Shawn did a great job answer all the questions I had for him. Easily to talk to while we waited for my new phone to update and transfer all the items from my iCloud. He also put my screen protector on and it’s perfect he’s the man! I was disappointed that my three year old pixel 2 failed overnight with the black screen of death. Sarah took excellent care of me today.. She wasnt able to get me into another pixel phone due to supply demand issues. She gave me choices base on my likes and dislikes.. I left with new Samsung phone and accessories. Today I worked with Sara and she went above and beyond setting up my new phone, showing me features I was unaware of and even helping me register my screen protector in order to get a new one when I crack this one.
