Not impressed. It was pricey. The chocolate sprinkle cone tasted like old chocolate and was way too thick. The pineapple ice cream didn’t taste good, I just threw it all away after a few bites. 2 stars because the cotton candy ice cream my bf got was actually tasty, I wish I had picked that. Also the employee was pretty rude. I do not recommend.

Didnt take a picture but I got a chocolate waffle with one scoop of cookie dough and it was amazing!!!! The one scoop was more than enough and it tasted fresh!

The ice cream was amazing! Chantilly ice cream were great, and I can customize them and satisfied with the results.

They were quick n fast but tended to people they know a little better then people that arent around from that area

Always something new. Most creative gelato flavors Ive ever had. Excellent, too!Christmas flavor Krampus. Dark chocolate, then a nice hit of cinnamon, followed by a touch of habanero. Amazing!Every season and holiday has their own special flavors. There are the basics, but dont limit yourself. You wont be sorry.

Ice cream was ok..Thing that really annoyed me was that its cash only. So I had to go to the atm inside the shop to withdraw cash which cost me another $3 . So for to ice creams with a scoop each cost me $16. Now thats a rip off

Wednesday is definitely a slower day than weekends. Cash only but ATM on-site. We tried the coffee ice cream in a cup for $6. Ice cream was creamy and good.

This sign/gate was from the original ice cream and drugstore here, named the Gate. It was owned by my great grand aunt & uncle! Most people dont know why that is there, but it is part of my family history.

Way overpriced ice cream place. Paid 10 dollars each for 2 shakes. Shakes were more like milk. Flavor was good, but these were not shakes and then 6 bucks for a scoop of ice cream. Walk 5 minutes to the Ralphs up the street and get yourself a pint of Ben and Jerrys.

A bit over priced for the quality of ice cream..Which is just dryers ice cream. A frozen chocolate banana is $6.00 and a small yogurt sundae was 7.25

The ice cream is overpriced!!! One small average tasting scoop of ice cream is $6 plus they don’t accept credit card so they want you to use their own ATM machine which charges you $3 to take out cash...total of $9 for a mediocre taste of a small scoop of ice cream. Also, customer service very poor. Beware of this shady business who takes advantage of their clientele.

2 families at beach went in to get ice cream - servers not wearing masks, leaning in to fridges to scoop, breathing over all food. Horrific and disgusting during a pandemic. We walked out. Sure many families doing the same

Overpriced even for Laguna Beach, no samples, cash only, and unfriendly service. The ice cream is the same Dryers you can get in any grocery store and the smoothies are not made with fresh fruit. Do yourself a favor and walk 400 feet down the street to a Gelatto place that is superior in every way.

Horrible service!!! Went in with a friend to buy a couple of ice cream cones with a friend. When I asked to try a flavor, I was met with We dont give out samples. Which I told them I found odd because the customers standing right in front of me were trying a couple of different flavors. Im African American and all the other patrons (including my friend) were White while I was in the shop. I dont know it was racially charged but I do know I was the only one who physically looked different from all the other customers and I was the only one denied trying a flavor before making a purchase.

So over priced... when i asked for just a brownie they charged me 10 bucks for litterally one bite of a brownie and they were rude abt it. I was with a party of 6 and it was $55 for a scoop of ice cream each. ridiculous would not recommend

Incredibly overpriced, and they dont take credit card, only cash. We went in for icecream, but ended up leaving. The employees kept pressuring us to hurry up and make a decision, which was difficult since they dont offer samples. Overall it was the worst experience Ive ever had with an ice cream establishment. I felt as if they did not care about my service, and just wanted me in and out.

Oh, not good place. Price unfair and service poor, but if you tour here guess dont have many choice to choose.

Overpriced, cash-only with uninspired Dreyers ice cream.Theyve recently raised their already over-priced ice cream, now $5.50 for a small cup (literally one scoop, not a generous one at that, unlike most any other ice cream shop), $6 for a single scoop cone. Family of 4: 1 cone, 3 cups, $22.50, cash only.This isnt for any house-made ice cream or even Ben & Jerrys... Its for $3 a half gallon at the supermarket Dreyers.Small scooper, big gouge. Rocky Mountain Chocolate across the street and a couple doors down has ice cream on their sign at $3.95, wish Id gone on to check out what they had before buying our treats at Chantilly, take note and Ill know better for next years summer outing to Laguna.

Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. It was our first time there. So we obviously wanted to look at the menu before making our selection. The employees kept yelling at the customers the whole time to keep moving. Like we were a herd of cattle. That we rushed to make a selection as fast as possible. Ice cream is average. Overpriced. Never EVER going back. Waist of time and money. Horrible customer service!!

Usually being in this area once a year, Ive always went to Chantilly. This time, they put ridiculous prices such as $7 for one scoop of ice cream. The ice cream is dryers, commonly found in grocery stores for low prices. They are cash only which is inconvenient. Im not coming back, even for tourist prices these are insane.

Same ice cream you get in the supermarket, and very expensive. Go elsewhere.
