The service is lousy, the employees are lazy and rude and the store hours arent even as posted on the sign. I would not recommend Boost Mobile for service it sucks!

Boost Mobile is not a good phone company they screw around with you and don’t fix any of your issues you are having all it is is sprit I would not recommend this company to any one go to U.S. Cellular or Verizon they are better.

I use boost service which is pretty good except trying to receive service out in the county, now as far as the workers Kenya is definitely a much nicer person then her co worker she is informative helpful and funny whole the dude that works there could use some lessons in etiquette manners and try to remember that its his customers thsy pay his check every week... 3:stars for Kenya

Be careful!!! a sim card cost me $ 29.99 and for the device switch they charged me $ 25online and with customer service by phone is free. Report this store. outraged$56.64!!!!!

Ill start by saying that I never had to post a negative review before. I bought a new the store and less than 90 days later it had a software problem dew to the last update the Antivirus software boost uses didnt recognize the update and thought it was a virus. I followed the onscreen instructions and rebooted the phone and it went into a boot loop. The salesperson was very nice but when she got Alex, the owner, he was absolutely horrible about it and even after LG and Boost_Mobile told me that the store would replace it he refused to do anything. He said that he doesnt get the phones from either of them and he wont be doing anything for me. I have no problem with Boost_Mobile but Ill never deal with that store again. Sorry for the rant but Ill tell my situation to everyone in La Crosse.

A $25 activation fee is a rip off when Boost doesn’t actually charge an activation fee. Save the money and buy a Boost phone elsewhere.
