I went today January 28 and the 2 girls that were working there were extremely rude. Both the one that took my order and the one at the register had horrible costumer service. Not only did they give me attitude but the one at the registers was on her phone the whole time and made me wait while she responded to her text messages! When I said thank you to the girl in the back she ignored me and rolled her eyes. Never coming back!! This isnt the first time either which is sad because this places snacks are so good

Came across this place a week ago and have already been back twice. The food and drinks are amazing and made with such pride, the candy selection is awesome considering we couldn’t find anything remotely extensive since moving from Texas, and most importantly the staff are crazy nice and helpful! Definitely ignore the bad reviews and check it out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

There PinaLoca is very filling and delicious! Its a must to order.

The Ice cream was bad! It was supposed to be a milk base creamy ice cream buy it had ice pieces, and tasted old. Its very pricey so very disappointed. They do have a lot on the menu that is good, but anything with ice cream I dont recommend.

This place reminds me of home. Lots of good Mexican candies and treats. It’s so good. Must try.

Good candy ice cream and love their tostilocos but their employees are unbelievably rude!!!! The people in the back have a dog face( how we say in Spanish “CARA DE PERRO”) seems like they are forced to be there working! Need new staff! I’ll try to come back again and see if they can smile at least!!! Very disappointed specially today since it’s cristmas Eve 🌲Smile people! Or just find a job you enjoy! 😉

My family and I love this place. We usually stop by on the weekend to get our fix. They have so many options, from rare mexican candy to our favorite antojitos mexicanos. I definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family!

This place is definitely unique and they have a variety of tradicional snacks that attract the shoppers. They are, however, not at capacity to run a place with so many people coming through. Their lines are confusing, the cashier guy is very rude and does not answer questions appropriately. We bought fresas con crema and it had 5 whole strawberries not even cut up. I recommend they organize their layout a little better and hire more friendly staff.I also wanted to add this. A day later after eating more of the goodies that I bought, my pregnant sister ate this chocolate which was expired since July. We bought this Dec 2017.

Food is good only the employees always are in a bad mood does not have patience with customers some people wants to take some time but they cant because those employees look so mad
