My sales guy was so nice, I really had a nice experience and got two classy pairs of Coach sunglasses.

It’s 12:05. Supposed to open at 12:00. Google search says 12-6 today. No sign on the door saying otherwise OR even displaying their hours of operation. The weekend after Thanksgiving and you aren’t open. Solid business model there 👍👍👍

Bought sunglasses. Nothing special

Very poor customer service. They do not stand behind their product. My friend purchased me a pair of Versace sunglasses last April and the Versace logo and the frame fell off. I was told by Patricia, the store manager, to contact customer service. She provided me with the number and said they were available 24/7. I just called and they are closed. It’s disappointing they do not stand behind their product. These were not cheap and now I am unable to wear them!

Store hours 11am to 7pm, its 1:00pm please tell why the store is closed until 3pm ?

Horrible customer service! Refused to exchange or return the pair of glasses I purchased yesterday. Employee said I had to go to the store where I purchased it because he ONLY carries clearance items and that his system has been acting up all day. He just didn’t want to work

I ordered an item online and they haven’t even call me or email to let me know it arrived. Today I called all day and they never answered or it says the line it’s busy so I guess I have to make the trip there and see if I waste it or no!

Terrible customer service. They did not follow Sunglasses Hut corporate policy. Ordered sunglasses online from SH and per their policy I should be able to make an even exchange at any of their stores but at this location they refused and would not help me at all. Took my sunglasses to another location and exchange them no problem. This particular location is terrible.

Lots of selection. Nice staff. Bought some Ray Ban glasses.

Rude Obnoxious woman (strong Spanish accent) who will tell you something entirely untrue and then plead ignorance when you correct her. I was out of here in 3 mins. Dont waste your time.
