Few times now that Ive bought several original parts for my vehicles. Ive been to the department and also had items shipped. In all cases, the experience has been positive. For in-store, its been polite and knowledgeable. For shipping, its been fast, accurate and safely packed. A department like this is the reason why I stay with Toyota!

Stevinson Toyota West offered us our genuine Toyota parts at around a 25% discount, and together with a Toyota USA promotion, free shipping, as well. Our order came promptly and with no issues. The parts were exactly as described. Prior to placing our order we had a few questions, so we sent Stevinson Toyota West an email. We were surprised to receive a reply in such a short amount of time, and not only that, the reply was addressed to my wife and I personally and answered all of our questions. We even thanked the person sending the email and again received a reply thanking us for the business. Stevinson, this is how you attract and retain customers. Fantastic supplier of Genuine Toyota parts. I felt like the website was easy to navigate. Once I placed my order, I received multiple automated emails from their system that notified me as to exactly what was happening with my order. All my parts arrived quickly and were packed very well for transit. On top of all that, they had the best advertised price anywhere on the ‘net. ** MAKE SURE YOU KNOW WHAT YOURE BUYING**I am replacing the rear ABS speed sensor wire harness on my 4Runner. When I resorted to Stevinson Toyota to help me verify the part I was looking for on the website with one of the guys who worked in the PARTS department, he took took in the parts number that I specifically wanted double checked with him to see if the part I was going to order would fit and was the one I was looking for. He said yes. 4 days later the part arrives, I crawl under my truck, and the part is for the front... now I’ll be driving from boulder to Lakewood to return the part that they misinformed me was the right one. I just hope that If anyone sees this that they have there associates pay more attention to what the customers needs are.

This was a month ago (February). I want to say that I had a pretty smooth and enjoyable experience here at Toyota Stevinson West. Although during the time they were moving the cars and shoveling the snow, my salesman Ryan Litwin was the only one who helped me out right away. He answered all the questions I had even though I didn’t have too many. Ryan was interested in helping me and making sure I made the right choice. He also had a lot of knowledge about the trucks they had in stock. The similarities and differences which made it much easier for me to decide. I give Ryan five stars for customer service and his knowledge about the cars I was interested in. As a whole team, I give Toyota Stevinson West four stars because the rest of the salespeople could have been quick to just ask at least how’s it going? Do you need any help? Someone will be right with you? Something! Only Ryan did that and I’m glad he helped me out. Also, if you’re from out of town and need to know some good eateries around town... Ryan knows some good spots! Thanks again Ryan!

Service is good, but the mark up on parts is 80% i bought secondary air valve for my tundra price there was 367 dollars apiece. found out later on. on line it was 220 dollars. i can understand a $50 mark up, but $ 140.

Update 6-25-20 in Nov19 I ordered bearings, seals and a crush sleeve for mt 06 Tacoma rear differential. The parts arrived and were in the box in my garage. This week I finally got started on the rebuild. The inner pinion bearing race was scratched and pinion seal was bent and unusable.I have 5 different Toyotas and for several years I had been buying all my parts from a dealer out of the Detroit area. After they botched about 5 orders in a row with damaged and/or wrong parts, I started looking for another place to buy from. I found Stevinson West via a Google search and decided to give them a try. After some smaller orders I tried to order rebuild parts for the rear differential on my 06 Tacoma, and I soon found out that their policy is to ship anything over $100 with a signature required. The parts were shipped and the FedEx refused to leave them at my door. The parts manager had to recall the parts and resend them via UPS with no signature required. This only added about 2 weeks to the time it took to actually get my parts, but he did throw in a free Yeti mug for my inconvenience.On my latest attempt, I ordered seals and snap rings for the front end on my 99 4Runner. (..because all of the after market offering have become made in China junk..) I even requested USPS shipping, thinking that the secured package compartment in my mailbox stand might reasonably suffice as secured delivery. It was not correct. USPS left a pink card on my door on Monday 1-13-20. I went online and scheduled a re-delivery for Tuesday 1-14-20, then signed the card and taped it to my front door. The Tuesday re-delivery did not happen. A Wednesday re-delivery did not happen. I went back to the website yesterday and requested another re-delivery for Thursday 1-16-20... It is now Thursday 1-16-20 and the USPS website says my parts are scheduled for re-delivery today, but the mail has already come and my parts are nowhere to be found.I realize that a company policy which proudly reads we ship all orders over $100 signature required probably sounds really good to the marketing department or upper management, but when you are a weekend mechanic who is waiting on a parts delivery so that he can get the front end of his 4Runner put back together this policy absolutely bites. Am I supposed to stay home from work to wait and sign for a parts delivery?I was hoping that Stevinson West was going to become the new go to for all of my parts. Unfortunately it didnt work out that way and now I will need to find another parts dealer.

Im only giving 1 star because 0 is not a choice. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau concerning the service and treatment I received.I brought my Toyota Highlander to the service dept in June in hopes they could repair the back window that no longer popped open. A few hours into the repair, the service dept called and told me they thought it was an electrical issue and that uninstalling the alarm would most-likely solve the problem. I gave permission to uninstall the alarm. Due to time-constraints I was forced to pick up the car even though they were still trying to repair the window. I paid the $149 service fee and was asked if I wanted to keep the alarm parts, I declined.Last week I took my car to Best Buy to have the remote starter fixed. The tech informed my that the remote starter wasnt working because it had been removed from the car. Stevinson Toyota did not uninstall my alarm, they took out my remote starter. I called and spoke with Brian B and Ken S concerning this major oversight. I asked Ken S (the service dept manager) to replace and reinstall the remote starter that his technicians took out without my knowledge. He insisted that it wasnt his fault because it was an after-market addition. Also, the alarm in my car was not uninstalled. I know this because it now goes off randomly when the car is locked. Mistakes happen. I get it. I repeatedly asked Ken to right this wrong and replace the starter (I had just purchased it in January 2020) that was removed without my knowledge. He refused. He also blamed me for not keeping the alarm parts that were taken out of the car. At one point he said, We should agree to disagree about the circumstances of taking out my remote starter. NO, agree to disagree is reserved for politics and opinions. The technicians at Stevinson Toyota messed up and took out my remote starter instead of the alarm! After going in circles and with the understanding that Ken S. was not going to take responsibility for the mistake, I agreed to be refunded the $149 service fee I paid for the window that did not get fixed. The whole experience was disappointing and I expect more from Toyota.

I give the guys I’ve dealt with in the parts department 5 stars. They’ve been helpful and my online orders have been processed quickly. The service department on the other hand I give no stars. I went in to get the upper ball joints I’d ordered for my Tacoma. I had removed the knuckles and ball joints from the truck and brought them with. I have the know how to press the new joints in but lacked the tools so I thought I’d see how much they would charge me, knowing full well it was 10 minutes worth of work. The tech quoted me 1 hour each for a total of $280! I just laughed at him in disgust. I understand dealerships are always more expensive but that’s just flat out robbery! I will continue to purchase parts from them but would NEVER bring my taco in for any sort of service.

I dont know who these guys are but Im going to tell every Toyota owner I know about them. I bought a used Camry for my wife and wanted new floor mats after I got the car showroom detailed. I ordered what I thought was the right part number, and they replied that the VIN I supplied indicated a slightly different shade of gray. The floor mats arrived right on time and were a perfect match.

I ordered some parts for my sisters car over the internet and shortly after received a call from the parts department asking me if I had two cars of that same model but different years. Turns out I had ordered parts for two different cars. He was kind enough to give me the right part numbers to correct my mistake so I promptly ordered the correct parts but put down the wrong year for what I needed and shortly thereafter received another call. I apologized for being a bonehead and thanked him for checking on me to make sure I ordered and received the parts I needed, which thanks to him I did. I really do appreciate this level of commitment to customer satisfaction especially since it is an hour and a half drive to my sisters house to work on her car.

Do not take your vehicle here for service! They are not thorough. I have brought my truck in a few times for a noise, each time they drive it, it doesn’t make a noise, and they don’t look it over. They have left my skid plate hanging after an oil service. They don’t wash the truck anytime we have asked. Today we brought the truck to Mountain States, within 5 minutes, we had an answer, and a solution to the noise it has been making.

I buy the vast majority of my OEM parts for my Toyotas at Stevinson. Local and prices are usually within a few cents of the lowest I can find anywhere. Service is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. If you want the better prices though you got to order online, but you can put the VIN and any questions/instructions on your order to make sure you get the right part. Highly recommend!
