I got to take my grandson here to buy a game the employee was very helpful and my grandson was very happy he saved his money and got to buy his game all on his own.

So my bf calls and is asking about selling his games and this dude was really rude on the phone so I call and ask about the games very nicely and he hangs up on me then my bf called back and the dude was being very rude still when my bf was just trying to ask him

Gamestop is always my one stop shop for gaming and all things nerdy. For me anyways, I dont feel pressured to buy. I come in and sometimes all I do is browse and see what they have. This go around I did purchase a discounted zelda glass to add to my collection. The prices can be high but Ive never had any problems with anybody at the location I go to. Keep up the good work.

Well I would like to thank Game Stop for having some PS5 in store on Black Friday.I could not get one online.So I sat outside the store from Wednesday till Friday when they open for the Black Friday sale.I was number 1 in line.I got a PS5 because I did what it took to get one.So thanks to Game Stop for telling how many that they were going to have.And Merry Christmas to my grandson.

If I could give it 0 I would I received a box with nothing in it called corporate dont speak English well mean while called a store 2 hours away they said they had some I asked to save me one they did I got there with receipt they would not give I said I drove, 2: hours kid didnt care I walked out saying there a good place waiting for you so sat in my car decided to pick up amibo cards since I drove so far he threatened to call cops if in didnt leave lol I said please go ahead he kicked me out I have never been treated like this before first to pay 300 for no item no email get threatened and kicked out never again Im leaving the south they are different

Called at least 7 times no one would ever answer and would not answer any question I had.Update, I returned a game I had ordered online to this very store, it was supposed to be new, it was opened. They “ordered” a new one for me while I was there and then mailed me the same game I had returned to them. Pretty sure this qualifies as being plain stupid. Maybe they should start requiring a college degree to work retail.

A business has no right to overwrite local town mandates. I try to support game stop still but they make it difficult. I cant wear the mask for health reasons which is allowed under the town mandate. Only planet fitness and gamestop have denied entry. So Ive denied my business from both. Pre Ordered my cyber punk from Amazon instead.

Just picked up mario 3d all-stars! Really excited to play. Good time seeing all the games but they dont have many amiibos.

They were completely rude. Questioning if I could even make the purchase I picked out and took to the counter. Simply because I had to wait for my wife who was in a near by store who had our bank card. Laughing and joking as if I couldnt afford my items and apparently they dont barter they said money was required. Like how do you say that kinda stuff to your costumers.

Gamers paradise. Just dont trade in unless you wanna get minimum money out of your stuff.

On a worker standard, they dont treat their workers well, which is enough to make me not support GameStop as a whole. Their response to covid-19 was a stunt.On a consumer standard, they offer quite a bit and the store-front workers often know about most game knowledge and can fill-in on most questions presented.

Its an extremely annoying policy that you keep controller boxes on the wall even tho you dont have them in stock. The employees are even annoyed by it. Because they have to say oh even tho this is on the wall we dont have it but our managers make us keep them on the wall. Same with games. Shame on you

I used to frequent Gamestop from the early 90s. I thought they were the bomb! But now I think they are overpriced and you dont get very good returns on traded in games.

Decent. A little small with limited stock. Im not confident that know the employees knew what they were doing, but they were nice enough and tried to be helpful. Ultimately, they did help us find what we were looking for (I think).

Employees always ask if they can help you. Easy to find a game you want on sale or used for cheap. Also you can sell them games you dont play very much. Overall easy to go and get what you want pretty quickly.

Staff here are very knowledgeable. One guy in particular, I believe hes the manager here. This store always has merchandise on sale and has great selection of games.

I know coming in close to closing time is a bummer for employees, however when we came in to browse quickly and ask about a system upgrade, the one female staff member was super helpful and informative. The male told us at exactly 9pm that they were closing and was plainly insinuating that he wanted us to leave.We obviously immediately left. Will not be going back to this location ever again. I hate large super stores but thats where we will be going in the morning to buy our new PS4 and other systems in the future.

Very helpful and friendly staff. I asked about a product that was not in stock and they went above and beyond to search the slow computer system to see if other stores had it in stock. They did not but he did find it on the website and offered to help place the order for pickup.

There stuff is way overpriced. Saw a Vinyl Pop in there for 11.95 and walked next door to target and seen the EXACT same one for 8.99. Said they would price match and when we pulled a add up on our phone they all of a sudden said oh well i need a physical paper add. I remember why i quit shopping at Game Stop. Only positive of the experience was the selection of new and used games. Ince again tho pricing was all over the place. Some new games was 60 and sone 40. Then some of the used games was 3 and 4 and somehow jumped all the way up to 30 for a used PS3 game. Just threw me off a little bit.

The manager doesnt know what the hell she is doing most of time and teaches her employees to talk down to customers and make up excuses. Every time i go into this store the systems are hardly ever working and she tries blaming solar flares and other stupid excuses. I just recently traded some games and got another but when I wasnt satisfied with it they couldnt look up my account to exchange it because they never put it in when she informed me that it would be in the system by the next day so i couldnt get my credit back and offered me 7 bucks so I will most likely not be going back to a store where Im not made to feel welcome and frequently lied to and I will tell everyone I know not to go to this location.

Gamestop always takes care of my gaming needs with preorders or trade ins. The staff is super friendly and are eager to help customers. I love that they get personal and give their opinions of games when asked if they have played them or if they are good. They always have a good supply of games and accessories in their stores. You can also purchase digital games there if you do game share on the Xbox and PS4. And you still rack up on points so its worth it to buy it there rather than online just for points. I do believe they are better than G2K overall.
