After our mini van was damaged in a hail storm, I took the advice of a friend and went to see Bret. It was a fairly long drive from my house, but in the end it was well worth it. Hi every one, I just had my 2011Ford Pick up repairs by Bret at Pointless Solutions repair my truck. I called him and set up an appointment for him to give me an estimate and he gave me a fair time and price. We then set up a time for him to do the repair and he talked me through it answering my questions and taking my worries away. He is in a new location just off of I 70 and W Colfax. He has a heated and secure shop and said he would keep me posted on the progress of the repair. I was surprised when he called me early and said it was done. I then went over his work with a fine tooth comb and found no flaws. He is a true professional in what he does. I told him I will be more than happy to refer other people to him. To many times other shops are over priced and under deliver, but not Bret. He gave me a great price and great service. I would highly recommend him for any future repairs. Worked with Brett on an insurance claim due to the hail storm in 2017. He was very thorough on identifying all damages and promptly submitted the paperwork to the insurance company. Brett does great auto body work. All dents have been repaired or replaced.

Due to the recent Hail Storm that hit the Golden area to my misfortune three of my vehicles were damaged in this storm. But I was lucky to have Bret and John on my side to repair all of my vehicles. Back in September 2017 I scheduled an appointment with Paintless Solutions to get an estimate done on one of my cars that was damaged by a hail storm earlier in the year. After taking time off of work to take in my vehicle on the day of my appointment (9.25.17) I was turned away by one of the repair techs. The tech told me that my appointment was cancelled because the estimator was out sick (They claimed that they had called me by telephone earlier in the day to inform me, which was a big lie!). I was told that I would have to call back the next day to reschedule my cars inspection, which I ended up doing. However, after calling more than once and leave multiple messages, I was NEVER contacted back by them. These guys are extremely unprofessional! I do not recommend them based on my bad experience!
