We went to go buy coffee the other day for three people and there was a slight wait and the amazing worker paid the whole order and gave us a gift card for a free drink the next time we went l. Seriously amazing service every time we go not just this one time!

Got an iced coffee here, asked for just one pump of sweetener and extra soy milk. Receive the order and it had all six pumps of syrup plus an additional pump of caramel, so very sweet. Had to make a u-turn for them to correct the order. When correcting the order the young man at the register ended up fixing the syrup but put in regular cream instead of soy milk. I didnt have time to wait around for another fix. Bottom line taste your drink before you leave!

Wow. Grow up. This is normally one of my favorite Starbucks to work from until my experience today. While being told something wasn’t available, and minimal alternative available/expressed, another barista wrapped their arms inappropriately around the person taking my order. Immediately made me not want to order and just remove myself from the situation. Sure it could be a joke, but that was highly unprofessional.

Was turn away do to being under staffed at the time of my visit which is fine but, only after I waited in line for more the 10 minutes and was a cars length away from area to order in the drive-thru was I told this information by a staff member who before was moving cones and letting cars approaching know that the store was closed do of the issue. The staff members didnt say anything to the line of 8 cars in the drive-thru till literally the last moment and that is the upsetting part, not the short staff issue but the utter waste of all the people who waited in line time that the staff could have saved by walking to inform all but instead just stood around and saw it was more important to watch cars drive up and form a massive line.

Terrible experience. Dirtiest coffee shop i have ever seen. Every table needed to be wiped off. Let’s not start with what behind the counter looked like. The service did not help. 15 minutes for 2 cold brew coffees. Add insult to injury they didn’t even fill my cold brew all the way!

Most unimpressive Statbucks, in the Starbucks franchise. I walked in, and stood at the register and even have time to write this entire review. From 7:40pm until… whenever someone decides to acknowledge that I’m here. But this entire time, I’ve stood here and haven’t heard a greeting or anything. I finally just poked at them to get my plain bagel. Just wild, I’m a Statbucks partner and we wouldn’t ever do that. Just wild that it took me asking them for my bagel before anyone even spoke to me.

This Starbucks is conveniently located on my way to work however I find that the employees are never on top of it. Drinks usually come at a decent pace but every single time I order food I have to ask them two or three times if it’s ready or if they have started it because no one is ever working the food area or checking those tickets. I try not to bother the barista‘s too much and when you ask the person taking orders to check on a mobile order they act very inconvenienced. Overall it is understaffed.

I now avoid going to this location when possible because for the past 4 years theyve consistently gotten at least one but often multiple drinks wrong during almost every order. They also must never look at instructions below the drink name because SEVERAL times my party has ordered extra shots and/or cold foam or whipped cream and were lucky if they include it but were still charged for it. They are also slower compared to other Starbucks locations which wouldnt be a problem if they actually got the drinks right. Im not sure if its the training or the management responsible for the bad service but its definitely not a new problem. Its going to be very worth it to go to another location.

They have the slowest drive through and slowest service period. Last time I went inside. My drink took forever and I ordered two food items. One food item was not heated up until after I got my drink. Then the second food item was not heated up until after I got my first good item. It’s painful going here. They try to hide their horrible service by being super fake friendly. It’s cringe-worthy.

This is a beautiful Starbucks on the inside! The cafe is still closed for sit in but you can still enjoy the atmosphere while you wait. I cannot wait for the day I can take my wife on a little coffee date here and sit inside again. Super busy Starbucks, but they *crush* it. Very friendly and good vibes when I went in. Highly recommended.

I had the worst service yesterday! I had gone through the drive-thru to buy a coffee and it took so long! With no one else in the drive thru I waited a ridiculous amount of time. But that wasnt all the kid that took my order had me waiting at the drive through while he was standing around laughing and joking with the other employees. He finally came to the window when he took my card and I waited even longer to get my card back. For a coffee?! It seem like all the employees there really didn’t care or have any sense of urgency to get any orders out by this time there was two or three cars behind me. When he finally gave me the coffee I had to remind him to give me my card back which I’ve been sitting there waiting for or else I would’ve just drove off it was terrible service all around I don’t like writing bad reviews but this was pretty bad they need to get it together I don’t know what’s going on with their employees. But the level of not caring was just that I havent had such bad service in a long time.

I just went through the drive thru and order just a ice water and kids oat milk for my little guy. I was already having a bad morning and the young woman making the drinks in the drive thru was so awesome!! She made sure to say good morning and asked how I was. She wasnt even the one taking my money but still made sure to shout out good morning. She really did lift my spirits by being kind and actually put me in a better mood. Thank you to whoever you are for the great customer service. It seems like you dont get that too often anymore these days but I can always count on Starbucks. Rarely do I have rude encounters at Starbucks. In my experience, theyre almost always friendly. Thanks guys. Keep up the awesome job youre doing.

Worst Starbucks I ever been to!!! Took forever to get my drink I ordered a pink drink with 4 scoops of vanilla bean & light ice !! I was changed for the extra vanilla bean and when I got my drink it didn’t have the strawberry & it didn’t have the vanilla bean & it was all ice, couldn’t take it back because the line was way to long & they take forever!!!! I will never go back!!! If you do go to this Starbucks best bet to check your drink because I’m sure they won’t get it right!!!!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would!!! They should just close this Starbucks down!!!

I dont come to this location too often, but when I do, Im always kind of taken by the large square footage available on this store. Several islands of seats and chairs, several sets of those cushioned line seats, and counter seating bear the baristas station as well. Dont have to wait that much either for coffee and food items. Very good overall.

My opinion this Starbucks has the best management, crew and the best service. They make you feel very welcome and its like a home away from home.remember if somethings not right let them know and they have zero issues making it right for you. this place really does go out of their way to make the customer feel important and thats what counts.This place rocks. Check out the menu.Update I go here about 4 to 5 times a week and I never have an issue. I am in and out pretty quick. Even the drive thru is pretty fast.Keep up the good work.New drinks and eats that are very good. Well I think so.Get a quick cup of coffee and on my way. Never any problem with my order or when I meet a client at this location. I like that I can plug in my laptop and phone. The staff is fantastic. Seats around 50 people.***Update. Let them know if something is not right and they will make it right. They did this for me on an order. Great customer service.

SLOWEST Starbucks drive thru ever. Seriously if there’s a small line expect there to be a 20+ min wait. The staff also don’t seem trained because every other Starbucks I go thru with a line is 100x faster than this one.

I don’t usually post reviews on things, but this was unacceptable. I put in a mobile order, showed up, and had to walk up to check if the order sitting on the counter was mine. Now that part I understand, they aren’t going to know what people look like based on their name and a mobile order. The part I can’t excuse is that the drinks I ordered with one shot of coffee. Both of them tasted like the strongest coffee they had. The coffee was also burnt and the toppings promised with both drinks weren’t even added. Such a disappointment!! On top of that, I ordered two of the cranberry orange scones and they were so dry! I tried making it better when I got home by warming it in the oven but they still tasted like sand paper on my throat. Not to mention it didn’t even taste like there was orange in the scones. I am very disappointed and appalled at the quality of their service. I will not be visiting this store for quite some time. I have higher expectations of Starbucks than this, please improve your quality.

The counter/mobile staff is severely understaffed. I contacted Starbucks letting them know they needed to add more mobile ordering staff or adjust the wait times on their app. Gave them about a month to figure it out. I went back today, the app wait said 4-7 minutes. I ordered at 6:36am. At 6:56 I FINALLY received my drink. What is the point of ordering ahead when youre waiting longer than you would if you just went through the drive through?

Not the best one, but the only immediate one in the Belmar area thats standalone. Slow service, frequently messed up orders, disaster behind the bar with drinks dumped, spilled, customers ignored at the counter. Looks to be a staffing problem, need more well trained baristas.

This store is slacking big time on customer service. They need to hire employees with better attention to detail skills and can follow detailed instructions, but most importantly, they need people that can show a little bit of empathy towards customers. I am a mobile app user that prepays for my orders. They can’t ever seem to get my order right, even after having clear written instructions. The worse part is they NEVER answer their phone. On one occasion, I placed my mobile order and when I got to the store a little after 8 am, the store was closed. Not sure why the app would let me place an order if the store was closed, nonetheless, the parking lot was full of confused customers wondering where the employees were. No signs or anything. Tried calling all day nobody ever picked up, so I paid for two coffees and had nothing, no refund, no coffees, nothing. I had to personally drive there the next day, walk in to the store, and talk to someone about what happened the day before. The manager told me they had to close the store for “emergency cleaning”. She offered to do my order right then and there to which I agreed but not once did I get an apology. It’s very frustrating when I pay a lot of money to Starbucks for my coffee every day for them to continue to get my order wrong and yet be treated like my time and money isn’t good enough. I have visited many Starbucks locations and everyone is always very chipper, happy to assist, apologetic when something doesn’t come out right and make me feel welcome. This location here is by far the absolute worse, I even question myself if I am in fact at a Starbucks or just some random McDonald’s location picking up my coffee. My boyfriend did not want me to say anything as this is his neighborhood store, and I am not one to take the time to write such reviews, I usually just let it go and move on. Today however, I am beyond frustrated, I will NOT be coming back and would rather drive an extra 2 miles to the Starbucks down the road on Wadsworth and Jewell.

My wife ordered three drinks and prepaid for curbside pickup as I headed over to pick them up. I pick up our drinks and the barista said there were only two. I get back to our kids baseball game where my wife is chilly waiting for her nice warm drink. (I thought she changed the order on my way to get the drinks and that we were going to share my hot chocolate) Needless to say my wife was upset and she showed me that she had in fact paid for her own separate drink. I called to try and right the wrong only to have the line just ring and ring and never be answered. #ruined the night

I dont know whats going on today (06/24/2019) (5:15pm) but it looks horrid by starbucks employee standards. Theres a dirty brown sanitizer tray on the cold bar, a half drunk venti frappucino sitting on the passoff counter to drive thru, the milks were spread out to one of the registers, and I ordered a tall white mocha frappucino after noticing this stuff and the chick who was working on my drink 1. Measured the milk to the bottom line and put it in the blender, put the white mocha in the blender, put 3 pumps of coffee base in the blender then put a venti scoop.I dont even know. But after she blended it I asked her what she was making and a different girl answered for her that she was making the white mocha...And I go with coffee right? Obviously shes on her own planet and she confirms it has coffee and I told her she didnt put the coffee in the blender and she put a venti scoop so she said FOR THE GIRL well get that fixed for you and walked away haha.So this chick adds two pumps of frappe roast to this concoction and like...stops and thinks for a second then dumps the blender.So we start over.She starts by measuring milk to the bottom line of the cup again! So I tell her to her back youre supposed to put the frappe roast in the cup then add the milk. [She dumps the cup contents doesnt acknowledge me] youre mismeasuring. She then puts the frappe roast in the cup then the milk (keeping her back to me so I cant see what shes doing from now on) so I dont know if its measured to the bottom line, she puts 2 hot bar pumps of white mocha in the blender (which is wrong for a tall you do 1 hot bar pump cuz cold bar pumps is half hot bar) but whatever I like my drinks sweet but thats yet another flub up this chick made.If the manager wants to know who worked during this time on the bar its doesnt really matter who did what the whole team is a mess. I cant tell why either theres hardly any excuse for the state of the bar.Its really strange because typically the team does just fine or at least it doesnt appear to be chaotic.

The cashier was too busy correcting the way I ordered to hear the rest of my order. when I let the barista know I needed a milk alternative he made it seem like a huge inconvenience to remake it, and when I got the new one the espresso tasted burnt and bitter. I had to go to another Starbucks and asked them to remake it. That one was extremely polite and remade it at no cost. I hate being a bother, but I just cant handle milk, I have been coming here for years, but I just feel like a big inconvenience anymore. Also please shake your soy, no one wants the chunks at the bottom of their drinks.

Out of all the Starbucks Ive ever patronized this one is not one Id recommend. The walk in portion was not overly busy,and the order was actually textbook and after 3 attempts we gave up and went ahead and left. The cashier was so afraid of possibly comi g into contact with a customer when giving change she flung the change over the counter. They need a strong lead in place to pull them together and theyll be fine.

I always enjoy going to this Starbucks. Every time I meet there I see someone that I know from church at Red Rocks. The staff is always very friendly although they are always busy. The staff usually has a smile on their face and are willing to help even if you just want to water. I give them 5 stars because of their incredible, consistent, and exceptional customer service. The restrooms are always very clean and the cafe its always neat and orderly. Thank you 1st and Wadsworth Starbucks for being amazing

Not sure if I was the last order or what but I paid $20 for (3) venti frappuccinos and I got watered down foam at the bottom of the blender with extra whipped cream and caramel on top clearly to make it look full.. it was the most disgusting thing I tried to call about 20 times between last night and today and theres no answer so I cant even complain to them directly... Not at all impressed with the service I received last night. So think twice before you go there after 8 p.m. you might get waterd down coffee too
