I came to Jared for a Pandora bracelet for my moms birthday. They no longer have them in the store. But I did want to look at a cross and a necklace for her. Looked at them and they were a little out my budget. I had the best woman working with me Her name was Sandy. She made my Jared experience SPECTACULAR. She helped me get financing and I got my mom the best gift Ive ever got her. I cried when she told me I was approved. She cried too. Sandy treated me just like I was a millionaire. I truly appreciate that and she knew her Stuff. I went to the Jareds @ the Loop in Kissimmee Fl.

We came in to get our rings inspected and cleaned. We also came in for watch batteries. We were assisted by LaToy (?spelling). She was FANTASTIC! She was so fun and really efficient.

Letoi was very helpful… we had different profiles each time we purchased jewelry (even though we give them our number to add to the same file) and it was difficult to find the correct item when we went in for a clean. Letoi took all the files and converted them into one profile. No one has ever tried to fix that problem before! She was very kind and patient!

They sized and appraised my ring. Im so happy with it. They are the recommended jeweler for Costco if you need something sized, and they didnt disappoint. Finally reunited with my Christmas present from my hubby 1🥰🥰🥰

My now fiancée bought me a ring approximately a month ago. I picked it up two hours ago and I already have to take it back for the third time tomorrow due to diamonds constantly falling out. This has completely ruined our whole engagement experience and this is now more of a stressful time than a happy one.

First off I would like to say when I go into a establishment that has to do with sales I do not like to feel like I’m rushed or the pressure to buy something. With that being said my jewelry consultant did not make me feel that way the whole time I was there. She listen to what I had to say as far as what my likes were and what I was looking for. She basically did the Shopping for me and after a few attempts ( because I’m sooo picky) came up with a beautiful wedding set that is breathtaking!! I had to get them sized and that took less then a week to get both pieces sized . I’m very pleased with the whole experience from start to finish.

My man and I were looking at wedding rings today and I gave this lady a price range of $0000 (for example) and she had the audacity to show me a $00000 ring. This lady did not listen to anything I said. I specifically asked to see 14/18ct, white gold, bridal sets in the $0000 range. She showed us rings way way way above our price range, she showed me engagement rings that did not come as a set, she even tried showing me engagement ring settings without the diamond! That means you have to purchase the engagement ring setting, the diamond, and the wedding band. I told her I’d rather look online if anything and to have a nice day. Complete waste of time. She tried to push a sale and instead pushed us right out the door. Even if I had found something I liked I wouldn’t let my man make a purchase there simply because of the poor customer service we received.

I went into the store on Sunday to have my wifes ring of 13 years repaired as the stem to the head of the diamond had broken. I was greeted very pleasantly and assisted by Joanne the store manager. In showing her the ring and explaining what I wanted to have done, she gave me several options to choose from including possibly other diamond and settings options. When I explained to her the sentimental value of the ring, she understood and took it to her repair team, and they were able to figure out how to set the head piece onto the ring without having to use or replace the stem. That option sounded good and reasonable and they told me they would call me by Wednesday as the ring should be done by then. I was very pleased that I didnt need to follow up with them as I received a call on Wednesday morning, as promised; but the best part was when I went to pick up the ring! It was beautiful! Not only had they fixed it beyond my expectation, but they had detailed cleaned it as well! The ring was even more stunning than when I first picked it out 13 years ago!I dont remember the name of the tech who worked on it, but to Joanne and her team, many thanks in making my experience awesome! Debbie P in the Kissimmee store saved the day for me!! I had problemafter problem with Jared online and just when I was ready to give up on Jared, I found Debbie!! After waiting for months for my engagement ring, being double charged, and a missed delivery commitment, I had had enough with this company and Debbie saved the day! She took on my issue as if I were family and walked me through the process and restored my faith in this company! In a matter of days, Debbie did what countless others at Jared could or would not do over months and she got me my engagement ring!! THANK YOU DEBBIE...YOU ARE THE BEST!!

I got my engagement ring last July, 3 weeks after I got it, I noticed the center diamond was gone, thankfully I found it on the kitchen floor, I brought it in and it was repaired. Had my 6 month inspection done in January and then about the middle of March I noticed the center diamond was loose, but the pandemic had started, and the store was closed. Was so happy to look online this morning and it showed the Loop West store was open....I started trying to call at 10:00 (that was the opening time), it would ring once, then nothing. I decided to drive there. There was a message on the door that they were now open Tuesday thought something 11:00-7:00 and a number ( not the store number) to call and make an appointment. I called the number and left a message that I wanted an appointment to get my ring repaired. I received a message a bit later, (guess I missed the call) that said they are not taking any jewelry in for repairs at this time 🤬 I was so happy that “He went to Jared” but now I am getting a nasty taste in my mouth every time I say the word!!!!!

Wish there was a 0 star option. YANIRA LIED TO ME NUMEROUS TIMES. Broken promises, Always excuses, and always a rude attitude. I cannot stand her. I will not be going back to this Jareds because of Yanira. Save your time and go to Millenia mall where your being a human being matters!

This has been the worse service in jewelry store ever. They dont have any type of organization. I saw employee doing nothing just walking around, no one came to see if i need help. Im standing a front of the store door. I make appointment for 1:30pm and was 2:15pm and nobody show up at the door. They put a phone number at the door. When you call nobody ask the call. I wont buy any other jewelry from this store. I dont recomend this store for nothing.

I had an amazing experience buying Jewelry at this location. I had a budget for one item and ended up getting 2 items inside of my budget. Joan and the staff gave me the best options available, very professional, courteous and the pricing/discounts made a customer for life. I recommend buying from this location if your looking to impress a loved one without breaking the bank. Ill see you soon ladies and thanks again for all of your help!

Do NOT take your jewelry to be repaired here. I brought two bracelets in to be repaired, the first one was to fix a clasp that had completely fallen off that THEY installed approx 6 months ago and I was charged for the repair. The second bracelet they refused to repair unless I purchased a clean and polish service for an additional $20+ um...what??? No. Take your business to your hometown jewelry store (or even a pawn shop) and you will get better repairs and certainly better customer service than what I experienced from Jared.

Had a great experience at this location!I brought my rings here for inspection and re-rotary and they did an amazing job, compared to the other Jared’s location near the Millennia Mall where I had brought them several times before. My rings look like they did when I first bought them! They did a fantastic job! All the staff was very friendly and sincere as well.

The staff here make you feel like family when appropriate, and like their only customer all the time. I bought my wifes engagement ring here, and was so impressed that we came back for our wedding bands, and have been back several other times for other jewelry and watches. The staff is very nice and easy to talk to, and always make us feel comfortable. We come here now for all our jewelry needs.

Who knew that it is wiser to call ahead and make an appointment to visit a jewelry store? Thank goodness were 5th in line as a walk in and 45 minutes later we got what we wanted. Everyone was very nice, helpful and did not rush us in anyway. Nice experience will visit again.

I wanted to buy something not ordinary, and I was sure that I would have to look for what I wanted for a while, but Elizabeth, an employee of the company, managed to find exactly what was needed for me, spending less than one hour on it. Salon workers were very friendly. I am very pleased with my experience.

I was quickly shown exactly what I was looking for, and was offered suggestions without feeling like I was being pressured. I ultimately ended up purchasing one of the suggested items, and am extremely pleased with the purchase.

Location is a bummer because this area is always busy. Once i signed in after waiting a full hour just to be seen Elizabeth Corrales was extremely kind patient and helpful with my very picky taste. Elizabeth also helped build an anklet although they do not sell those.. they allow you to build and customize your choice of jewelry...They also cleaned my jewelry, fixed my closure for my cross... will be back very happy

Yetsday I went into Jared for my battery to be replaced in my movado. I mush say I received excellent service. I am so sorry I did not get the lady’s name. I will be in again to get more repairs done. I must tell you, I went to KAY jewels and I was not pleased at all. They try to rob me there. I do not and will not recommend anyone to there place of business....thank you so much. It brighten my day to come there!

My husband bought me a Pandora bracelet for Mothers Day with my daughters birthstone. I wore it twice and the clasp broke. (Just wanting a different clasp) I waited on hold for 20 mins to speak to a manager, to avoid driving there and back 2 1/2 hours. I never got a manager. The woman said they couldnt fix it and wouldnt replace it because it was over a year and because I should have addressed the problem sooner Id just have to buy a new one. As much as it saddens me to never get to wear it again, I wont be purchasing another due to the poor quality of the first one and will certainly never use Jared.

I went in with my fiancé looking for an engagement ring and didn’t really find what I was looking for and thanked them for their time. They call me now pretty much twice a week and it’s quite annoying. They have a similar number to my work so I always feel panicked when they call as if I’m late to work or something and than when I answer it’s hard to get off the phone because their being pushy and trying to sell me over the phone. This is all a minor thing but still annoying.

Mr.Tahkire was super helpful and nice and very patient while helping me purchase my jewelry. I know that I can order Pandora online as well but I would rather go into the store and purchase from them. I had a very nice experience and I do plan to go back

This store not only did NOT stock watch bands or batteries, but when we asked where there was a jeweler nearby who did fix watch bands, the overly made up store employee said she didnt know. We found F&H Jeweler and WATCH repair in the same shopping area. She chose not to tell us this. Go to FH Jeweler for any jewelry repairs, they have REAL jewelers on premises, not unknowledgeable employees like Jareds at the Loop.

Visited this store several times and was treated royally every single time. I was impressed that I was treated so well, with no judgement of my appearance. Bought my engagement ring here and then went back a few months later to have the wedding band custom made. They took special care of me and helped me get my ring made in record time. I was amazed at how they took all of the stress out of the process and finished everything faster than I even imagined was possible. Love this store and every single person who works there.

Buyer beware. Bought some jewelry from here to surprise my wife. I work a ton of hours so I didn’t get a chance to come in to return before the thirty days. The salesperson asked the manager for help but she was eating and could not be bothered. Last I checked they are in customer service and have to attend to their customers even if they might be wrong. It’s your job to find a way to keep your customers happy or at least attempt to. As I am walking out the store the security guard screamed out it’s your fault buddy. Totally unprofessional. They should probably look for a different rent a cop and manager.

I went to buy some pandora charms and Sandra, the girl who helped me was amazing. She took The time to show me Every charm I liked and was nice, professional and courteous all the time. definitely I will go back there.

I was shortly greeted and stood there forever. I noticed two people not assisting anyone but still didnt acknowledge me. I began browsing on my own. Then a nice man named Edwin came up, asked if I had been helped. Which I replied no. He apologized and offered water. Allowed me to sit so I could tell him what I was looking for. He did an excellent job! I bought my fiancés wedding band. I wouldve given an excellent if it wasnt for the initial moments. Also, not a huge selection with matching wedding bands and rings.

Went in to repair my Fiance’s Engagement ring, mind you that every month a diamond is falling from it. While we were there a Tissot watch caught my eye and the salesperson was quick to say to pay for it now and I had said that I’ll do so when i come back for the ring. When I came back in the evening, I decided I will buy the watch. I was quickly told to be resized and walked out with the watch, thinking that it was a brand new watch, not a display. I set the time before leaving the store and 30 minutes on my way home I noticed that the time was still on the one I set. No batteries were the first deal. As I looked at the watch again I noticed the whole cuff was heavily scratched, stained and parts were scratched so heavily that it was discolored. I was angry that you will allow a quality watch to be sold to a customer at full price; this heavily worn. I came in two days after with the bag looking for a new watch. Obviously when you walk in with a bag the store reps know it’s a return and are half as willing to help you right away. After 20 minutes standing around, I was told a new one will be delivered next day to the store. Halfway through the next day with no updates, I decided to call the store. The lady had told me that she has no update that maybe tomorrow a repair person will have information. I bought this watch for my new job that I’ll be going to training too next week and the service from Jared has been subpar. Definitely not buying our wedding bands from you or upgrading my watch down the road. Should’ve bought it outright through Macy’s.

The first and only time I took my engagement ring and wedding band here for a cleaning/inspection - my wedding band was returned to me with what appeared to be a lack luster diamond. I have never had an issue with either ring before this visit. I was in a hurry and I did not want to deal with the sales associate any further so I left. When I took it to another Jared that I visited previously, I was informed that my ring did in fact have an issue with the one diamond in particular. It was returned to me with a broken/chipped diamond! How could they return my ring to me in that condition if they claimed everything was great with my inspection?! My rings are currently at another location getting repaired and inspected. I will NEVER visit this store again.

Got my ring here and employees are very professional and nice. Its a very rsponsible store, anything that happens to my ring, they always cover it.

As soon as I am done with my third attempt to get a link added and the surface refinished for the Movado watch I purchased here, I wont step foot in this place again. First time I got the watch back they added like 3 links and replaced the battery but didnt touch the surface. They seem to be always understaffed and I have had to wait 30 minutes or longer a couple times just to speak to someone. The computer systems they use are ancient which slows things down even more. And to make matters worse, the name my watch was under was completely misspelled so finding the order in their system took forever too. Unfortunately I think this is a challenge with their whole company as I have had similar frustrations with Kay and trying to get my wedding band resurfaced. Rant done, but when spending this kind of money I would encourage you to look elsewhere that is more modern and run better.

Went in to this place multiple times every time the staff is rude. You have to force somebody help you. And the girl behind the counter selling Pandora is more interested in talking to guys then selling jewelry.

I bought my wife engagement ring here and they were so helpful and kind during that time. We then went back to pick our her wedding band back on March of this year and they were again helpful kind and respectful. Once we out in the order for sizing we were told we will get a call in May( month before the wedding ) to come in and try it on. May comes around and we hear nothing for waited till mid May, still nothing so we call asking all about it and get 5 different ppl telling us it doesnt show up in the computer that no one put it in etc etc so we say screw up lets look up others. 2 days later we get a call saying, hi your order for a wedding band is ready for pick up.......? Go in to look at it and there 6 repesenitives on the floor but 2 are working the others...idk. We get helped and behold its the person on the phone who said there was no order helping us. Lady was lost in her own mind lost our paper work twice then when we asked her for my wife engagement ring back because she took it to the back to size with the band she said she didnt have it when it was with the ring the whole time in her hand. Needless to say service has gone down in this place since I first made a purchase there and its only bee less then 2 years. Side note though their jewelry cleaning staff do a great job and are quick so thats a plus!

Great service for the price

If I could give this company no stars I would. My fiancé bought me an engagement ring from this location. Everything was fine other than the fact that the financial department lied and tricked him into joining their finance program. The employee ensured him it was an in-house financing program and would NOT show up on his credit report. My fiancé STRESSED to the worker that it cannot show up on his report whatsoever because 1. The engagement was a surprise & I handle all of our finances & 2. We were in the process for applying for a loan to purchase our first home & did not want anything to interfere with the process.Not only was the surprise engagement completely ruined due to the financing showing up on his credit report (which the worker ensured it would not). we also had a lot of trouble getting approved for our loan. We have been sacrificing, working on our credit for the past few years to have little to no debt.My fiancé had other forms of payment for the purchase the ring but again, the finance department convinced him to sign up bc it wouldnt show on the credit report It was a COMPLETE LIE!Luckily my mother was with him at the time of purchase, so she witnessed what was said.I called Jared customer service immediately to file a complaint. That was approximately 3 weeks ago. NO ONE has called me back to resolve this issue like they said they would. Instead theyre calling our phones nonstop looking for a payment. I am so surprised how unprofessional they are. This time in our life was supposed to be so special and memorable, instead it turned into a huge disaster and an experience i wish we didnt have to go through. Im at loss with what to do. Thought id share my experience so no one else has to go through something like this.

But because when you are going to remove an object that you have left to move on to later, they do not care anymore, my husband went to remove the ring after customizing it and the lady made him wait 2 hours while he attended to other clients OF COURSE AS HE HAD ALREADY paid them, they were no longer interested, right?
