My Grandpa brought home a dozen donuts from here today and they were delicious!! I had a chocolate donut and it tasted just right, not too sweet. Wonderful flavor and texture, reminded me of other mom and pop donut shops we’ve really liked. Definitely want to try the sprinkles or fritters next time. Everyone was satisfied with the donuts we got today, as Grandpa loved the maple bar and devoured it. And the coconut topped donuts are amazing too. My boyfriend had a glazed one and enjoyed his also. Great place all around and will definitely be back to try more flavors.

This is the only place we’ve gotten donuts since we moved to the area. They are so good! I always overdo it- so be careful! But I’ve always had a good experience and they are super tasty.

Amazing like always! Best pillows of edible heavenly clouds there is. Maple cinnamon roll, bacon Maple bar, cream cheese cake donut, chocolate old fashion, and couple turnovers it was today! Shot out to the staff as well!

I love this place. The bacon maple bars are amazing. They are open super early so i like to go when I am up too early or up too late. The staff is always friendly, and once she even gave me an extra doughnut. ❤💚💙❣I will be going back many times Im sure. Yummy!

Excellent donuts! The coconut cream ones are outstanding, as well as, the pineapple fritters, and Im sure all the fritters. I like that they have chocolate filled donuts, as opposed to regular eclairs with custard inside and chocolate on top. Prices are worth the extra couple of dollars for donuts way better than grocery store. Also the banana strawberry child, is great, too. Always friendly service.

No one is ever having a gloomy time in Hevenly Donuts. Too much happy excitement for that! Their donuts are so good, its almost embarrassing to eat them in public. I said almost 😊Good place to stop before you head out fishing or for a hike in the Olympics. Get em while theyre piping hot and enveloped yourself in the smell of donuts cooking. Great way to start your day.

I love donuts... And I am starting to have high standards. These did not disappoint. Filled donuts had generous amount of jelly/cream and their fritters are spot. They not only have traditional apple fritters but blueberry, raspberry, blackberry and pineapple fritters! The puffies are light, creme filled fried pastry dough dusted in powder sugar-- you can by 7 or 14 at a time (aka Am I buying for myself? or do I need enough to share?...😉). Will be going back.

Donuts are great, service is slow. I also deliver for doordash and Uber eats and they did not get my order ready until I had gotten up to the counter after waiting in line behind two other people. My order should have been ready before I got there

Delicious and fresh donuts. Coffee was also fresh. Prices were great. Locations is quite accessible and parking is easy to find. The only problem of our visit was the bathroom as the store owner wasn’t willing to let my kids use the bathroom stating it’s wasn’t public!

Recently ordered donuts from Heavenly Donuts on Door Dash going with their Fancy Donut half dozen. We received two fritters, two claws, a bacon covered ring maple donut, and a cinnamon roll. The image on their website and the actual product are completely different. The image showed elegant designed Cookie Monster and a few other donuts. Though the donuts we received were decent, the overwhelming price and lack of proper advertising and integrity left much to be desired.

My all time favorite do-nut shop, unbelievably cheap and donuts are fresh not matter what time you enter. You can come in around 2:00 am and they still taste like they just been baked. The woman at the front counter is always kind and patient when we pick our dozen. Everytime we visit Lacey, I gotta stop here to get my donut fix. I dont believe I could ever find a better donut shop than this place.

The donuts here are a true match to the name of the business. My grandsons love them and consider them the standard to compare all others. So far they have found none that come close.

I admit their donuts are delicious and thus the two stars. BUT, their customer service is not always decent. Before this older lady packed 6 to 7 donuts in ONE of their little baggies for us (the donuts arrived home all squished to the bottom of the bag by the way) she picks up a phone call in the middle of us ordering. She did not excuse herself to go do so, no warning, no communication, she just walked away as my fiance was ordering the last donut. Then she rings us up and walks away to help the other customer. Nothing said at all. It wasnt busy..at all. Just plain rude. I live in the area and have visited this place more than a few times and everytime this older lady helps us she packs half dozens into a single little baggie for us. And the last few times she just has been a bit more rude than the last. Have no idea what we did to the lady but regardless I am about tired of it. Will be buying from their competitors from now on.

Our first time here but it definitely wont be our last. We tried the assorted fancy dozen and they were all very good. The dough was soft and tasted very fresh. Not too sweet either, which I loved. So glad that its open 24hrs so I can get my donut fix any time I want. And the lady that helped us was so nice and patient when I asked her which flavors were which since it was my first time there.

I love this place. It is consistently high quality.Cake doughnuts are my favorite, and the vanilla cake doughnuts here are the best flavored, softest Ive ever had. The raised doughnuts are also very pillowy and delicious.

Wow what a hidden gem. The donuts are great and very affordable. The best description for this location is looks can be deceiving because its not too pretty on the eyes, but the food makes up for it and more.

Im putting on weight. Im a loyal, frequent customer of this establishment. Im beginning to suspect that these delicious, warm and amazing donuts sold by this store is the reason for my weight increase. The fact they are open 24 hours doesnt help my addiction. Further research will be needed.

We bought half a dozen (plus 1 free) is a treat! Love the Choco Bavarian, not overwhelmingly sweet and the bavarian hit the mark. Not so excited with the raspberry filled. Price was reasonable. But what made the place heavenly was the very warm and pleasant lady selling the donuts.

If the service was better at knight or midnight and on they would get more customers...

This is like the 4th time Ive gone in there and theyve put the wrong doughnuts in the box and tape it up without showing me what Ive asked for.When they are behind the counter, you can not see what they added to the box. So make sure you ASK to see what you have gotten so far, BEFORE they tape the box shut.

NOT OPEN 24 HOURSI have given my business here many times but this morning was a first for me. I was walking by around 2 AM (I chose not to drive drunk). The open sign is on, the “open 24 hours” mural is all over the place and I was told they’re closed…front door was open for any patron to walk in. There were donuts in the case and I had cash in hand and was turned away.If you’re not going to honor your 24 hours slogan, then you probably shouldn’t have it.Needless to say, they lost my business and I’ll try the new donut place around the corner.

Heavenly Donuts are hands down the best donuts around, its well worth the 1/2 drive to get them!!! The young lady who helped me today was so nice, friendly, & accommodating (went to the back to get an apple fritter) which was absolutely totally BOMB!! ALL the donuts we got today were so GOOD!!! Donuts are always fresh, service is always so friendly and helpful. During the pandemic they are allowing only 3 customers in the building at once. They tend to get a little busy at times, but theyre 24 hrs so you can stop anytime. When you get a dozen you get 14, so their pricing is very reasonable. Never disappointed!

Absolutely love their selection of donuts! From fritters in a variety of flavors such as blueberry, cherry, lemon and apple to the filled donuts that you rarely can find elsewhere. Their coconut cream filled is enough for me to make the 2 hour round trip just for these delicious ones.

I wish they open a 24hr location on the west side of the Tacoma Narrows towards the peninsula preferably Port Orchard or Gig Harbor because toll fees are just rising to go get a dozen donut anytime. There is no contact information for the corporate office that I can reach out to and inquire on considering a 3rd location here in Washington State as theres quite alot of commuters with the two military Navy bases.

The Doughnuts are good and a good price for the Heavenly Dozen, what they lost stars on is that they are often out of the best choices like fritters. The service is not what I would call friendly and the appearance seems a little rundown and dirty. Doesnt keep me from stopping by 2-3 times a week though. 😊
