Just got off the phone with Rudy who helped me step by step finding the warranty for my starter, after being told by the Advance Auto Parts on 192 that they are not able to look it up and I’d have to remove the starter myself, bring it in, and then they’d determine if it were under warranty. Long story short: it is under warranty. That was all I needed to know. Thanks Rudy!

Went to have my car diagnosed but could not due to covid. Its ok however I just think yall could come up with a way that would work to keep employee and customers safe. Like maybe handing the customer the device and having them attach it to the car themselves than take it in and tell the person what the codes are.. that way the device and be wiped down without the worker touching it.. just saying

Horrible Experience! Had warranty on my axle and the person who attend me Jessica store #03708 told me I wasn’t able to use the warranty, I ended up buying the axle cash all over again to go to the mechanic shop to find out she sold me a whole used axle and it wasn’t even for my car! Very disappointed and inconvenience of running store to store!

Im a valued customer and have a commercial business with them and I only go to advanced auto parts, no other auto company but today I hada horrible experience where the manager named leticia came up to me and gave me attitude for not standing 6 ft. I run a business and the way she came up to me and talked to me if she was in my business she would have never made manager, horrible customer service, Ill no longer be coming to this one ever again

Good deals most of the time. Got the oil change special. Had to wait for service, only 1 clerk at the front. They must not have the rewards program anymore because they never ask for you phone number. But they should because it is how you track your purchases.

The place was full of employees, yet none of them showed up to the registered. After waiting for about 25 minutes. I called the store number and asked for someone to come to the front.There was 3 customers at the time. After someone came. The clerk asked for help and no one showed up.By this time there are 6 people waiting.The clerk ask for help a second time and a gentleman came out of the back of the store asking the clerk: Whats going on?, We are in a meeting? The clerk said we need people here, can someone come help? The other person left.The clerk that was helping me left because he had a client from PR that he was helping. He keep telling the guy on the phone not to hang up.The clerk left after one employee came to help out.Never saw him again.One of the costumers went to the paint department and paid for his items. The customer said: sorry guys I have to get out of here and I went to he back.One of the clerks that was doing stocking, I asked, may you get someone to help me.Someone showed up and helpd me.I was there for 90 minutes.Thats an hour and a half.

Friendly staff and very knowledgeable. One issue is the staffing level. They only have two people for the whole store. It took me over 15 mins just to pay the items I purchased. They need to have a few more people working during the morning hours.

Im not much of a mechanic. you have better luck having me fix your computer or your telephone then a vehicle. I was kind of optimistic when I went in there thank goodness. I was hoping no one would try to manipulate me or over sell me. they actually came up with prices for quite a few items that was way less than I thought. My Expedition now, instead of running on 4 cylinders, its running on the full eight. Also a few other little small replacement parts help stop the shaking. my overdrive is now working. Instead of getting about five miles to the gallon, Im getting the gas-guzzling 13 14 or 15 which unfortunately it does Good As It Gets. the staff was extremely friendly, they came out to the car, looked things over, connected it to the computer, and honestly let me know everything that was wrong. Pep Boys wanted to charge $1,100 for the parts and labor. The Ford dealership wanted 1700 for the parts and labor. The Chevrolet dealership 1/2 2202 the parts and labor. Out of the four and that includes Advance Auto Parts, they were the only ones that were completely honest and told me exactly what I needed and it took care of all the issues. The other three added unnecessary items to the estimate, items they said I required for the vehicle to run properly or at all. Im glad I stopped at Advance I just really wish the website was as good as the guys in the store. they were even nice enough to give me some list of local mechanics in the area that wouldnt try to commit fraud against me and they will give me a fair price for fair labor and parts. I was actually able to do it myself with just a few videos on YouTube it wasnt difficult at all. have they not gave me the confidence to do that I probably would have had to pay someone or shall I say over paid someone for work that I could do myself. And saves me easily over $800 probably more. Thanks Advance Auto Parts John Young I really appreciate you.

5/5!!! Went here after the guys in the other Advance Auto were lazy and refused to replace the battery. Aeysha really helped me out, she deserves a raise! She found my battery behind the front passenger seat and replace the battery in 15 mins in the rain. I felt bad that she got wet :(. The guy working with her also helped since the battery didnt have a handle and it was a hassle to get it out. I wish I knew his name to give him credit. Definitely worth coming here. Thank you for saving me from disasters to come.

We just walked in this store hoping to get some assistance regarding a battery. An associate of 2645. N john young rudely approached us rudely. When we asked if he worked here he said I work here rudely then told us he would deny service to us. He yelled at us and told us, I work here my name is Christian we responded with we just need someone to help us. He yelled at us afterwards. He told us, we look like were about to do something, which a racist approach towards us. This is UNACCEPTABLE. GETTING APPROACHED WITH an unprofessional attitude with a threatening image of us.
