Good prices nice showroom

Worst experience I have ever had in any retail experience! During the covid pandemic outbreak our house purchase was cancelled 5 days before closing and our scheduled delivery from Leather Gallery and bedding center Lady Lake Florida. We promptly contacted all retailers to cancel delivery and return purchases. Leather Gallery and bedding center agreed to cancel delivery but refused to give credit stating that all sales are final. Our home is in Minnesota so we had no where to go for delivery. The product had never left the store! We disputed the purchase with the credit card company, in the response to the dispute the president of Leather Gallery and bedding center Bruce Wine lied about the facts. BUYER BEWARE!

We have had problems from the first day the furniture was delivered. Sofa defective. Its now 2 years and the problem is still not resolved.

Weve visited several Stressless stores in Florida and in the Carolinas and this location is horrible. Weve owned Stressless for many years and dont get me wrong you will find quality furniture here because you really cant compete with Stressless but you will get little to no helpful customer service here. We saw so many people walk in and out of this place and Beth showed little to no interested in their needs needs. We found ourselves helping people by explaining certain features and helping people that like ourselves had back problems so much that at some point someone said I should work there. I find it an insult to the brand to have someone that has little to no knowledge or maybe simply doesnt care enough about her customers to want to share the little knowledge she might have and help them. If you want real quality furniture and actually want to find someone that cares about your needs especially for your high investment consider going to another location.

They charged me $40 for a leather cleaner/polisher that cost $14 99 on line.
