Madelyn our sales person and Brandon the sales Manager both went above and beyond with their customer service. Not only did they stay open for us to look at a vehicle, they were so friendly and helpful. Madelyn even took the time to wash our new vehicle before we left and Brandon worked hard to get us the best interest rate. I couldnt be happier with the service. Ive never had a better experience buying a car as I did at friendship! Rick went above and beyond to get me what I was looking for. He spent an off day to go to an out of state lot to pickup the car I wanted and bring it back to kingsport not to mention they provided me with a loaner car (car of my choice) until the car I purchased was at the lot. I’ve had three wonderful experiences with Friendship Cars. My mother, mother in-law and sister in-law have bought cars from Brandon who is second to none. On one of these occasions we were a little worried about lending. Brandon got the required documents and went to the sales manager. About ten minutes later he came back laughing and told us there’s nothing to worry about, let’s go pick out your car. All of the staff is friendly to work with. It’s great knowing that the next time me or my family are in the market for a car, we have someone to go to.

Horrible experience. Purchased a vehicle from them. Had a small amount of smoke coming from engine bay right before purchase. Sales man said it was oil in exhaust from oil change. Said the car was covered with a warranty. Well drove it about 100 miles and it never quit smoking. Took it to a Certified Ford dealer ship and they said the turbo was blown. Called this place back and they acted like it wasn’t their problem. Both the sales man and manager caught and attitude with me. Very very unprofessional people. I would not recommend buy any thing from these greedy thief’s. Never again will they get my business.

I will give no star if google let me. I bought at Kingsport. The battery was already in bad condition and with in a week it dead but they did not even test the batteries when it was sitting at their store for sometime. 150 point used car inspection is all lie. I would never recommend this store to anyone. Until you buy car they treat you fine, once you buy they do not care.

No pressure sales. Very accommodating. Already bought 2 cars here. Will be back when I need a new one.

While the office reminded me of a shack with cubicles in it the service was quite good. We was able to get in and out without any problems. Salesman was great about giving options and didnt try to pressure a sale. Good experience and would go back if we needed to.

When dealing with the used car lot in Johnson City Tn, be aware. There are some dealerships that will resort to any misleading or false claim to see you a vehicle. This is such a lot in my opinion. The management of this lot makes false claims and once you take them up on the issue they start back peddling and the more they talk the bigger the misleading information. Dont believe them and be aware their job is to sell you a vehicle. If misleading or telling you untruth is just part of their service. There are many honest dealers that dont support these type and sell a good product and value your business. Dont get ripped off by this lot and their untruthful claims.

Dont buy a used car at this place. Give u a useless warranty, lie right to face with a smile and tell u ur problem not covered by warranty after they lie about the problem. Paid cash for a car I love and have sunk another 6 hundred bucks into it and still not right. Going to have to pay more at a Chevy dealer to get it fixed.
