Tim, Shy, and Alex are amazing!! I cannot say enough about Tims kindness and patience with my stubbornness. Shy assisted and tried to find inventory for me and really worked hard to keep me in my budget while meeting my criteria and was also incredibly patient with me. Alex, the GM, that guy is cool and truly cares about customer service and experience. The finance dept with Ron and Chelsea was pretty smooth as well. Chelsea even stayed and finished my file when she didnt have to. Love her. I have basic knowledge of that area, and they did a good job getting me through the paperwork and I dont feel like anything was hidden or done without my consent. I have never had a better car buying experience, even with all the hassle those guys went through for me.

I bought a used car on June 18, 2021. Two days after buying the car I noticed the brakes were squeaking and a smell of coolant. I contacted the service department and they told me to bring in the car the following Saturday. I brought the vehicle in to have them look at it. I was then informed from the service department that everything was fine with the car. 1 week later I was driving and my brakes started to smoke and you could still smell the coolant.I brought the vehicle in on July 2, 2021 and was informed that they would look at the vehicle. I was then informed that my vehicle need new calipers and an engine coolant flush. The total price was $1,496, I was told that since I brought it in for service a week prior they would take care of the repairs. I was informed that the vehicle was not safe to drive and was given a loaner vehicle. On July 8, 2021 I was informed my vehicle was ready and I was given a service record stating that everything was fixed. I then received a call today on July 9, 2021 and was informed that my brakes were not fixed. I am concerned that this dealership sold a vehicle that was unsafe to be on the road and I’ve had to bring in the vehicle 3 times to get it fixed.

For the service department...today was my first experience with them. It was all great except my waiting time. The website says the Express is fast, but I waited over an hour and 20min for an oil change.Not sure why I waited so long, Im also not clear on what was performed and why it took so long. Or was it just busy?They did wash my car which was awesome!

I purchased my 2015 VW Golf from Larry H Miller and have done a few service appointments here since. The service team at this place is great and getting service has always been a very simple process. My service technician Andy worked with me during my last appointment, he was very helpful and personable and I was able to go spend the day with my family and I got a notification when the service was done. The service department at this dealership is awesome and I always prefer to take my car here for oil changes and other services.

We worked with Zach and he was great. We worked out a deal before setting foot in the door and he was great showing us the car, explaining and being patient whilst we weighed up our options, through to choosing the vehicle. He was patient, responsive, didn’t pressure us on anything and helped us work out what worked best for him. Great experience at the dealership and everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be heading there for the next vehicle and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a new car!

This was a terrible experience!! Beware of this service dealer. Larry Miller hugely padded it’s 40,000 service with unnecessary repairs. We’re going to complain to Volkswagen as well.We brought our 2018 Atlas to Larry Miller and requested a 40,000 mile service. The service representative said that service includes spark plug change and a brake flush amounting to a total bill of $751 including tax.Unfortunately, because we trusted this dealer, we didn’t check before hand to see if those were necessary. When we checked the web later because this didn’t seem right, we saw those spark plugs can go up to 100,000 miles and found from two dealers who post their maintenance schedule that they don’t schedule a spark plug change until 80,000 miles. And our service manual said nothing about a brake flush as a standard 40,000 maintenance item.We sent a message to the maintenance manager, but he never bothered to contact us.Based on our experience, we’ll not return to this dealer.

This is a review on the service department! Willie was so helpful the other day!! My daughter lost her keys in Norman, OK, as a student at OU. I called to see about ordering a replacement FOB and he spent several minutes explaining the whole process to me. He then recommended we deal with the dealer in Norman, which I think is so cool! Honesty! But knowing that, still helped me!!We have taken her car in to have repairs done and their department is professional and helpful, and I do not feel like we have been taken advantage of!

I brought my car in with a check engine light issue but overall the car was running fine. I did not expect to leave with a bill for $2700 later. First, over $3000 of work was quoted. I dont know if this was because my main reason for visiting was to get my winter ties switch over, which I was previously offered free of charge. Carbon build up was cited as the main reason for the misfiring on my engine which cost roughly $1000. I went for it since that was recommended as well as a battery change and fixing a mouse-chewed headline. When I came to pick the car up, the check engine light was off. However, I then drove it less than 2 miles away and the light came back on, the car started smoking and smelling like sulphur, and began shaking while idling. I spent $1700 for my car to be returned to me in worse condition than when I had brought it in. I immediately called and was told to return to the dealership but the technicians had gone home so it wouldnt be looked at until the next morning. I was given a rental, which contained employees personal effects - a hat and vitamin water. The next day I was informed the injector door had gone and needed to be replaced to the tune of $975 which was some kind of discount. I was also told the car was test driven 20 miles before being returned to me and that was standard practice. I had no choice but to pay the extra $1000 ($975 plus tax) to get my car back to the original operating condition it was in before I dropped it off. What doesnt match up for me is if 20 miles test drive is standard practice, why did my mileage only go up 32 miles? I have never been lied to by you all in the past but this time it is clear you do not value my business only my hard earned cash.

I stopped in to get a battery replaced under prorated warranty. I asked on the phone if I could borrow a wrench or if someone could help me with the swap (trying to avoid a service charge) and was made to believe that was fine. After getting the battery replaced I realized that a $50 charge was added. I wasnt pleased but felt like I had already dealt with enough back and forth just to prove the battery was under warranty. ..otherwise, the service staff was nice and many employees stopped by to say hello and see my car (MK3) so I had a good time and made new friends.

Just a classic dealership service center experience. Tried to charge me an exorbitant amount for something my car didnt even need, and werent apologetic in the slightest when they hit me with a bill $1500 more than was estimated in the morning. Luckily, I declined everything except for the 80k service I had originally brought it in for (still way too expensive) and brought it somewhere else for a second opinion. Turns out, everything they said I needed was complete BS. Will never be bringing my car to a dealership for service again, and especially not this one. I suggest you find a nice, honest, family owned place like Eurotech Automotive in Golden, lovely people.

I purchased my car here and recently took it in for its first service. Everyone is kind, professional, and I had no issues whatsoever. The service took a little longer than expected but I was fine waiting there. The only thing I can think of, is that they should have massage chairs in the waiting area ☺️ Buying my car at Larry H. I highly recommend working with Yannick G. at Larry H. Miller Volkswagen. He was a real down to earth guy who made everything happen that I had asked. I knew exactly what I wanted, went alone (without my husband) and did not feel taken advantage at any point unlike another local Volkswagen dealers who tried. On top of being friendly, Yannick was very knowledgeable! He even delivered my new car since it wasn’t ready the day I made the purchase. I would definitely work with him again! Larry H Miller sold me an extended warranty. In the contract it does not state that you can use the warranty after 30 days AND 1500 miles. But this is what Larry H Miller puts as a condition even after they inspect your vehicle for any pre-existing issue (which was not completed at the time this contract was purchased). I bought this warranty because 18 months earlier I was told by their service department that their extended warranty would cover this issue that my old warranty would not. I waited until the warranty expired and purchased theirs. Looking thru the contract it said that in fact this would not be covered as it was a pre-existing issue. Later I decided to cancel the warranty. I was refunded a partial amount that the company who holds the contract but but they would not refund the 548.21 what was taxes and a down payment because that charge was up to Larry H Miller. In the contract it states that there would be a refund of all funds less a certain amount per how many miles that were added to the odometer. After 400 miles the company that holds the contract paid me back 587.37 when I paid in 591.00. Why is Larry H Miller not refunding a partial amount of the cost of taxes and the down payment? No Devin said you need to go to Jefferson County and get the taxes back. Now does that mean that every time you return something back to lets say Walmart we need to go to the county to get our tax money back? Why are they not honoring the contract that they sell and why are they adding conditions that you cannot use this warranty until 30 day AND 1500 miles? I asked the company that holds this policy and they said Larry H Miller Volkswagen shouldnt be telling people they cant use the warranty. So here we are. Why Devin is Larry H Miller Volkswagen adding conditions to a contract that you sell and why are you not paying people back? In addition why are your staff telling people that this warranty would have covered this issue? Why could your people not provide me with the contract before hand to look over because I asked and was sent the quote not the contract as it is only drafted by the person who wrote up the quote. So many issues. I will never go back to this dealership. So disappointed. Oh and Devin here is the receipt that you dismissed since this isnt your product but is on your invoice and receipt and you cannot use any other automotive shop unless a Larry H Miller is 50 miles or further. But its not your contract.

Tyler was the WORST car salesmen to work with that I have ever worked with, and I have worked with many over the years. I would absolutely AVOID HIM AT ALL COSTS. Hes got no respect for customers wishes, and when you ask him for a car, and he says hell get it for you, he sells it to another customer earlier the day you go to pick it up.

I wanted to trade in my car for another car during a financially difficult time (COVID-19). Landon not only worked with me to get a great price on the high quality car I wanted, but he also offered to drive the car out to me so that I would not need to sit at the dealership during window-tint servicing. I initially went into the dealership for the recall repair on the fuel rails. This car was bought from carvana and it was in great condition. Carvana made sure to replace the tires, the battery, the spark plugs, the lights (all of which I checked when I received the car). Right after I received my car back I got a check engine light for a leaky fuel pump. So I took it to breaks plus had them run the diag and they said unfortunately they couldn’t do the repair Bc it’s a Volkswagen and it may be related to them replacing the fuel rails.Before I continue it’s important to note I’ve had a light out even before the repair, which when the dealership inspected the vehicle they said the lights “were fine” (they aren’t) on the vehicle inspection slip. But they wouldn’t hesitate to try and upsell me with brand new spark plugs and an oil change I DID MY MYSELF LESS THAN 100 MILES PREVIOUSLY!!!So i took it to The dealership, they than tried to upsell me again with thousands of repairs that I did not need, but did not even ask to fix the light. they fixed the leak but than once I got the car back my battery was all of a sudden faulty and my airbag light was on the dash board. I just thought it was due to the fact the battery was faulty Bc the tire light was on but none the less I waited a day and changed the battery. and waited a few weeks thinking it would turn off.SPOILER IT DID NOT. Im completely upset about this. I make 12.75 an hour and the repair for my car cost me MY ENTIRE PAYCHECK and now I have another problem that maybe more dangerous if I get into a accident. This is ridiculous. I have read other reviews and have herd of sal’s scammy, deceptive, technique.I was a sales man to. I worked lawn care and had my job constantly threatened if I did not upsell, but not once did I ever suggest a upsell a customer did not need. SAL: U GIVE SALES REPRESENTATIVES A BAD NAME.Moral: don’t go here. They will not fix what needs to be done, and will upsell u only repairs that don’t need to be done. If u fixed my light and didn’t mark it as such I would’ve been ok. But u didn’t. Thanks for nothing.

I know VW is just doing their job and the process of you loose a key is so archaic. I have been to this dealership so many times, they know me, they can verify car etc... and to have to spend $650 to tow a car and get a key fob and program it and the loss of time of 5 days oh my I would prefer never to have a car with this kind of computer system. They were accommodating in some aspects though that they could within whatever policy or safety from fraud or stealing a car they are following. They worked with me as they could on all these fees and I hope to be able to save up for a spare in the future. The people over the phone were in good communication to make sure I knew when it was ready which was great as I live 90 miles away from any VW dealer.

This had to be the worst experience Ive ever had a car dealership. We walked in on Friday afternoon and no one acknowledged us. A majority of their staff was sitting directly in front of us in a glass office watching TV. Eventually someone asked us if we wanted to test drive without asking us a single question beyond what model we were interested in. During the test drive, the staff member didnt say a word. If we asked a question, he gave us a short, uninformative response. The whole experience was wildly uncomfortable and unfriendly. Dont waste your time here - you can go to any other dealer in Denver and have a better experience.

Usually get good service from LHM VW, but unfortunately i ran into a fresh service manager that was not familiar with the Phaeton model. Was told oil change would take about an hour, but subsequently found out that, when seeing the car still up in the air after the hour, they had assigned the task to a new employee that was having trouble. FYI: The Phaeton is VWs version of the Bentley Continental and needs to be worked on by a certified or senior tech.I take some responsibility in that i should have asked the service manager if he was familiar with the Phaeton as it is a rare care, but i had been there before and thought it would have been noted in their records of its need for special attention. Hoping that they will have advisories come up on the screen for the service managers in the future for others that may bring in that model.

Came in on Saturday 5/15/21 to get an Oil change. Things didnt quite go the way i was hoping for and I had to make the decision to look at a new vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Suk Na, who was a great sales agent, very knowledgeable and did everything he could to take care of my needs and make sure I was able to find something I liked without being pressured into buying something i wouldnt be happy down the road with. This is the 2nd vehicle I have purchased from Larry Miller VW and I couldnt be happier. I was even pleased with the extra mile taken by Travis Layer in the service department to show me the extra features that came with the car, and made sure he answered all my questions before making any decisions with my old and new car. Will be returning as a loyal customer to LHM VW!

Service department is comprised of incompetent swindlers. Four times my Touareg has been taken into service each time it has been returned with missing parts, oil stains in the interior, damaged plastics, and even improperly installed wheels. There is no point in wasting ones time with L.H.M volkswagen or any of the L.H.M group. The most recent service was for the replacment of shocks and fuel injectors. The shocks due to improperly balanced wheels when it was initially delivered. They spend over 4 hours servicing the vehicle and deliver it back dirty with the same old shocks in the vehicle and instead of injectors, fuel additive was used. I demanded they perform the work that was promised. They put it back on the lift for a little over 3 hours. They tell me they adjusted as far as they could to tighten the suspension while simultaneously augmenting the travel of my suspension so now the vehicle tips when you make even the slightest turn. Then within the next two days the fender flys off and dents the passenger door. The fender had been damaged when they removed the wheel. I cannot verify the injectors were replaced either. Now I have a vehicle with the same old shocks that has horrible scratches and dents in the door due to sloppy unprofessional technichians. Management will do whatever it takes to convince you that his techs will fix something. They will do whatever it takes to leave used parts in a car including spending more than twice the labor time than a replacement would cost to camoflouge the issue. And this is all in light of the fact that in front of me the general manager Jason V. told my salesperson they would fix the little things e.g. plastic trim and light scratches to get me to sign a blank we owe aggreement. Four visits to the dealership and vehicle was returned in worst condition each time. Do not trust these people. Management will lie to their employees and customers. None of the recondition work they showed me on paper had been done. I would be wary of even an oil change considering they could not even deliver the vehicle with properly balanced wheels. Only 7 months after purchase I had to change oil brake fluid and coolant as they were the fluids in the vehicle before LHM recieved it to sell.

Customer service is TERRIBLE. I leased a car from here (Loved the car). At the end of my lease, after turning my car in, they did not report to Volkswagen credit that my car had been turned in so I was being charged a past maturity fee. I tried calling this dealer multiple times and left messages. I never got anyone on the phone and never got a call back. Finally they reported to Volkswagen credit that my car was turned in but they gave the wrong date so I STILL got charged a past maturity fee when I actually turned in my car a week ahead of my maturity date. They avoid customers at all costs when its something negative (this wasnt my only bad customer experience with them just the most recent).

The customer service people are very friendly.I took my vw in for them to pull codes on the radio. But when I got it back the face of the radio was in pieces in the cup holder and they wanted to charge me 800 dollars for the stock radio they destroyed. Costed me 107 dollars for them to destroy my radio.I bought a radio that fit the car off of Craigslist. Talked with them once again in the service department. But this time they hooked up the radio with the vw codes for me at no cost. Im jamming out to the new deck it sounds great they even gave me the four digit code in case this happens again thank you all for making it right ✅Thank youJohn Mekan

Great customer service but very expensive. They tried to charge me 3 hours worth of labor for a part I installed in a half hour. I went in for an oil change and was recommended that I flush the brakes and coolant too. The next day I didn’t have any heat in the car, the tech didn’t properly bleed the coolant system and left an air bubble trapped. Had to spend another 2 hours at the service department while they fixed it. Luckily we didn’t drive up to the mountains to bring the kids skiing.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD. Larry H. Miller Volkswagen Illegally charged me over $400 dollars for repairs that were simply not done to my car. My warranty covered a portion of the expenses as well, so in the end they got payed over $600 dollars worth of work that they never did! My car sat outside their shop for 2 days as they neglected to service or even inspect it. My service representative was SALVADOR SIERRA and he lied to my face about multiple things as I single handedly went over all repairs with him when I payed for the service. I came back to pickup my car after hours, and as I started it up I immediately saw my dash board light up with multiple indicator lights, as well as Service Now! reading on my dash just as it did when I dropped it off. Obviously Volkswagen didnt even sit in my car. It took me 1 minute to walk around my car and see that the reverse lights werent replaced, the black oil in my car was not changed, the oil leak from my timing chain cover was not cleaned up or even wiped, among other things like wiring problems that werent inspected and are still present. SAL specifically told me all of these things were fixed when they obviously were not, he also told me my car was test driven when it obviously wasnt. Even on my paperwork, the mileage in on my car is the exact same as the mileage out. My car sat at Volkswagen for 2 days while nobody inspected it, fixed it, test drove it, walked around it, or even sat inside and looked at the dash. UNBELIEVABLE! Now Im trying to get a refund for work that I was wrongfully charged for, and Volkswagen is refusing to give me my money back. I even payed for 2 oil changes in advance that they wont refund me for! I have absolutely no trust in this dealership. I have called everyday for 3 days, SALVADOR has hung up on me multiple times, I have left voicemails for the service manager ANDY with no call backs, and voicemails for others as well. This is just a summary of the absolutely horrible service that I have received and unfortunately there is even more to the story.Look guys, I love my car and I am honestly a really nice guy. If you make this right and correct your mistakes, if you give me my money back, I will delete my review and give you the credit you deserve! Up until right now you have PROVEN to be dishonest, untrustworthy, unorganized, and unprofessional with a huge lack of customer service. Not to mention Illegal... I would like to be a happy customer! I only have a bad taste in my mouth because of YOU. This is my honest review of the service that I received, and the service that my car did not! Do not trust Larry H. Miller Volkswagen with your vehicle!

Great to work with up until after you purchase a vehicle.Honestly my buying experience was great. Kristian was a down to earth, knowledgeable and quick to respond sales rep. After walking out with my new GLI, I was pretty satisfied... I was also convinced by the finance manager to buy some service upgrades (HUGE MISTAKE) that would cover paint and dent repair for 4 years.After getting a scratch in my rear bumper and drivers side door from debris, I called LHM and set up an appointment. The folks I talked to said that with the package I purchased, they would cover the damage no problem. When I arrived at the service department, they claimed to have no idea what I was talking about. They directed me towards sales, which lo and behold, had an entirely new staff who also seemed to have no idea what I was talking about. I asked them to review my contract and the extremely rude sales manager said I should have brought it myself. After an extensive call with the 3rd party company that covers this contract, I learned that I had been completely lied to at purchase of the vehicle, and that the service only covers MANUFACTURES DEFECTS. Is that not what the warranty is for???Unfortunately, it doesnt end there. I was also sold the two years of complimentary service package being told that services would cost me $100s of dollars. Another bold faced lie. When I brought my vehicle in for service, I directly asked the service provider multiple times not to touch the ECU (it had some modifications which I spent a lot of money on), they told me that it would not be a problem and they should be done in under and hour. I left to get lunch with a friend and returned to find my vehicle exactly where I left it. Clearly they had forgotten about it, and rushed to get it done which took about another hour. Finally, upon receiving my bill I saw that the cost for the whole service was UNDER $50. WHY WOULD I PAY $200 OF FREE SERVICE FOR 2 $50 SERVICES OVER 2 YEARS???Oh, and of course they when ahead and reset my ECU anyway, which I had to go back to my REAL AND HONEST mechanic to get corrected.These people are clowns. Buy your vehicle and never look back.

Not happy with the level of care here. I’ve been calling every week for almost a month, leave messages and no one can seem to find 5 mins to call me back in regards to the brand new Tiguan I bought. This is the 4th VW I’ve owned and the worst dealer by far. I was promised a letter in my email to state I could come back within a year of purchase to get the damage repaired on my NEW vehicle that was discovered after it was detailed. All I needed was a confirmation call back and they don’t care. Don’t buy here!

I came to this dealership after reading a flyer that had come in the mail. I went in being very skeptical of what they might be able to do for me in my particular situation. Having zero plan to buy a car and being under extreme stress, I went in thinking how will I do this? Yannick came to me and gave me a ride to the dealership. Not only did he pick me up but he actually brought me breakfast from Chic Fillet! He and Jay had laid the ground work for the deal the evening before by collecting the information they needed to help me get into a vehicle. This made things much smoother. I went in and was shown some vehicles. I picked the one I liked the best and that was that. The deal was done quickly and without pressure or fuss about details. Everything was very straight forward.They didn’t have a bad car on the lot. All of the vehicles were pristine. My new (used) VW Tiguan looks brand new and has very low miles.I absolutely couldn’t be happier with the experience that I had at this dealership. A++ Quality Service!

I did not purchase my vehicle here so I cannot speak for the sales department. However, I can speak for the service department. Beware, because there certified VW mechanics clearly do not care about cleaning up the mess they made in your car. I had a check engine light on for my ad blue in my jetta tdi. They did the repair, but clearly didnt clean up there mess they made in my trunk by spilling adblue EVERYWHERE. When I went to load my trunk up this morning, 1/3 of my trunk was white and crystalized from the ad blue that the tech spilled everywhere. I guess they dont care about cleaning up their mess and just hope the customer doesnt notice....UPDATE:The dealership was very professional in handling the situation. They reached out and wanted to make it right and offered a complimentary full detail of the car to clean the mess the tech had made. Thank you for doing that.

Great customer service. Just brought my car in for service and it was taken care of quickly and covered by my warranty. But the highlight of my visit was when I brought up how at the time of purchasing the car a little over two years ago, I ended up driving off the lot with an empty tank. They just filled it up for me on the spot, no questions asked. Great service, highly recommended.

Wow what a change! I had a horrible experience with the service department and Art here last year. I was in desperate need of getting my vehicle serviced and this was the only place available. I was hesitant but desperate. Andrew has been so kind and so understanding throughout the whole service experience. The tech (Antonio) was honest about what needed to be replaced. Andrew and Antonio were never pushy to get me to spend more money and so understanding of what I needed. If not for Andrew I wouldn’t be writing this review or be willing to continue to service my car here. Such an amazing experience working with the service team this time.Thank you!

Took my car here because I bought a used car from Larry H. Miller Volkswagen in AZ, in order to have a service alert and vents fixed. Even though I had an appointment scheduled for 0800, I waited 4 hours for them and they didn’t even fix the problems. I ended up having to take my car to an Audi dealership for the alert fix, and my vents worked for about 10mins before malfunctioning again. The service tech even told me that they weren’t sure how to properly fix the problem. It’s frustrating that I waited so long for nothing.

Very timely and professional - I was able to make an appointment and get my car maintenance completed within the week. I was also offered transportation to and from the center. Many additional available services and repairs were noted and recommended, but I was able to opt in or out of the repairs easily with an online portal. Overall, great service!

Ive had two 00s jettas, and it was time for an upgrade. Ive never purchased a new car before, and was dreading the experience to be honest - not knowing exactly what to expect..but expecting the worst.I had a pretty solid idea of what I wanted, model, trim and color wise. It was between two different cars. We worked with Liam and he was super easy-going, nice to talk to and didnt make me feel stressed or uncomfortable at any point. Had two test drives and ended up loving the GTI se.Since everything went so smoothly, and they had the exact car, color and trim I wanted, we decided to go for it. (The car also already had a clear bra and really nice tinted windows, which was a plus for me.) Credit approved pretty quickly, and they worked with us to get a lower interest payment. Drove my dream GTI home that day. We did have to come back a few days later to finish some additional paperwork, but no big deal.If I had felt pressured or up-selled, I doubt we would have bought anything that day, or from them at all. Appreciate the style of informing people and then letting them make their own decisions, in their own time.If yall see me zipping around town looking fresh in my green GTI, its thanks to these cats!

Travis did a great job of getting my vehicle in right away and having diagnostics run to see what’s going on. My vehicle returned in a timely manner and was covered under warranty. Where the two stars come in was as i was driving home i noticed some liquid sloshing noises and my spare sounded very loose. Once i got home I’m inspected the noises, come to find out my DEF fluid cap was never put back on and the spare was never tightened. This resulted in DEF fluid all over my trunk and spare tire area. The larger issue is that my dogs spend a fair amount of time in this vehicle. I went straight to a car wash to get the matter handled on my own. Since owning this vehicle, the DEF fluid has been topped off by two separate dealers and myself - none of which resulted in the mess i was forced to clean up after visiting this service center. Again Travis did a great job getting my vehicle in and out in a timely manner, just wish the rest of the team would’ve paid a bit more attention to their actions.

I had a slow leaking, rear tire and had been servicing the car at Gebhardt Volkswagon in Boulder. They couldn’t get the car in for over 48 hrs and each day I’d walk out to a flat tire. Because I’d purchased tire replacement insurance when I bought the car it was important to use a Volkswagon dealer. So, I called Larry Miller Volkswagon and Travis was excellent, incredibly accommodating. Took the car in that afternoon. His technician found and fixed the leak (an embedded nail) and sent me on my way within an hour, no charge. They even washed the car. That kind of service would make anyone a happy and returning customer. Thank you so much, Travis, for such excellent service. Great service makes a huge difference and they exceeded expectation. 5 stars.

Highly disappointed with this dealership. I booked a service appointment to have my oil change done and also put in a comment that I needed a clicking noise checked out in my glove box. I always have purchased the oil packages here since I bought my car 2 years ago and have always been happy coming here until yesterday. When I get there, Travis asks me if I’m just doing the oil change, and I described that the car has a clicking noise whenever the ac or heater is turned on, and I mention that I noted this as an additional repair when I scheduled the appointment. He adds it in and tells me that this is a $700 repair and is usually the only thing that goes wrong on GTI’s and asks if I’d like to purchase the extended warranty. I tell him my car is only 2 years old and I have low miles and ask if this is broken shouldn’t this be covered under the warranty and he said “ oh yeah, it should.” Then proceeds to tell me I need to complete the required maintenance package that aligns with the miles on my car and I ask how much this is. He says it’s almost 600.00 and I let him know I can’t afford that today so he writes in that I declined and this will affect my warranty on my car doesn’t ask if this is something I’d like to reschedule. Just tells me, “well if your transmission breaks, now we won’t cover it under warranty because you refused this.” We had to wait two hours for the oil change to be done and to be told that it would take a day to take apart the dash to find the issue that is causing the clicking. Funny thing is the tech didn’t even know what the issue was but Travis was sure it was a 700.00 fix? Upon picking up my car I’m handed several packets of information for an extended warranty ($3300) telling me that I’ll likely need this. I’ve never felt so pushed to purchase something. When I get the paperwork link as a text message I see that Travis didn’t even list the noise I’m hearing, correctly and states that it’s related to starting the vehicle. I will not be brining my car back here. You should of kept the staff you had back there previously. I will let friends and family know that they can’t come here to get a simple oil change without being constantly harassed to purchase additional things.
