Gene and Tom have been so helpful! The initial purchase was so smooth and Gene was there for every step after installation checking in to see how the machine was working and if it was meeting our needs. When our needs changed, Tom was right there to retrofit the parts to work with new functions. There are plenty of options online but I am so thankful I didn’t go that route on such an important purchase. I couldn’t be happier with the face to face customer service that Royce provided.
