First time tractor buyer...Murray was thoughtful and professional. He helped me pick the right tractor and implements and even made sure I was comfortable mowing our uneven property safely. When my snow blower implenent was ready to be installed they picked up my tractor, installed and tested it and brought it back to my house ready to go. Awesome service!

Wanted to give a shout out to the crew at Universal Tractor Co. I’ve been purchasing equipment from them for 35 years. Their sales team are exceptionally knowledgeable about there products and were able to deliver as promised each and every time. The service department are always there to make needed repairs in a timely fashion. I found they always took a “ How can we solve this problem” attitude as opposed to looking for reasons not to get the work done. Highly recommend this establishment!!

Universal was great. Purchased a one owner tractor that was in excellent condition for a fair price. I previously shopped two other tractor dealers in the south metro area. Even though I stated up front I wanted a used tractor they still insisted on showing me new tractors. I highly encourage everyone looking for a small tractor to stop in and talk to Murray.

I bought my first Kubota tractor from Universal 11 years ago, and just traded it in for a new B2601. Over the years the sales and service have been outstanding. The Universal team is helpful and friendly, the prices are fair, and I appreciate the family-run business atmosphere. I have only good words for this honest and reliable dealership.

Went in to look for a tractor. I am or rather I was leaning towards a Kubota. Could get anyone to acknowledge I was there. Not even a be with you in a minute nothing. Guess I will go else wear. Thanks !

Super easy to work with, and Dave Stark is spot on with his humor during the process. The service department is quick on calls, as well as grabbing parts and supplies for the tractor. Will be returning later on to get more toys for the toy.

Called this morning and got a guy as gruff as can be. When I cheerfully said, Morning! Can you connect me to the parts department, please? he came back with a monotone and flat, What do you need? When I said, Oh, so youre the parts guy? I was met with stony silence. Lets learn some phone skills, people.But my biggest complaint is their name: universal. Hardly. I have a Kioti tractor and they never have anything that fits it. Its Kubota or nothing. Fine. Just dont call yourself universal when youre clearly not.

Called this morning to speak to the parts depatment about a new battery for my old Yanmar tractor. I hope it wasnt because I was a woman, but fear that it was. The man I spoke to was gruff and unhelpful. Told me that Id have to call a Yanmar dealer. Called 4rivers equipment and they were helpful and courteous. Guess my next tractor will be green, not orange.

I never write reviews but couldnt sit still for the one recently posted about the name Universal Tractor. This comment I assume is based upon a single interaction with the company? Ive dealt with Universal first through my dealership and now through another one for over thirty years. Ive always had professional and satisfactory service. Always. As to the name Universal...ever stop to consider that this company has been in business since 1950? I hate to tell you but times change as do businesses. Over the years their lineup has changed but the name of the business carries on. So before you get upset about a company not carrying parts for a Kioti tractor (which Universal Tractor is NOT a dealer for and Kioti is considered a relatively obscure brand) please stop to consider the complete story. After all, you wouldnt go to a Chevrolet dealer to get parts for your Ford F150 pickup would you?

Great service. I delivered a tractor there. Was emptied with in 30 minutes.

Great products and service. They have kept my business for over 17 years.

I am disappointed right now. They sold us a skid steer, which come to find out was not to be sold until an exhaust system issue was fixed. Didnt even know about any issues until the owner asked if the service manager took care of said issue? Told him didnt know there was an issue. So went back to talk with the service manager, and then heard the whole issue. Now we have to load the skid steer and take it to their shop for the repair on our dime and on our time, let alone lost work/productivity. I think they at least owe us some compensation.
