This is my pharmacy and I wont go anywhere else! They are so kind, knowledgeable and attentive. They always remember me, and have a personal approach. It means a lot! I dont have insurance but they have helped save me a lot with various coupons and savings cards on my prescriptions. No other place has worked with me or taken the time that they have. Plus, they all are such happy people, I like being around people with a cheerful demeanor and good attitude!!

Serious sick and I am a 100 percent disabled veteran. I am from Texas but staying in Kingsport TN. I have a veterans my healthy choice card. I went to a clinic who prescribed some scripts and called them into Walmart. Walmart who is suppose to be helping the common people out would not take this nationwide program and charged me. They said I could drive to Johnson City to the VA if I wanted. Shame on you Walmart you left a veteran hanging when I needed you

The people who work at this location are awesome! They remember you when you come in and make you feel like family. They are really quick on the refills and they are always ready to answer a question. Everyone of the employees at this location are an asset to this store.

They are respectful and very nice employees that work there. I get all medicines there and I usually dont have any problems with them having them in stock or nothing but yes I usually recommend friends to them all the time!!

Fast and friendly service. They were helpful when I called on the phone and got my prescription in less than 20 minutes!

Called the pharmacy for work and was put on hold for 10 minutes. I called back and the lady pretty much told me they were too busy to help me. After arguing with me for a time, she finally transferred me to the pharmacist who apalogized for the way the lady who orignally answered treated me. The pharmacist was so nice and fantastic but the lady that answered the phone was beyond rude and unprofessional.

Very rude customer service...even floor manger acts like she is willing to help until u drive back to the store then she wasnt listening in first place.....third time I have had bad customer service with these people I will never spend another dime ion that store...
