered to me. I spent 3 hrs calling the dealership I bought the bike from and Yamaha and they confirmed it was registered to me. I picked bike up and they didnt perform any work. I could go on but not worth it.

Had a lock on a HTV. they told me to pick it up Monday at 10AM. I went there and they sold it to some one else. No more in stock. The said they would sell me one just like it but a different color for the same price. I said ok. They brought the paperwork out and tried to sell it for a much higher price.Dont go here ever.The owner is very rude and cares about money more than customer relations. He and the finance lady actually lied to me...Dont go there.

My Fiance and I went in to buy an ATV. They were having a great special on the Arctic Cat 400s. They didnt have any in stock (had some on lot but sold already) but Paul had them delivered from another store. The whole process went very smoothly, from viewing, credit application, pick up, and a detailed mini class on where/how everything worked. They went above and beyond to help us. We really couldnt be more pleased with our new ATVs. I got the red one and he got the green one.:)

Horrible. Prices are outrageous. Sales people can’t even tell me prices on the bikes in the lot, because apparently “most people just look at the prices online”... how can we accomplish anything if I don’t know how much they cost? They sell tires for $100 more than anywhere else and won’t mount or touch anyone else’s tires even if they’re brand new. They sell the $25 iron pony helmets for $100+. Worst of all, their brand new bikes outside all have rust on them. Corrosion on the chain and tires. Some had flat tires, some had leaked brake fluid all over. Insane anyone even goes here. They have brand new crate bikes outside that have been sitting so long in the rain the cardboard has basically melted and gotten all over these brand new bikes. I have pictures of all this but probably can’t add them.Update: looks like they’ve had my pictures removed showing the terrible conditions their new bikes are kept in. You’ll have to see it with your own eyes I guess.

From the looks of your reviews I would never do business with you. Its pretty bad when you gotta review yourself to raise your rating. How many times are you going to have your friends and family give you reviews? Anyone that reads your reviews knows that most of your good reviews arent really customers. I mean how retarded do you think people really are?

This is a great bike shop I brought my bike at the on in grove city great price and sales person was great I get my services done at the one in lancaster they take good care of my bike I dont go anywhere else

Went in to have my bike repaired. The service manager acted like he was being put out the entire time. Insulted me, then said that I wasnt allowed to bring it back for any future repairs because it was a hassle to work on that particular model. Also charged me extra because I wasnt able to powerwash it before I brought it in. Save yourself the hassle. I will never be back, and will make sure none of my friends make the mistake of taking their stuff here.

Took my Seadoo there for a simple fuel line replacement. 4 (FOUR!!) months later not only they still havent fixed anything, they said when they open her up the engine compartment was flooded with everything torn apart sitting lose. The ski was running when I put it in storage, and it has always been garage-kept before I took it to Ask. So there is no way anything couldve been disassembled or have water in the hull. So my perfectly functional ski is now trashed. Ill have to take it somewhere else to have it checked, but if they torn down MY ski and SOLD my engine parts, Im going to be very pissed.

Very very poor costumer service, bought my artic cat500 from the grove city location went great when I bought it everyone was nice. Went on a trip broke a cv boot ordered it that same day I broke it. Went to the store when I got back to do a full service said they had no idea about the boot. Come to find out they put it on a different four wheeler so I talked to a guy named mike about my problems he said it was just a grove city. Well my front end started making a noise so I took it to Lancaster location. They seemed to treat me somewatt better, so I took it up on a Monday said he would let me know what they find out. Nothing was heard from them. So I called Wednesday,no one answered in the service area so they said someone would call me back,no one ever called me back.so I called Friday no one answered and service said they would call me back never did! To the next Monday I call was placed on hold for eight minutes so I hang up and call back again and demand to speak to the owner or manager he called me back about 15 minutes later I told him what was going on he did not seem too concerned and didnt know how he could help me said they are waiting on artic cat. I think this place is the worst and I would not advise any one to buy anything what so ever from ask at all 3 businesses. If I could only put 0 starts I would they dont even deserve one!

Went to purchase a grizzly atv. Told the people inside I was there for a utility. Sent me outside.i was there for 30min nobody came out Im guessing because it was sprinkling. Just my personal opinion,but Im not going to track you down to take 8k to 10k out of my account. Ill go down the road.
