Parking lot is pretty tight when more than 3 or 4 cars are in there, especially around the gas pumps. Never had an issue with the workers. Theyre not the friendliest lot on earth, but are never rude. They get the job done. And the coffees always decent despite being the older Bunn style brewing system and glass globe containers.

I work at night and the overnight person is always friendly and helpful. Keep up the awesome job 👍

Worst 7-Eleven Ive ever been to. They consistently charge more when theres deals in the coolers than any 7-Eleven around. They even write over the prices with sharpie to make them higher than what 7-Eleven is advertising. Go anywhere but here. Id rather walk to any 7-Eleven nearby then to go to this one.

The attendant was not wearing a mask properly. How easy is it to wear a mask coving your nose? Apparently it is very very hard for people who work at this store. Sad to see.

Just checked out and the cashier wasn’t wearing a mask. I asked, “Oh hey did you forget your mask?” and the reply was “No, just not wearing it.” Appalling

This is the best 7-11 I always get great customer service. Today I was having a rough morning and the clerk Helped make it better He was great. :) Thank You for being there for your customers.

I used to stop in here everyday on my way to work and get a couple drinks and munchies but the last time I stopped in I was informed that theyre now charging $0.05 for bags. Its not about the money, its the principal. I would rather they raise prices on some stuff, but dont nickel and dime me on a plastic bag and make me feel like youre ripping me off. I wont ever spend another penny here. Instead of the $6 a day I was spending theyll get nothing over 5 cents. Ill go to the 7-11 on 8th and Simms instead and give that owner my money.

Just love when the guy running the register glares and makes faces at me for paying with my card and change. I get it’s frustrating but I’m broke and just wanted some donut holes

DONT COME TO THIS STORE! They just tried to charge me almost $40 for a juul that cost $10 at the 8th and Simms location right down the street.

They won’t exchange a faulty product that they sold me. I have the receipt and all the original packaging that the product came in. I don’t think they have the intellectual capacity to actually make an exchange if they wanted to.

The lady with the blue hair. Maybe the dye got to her brain. Very unpleasant, rude, caddy, and unprofessional. I’m sure it can be a challenge to work for a gas station, but it’s not our fault as the customer that you clearly don’t like your job. The short white male who works the graveyard shift is a complete jerk!! I have had terrible experiences everytime he is there... Just to mention a few things he has done; he threw my bag of chips across the store after I purchased them, he tossed my change at me, and has given me the wrong taquitos after I repeated myself multiple times that I dont want the steak kind. I would recommend driving out of your way to another gas station, before stopping in at this location... The way he greets is he says what do you want?!

02/04/2019 Around 12-12:15pmWas told today that the security tape being broken on pump 2 was not a big deal..... That they are All always like that... That everyone worries for no reason... That credit card info is not available.., they (employees) only have a key to the pumps to change the recept paper (I wasnt worried about employees). The only other key Conico has. As someone who normally uses my CC at the pump, and as someone who watches news/ has read public warnings about checking the pump, I would think that the seal being broken would be a bigger deal (it literally says to notify attendent).Paid cash.I shop at this location frequently, in fact I work one block over. On another occasion, I was told by this individual that the chargers will blow up my phone, when ensuring her that Ive already purchased two (when I have misplaced the one I carry on me or left it at home) and I have had no issues, she said she lost the key to the rack they were on..... I Pointed to one next to the register and said Ill just take that one. To which I was told, it wasnt for my phone. (I sold phone chargers and cases for 9 years out of high school, I am able to recognize not only my own phone charger, but chargers for many phones from past years. Yep thats for my phone after a fight, I was able to purchase the charger and its still working great. Ive never had to fight to spend my money.Have always enjoyed my visits other than these two occasions, I feel safe late at night and the cashiers let me buy things I would like to purchase. 5 stars for them.

Of all the 711 gas stations or convenience stores Ive gone to this one has always been my favorite. It has friendlier employees, cleaner general store space and a convenient location.

Did not have a restroom I could use after spending more than $20. Terrible customer service. This is why I quit using 7-11 20+years ago. I thought they had adapted to modern times. I will never go here again!

Staff wont even let paying customer use the bathroom.. LAME. Guess Ill get gas up the street. Didnt used to be that way... Was always my stop to or from work. And staff doesnt care...

Great place

Been coming here everyday. Some rude lady named barbera works mornings and acts like she hates her job. The old dude is barely even alive. And i pumped almost 60 cents in gas before gas started coming out and the last ten cents just ticked off with no gas. Rip off.
