Not even a 1 star. Always an issue when I come here. I was told 20min because they were working on an install. Sitting here for an hour now watching it get packed with people waiting. Tried to ask how much longer it was going to be and nobody was even in there. Cant you find help that can multi tasks? This is ridiculous!

I watch the guy sneak out the back door and drive off right behind me. So unprofessional, childish, immature, and very rude. I’m sorry that I seem like a walking cash register to you, but I’m still a customer.
