WARNING: DO NOT take your vehicle here if you intend to have any service done in a timely and professional manner. The Service Department IS A JOKE. We had a vehicle brought in for a simple headliner repair, and the vehicle sat there for almost 2 months. They had no loaner vehicles and used a 3rd party to provide one free of charge only to find out afterward that not only had they NOT paid for the rental, but our credit was nearly severely damaged for allegedly neglecting to pay for the rental vehicle that this dealership was supposed to pay for under warranty as promised. The issue was eventually sorted out several weeks later after the manager learned of her mistake, which we did appreciate, but she was still in the wrong.In addition, the entire sunroof had to be removed to replace the headliner, resulting in several scratches along the roofline that they attempted to cover up. Unbelievable service. Cannot speak for the sales department, but I would strongly advise you take your Volkswagen to a different dealership for any service, as the service at this location is not worth your time or money.

My car was repaired in less time than predicted and at a lower cost. I guess I could say they lied to me, but in this case ......YEAH! I am very happy with this dealer and my next new car will come from them. Excellent!

Service Dept was supposed to call me back with whether or not I could get a rental since the service dept couldn’t get to my car until the following day. She made sure I realized that SHE would call me when she heard something. I didn’t hear back from her and since the dealership was still opened I assumed she was still there. Nope she had left about 30 minutes before I arrived with my vehicle that I couldn’t drive home an hour away. But the manager was there, made a phone call, said sorry he couldn’t get ahold of her and there was nothing he could do so I sat outside until I could find someone to drive an hour to pick me up, NOT HAPPPY 😡

Veterans beware not friendly with our former service members. Back story volkwagen was offering a 500 dollar rebate if retired i am a veteran did not retire did not say i did now fairway wants me to pay 500 dollar because they did not do there homework this why car dealers have bad reputation i paid cash for car and check has already been cashed

I worked with a salesman who, within two sentences of talking, threw his politics opinion and bad mouthed where I’m from. He doesn’t know anything about me, and made me extremely uncomfortable. He was wildly unprofessional. They tried, but I’m unsure how much effort was really put into this, to see if I could trade in my lease. When me lease is up, I will take my business somewhere else strictly based on this unprofessional interaction with Joey. The service department is fine. I went in for my 10k check up In April and was there for 50 mins. Everything was just fine with that, they were nice

My experience was to go there shopping for a truck for my son. We are met by a very friendly associate who is very insistent we see a car right out front, that it would be the perfect car for us. And he was not wrong. After a test drive and doing the math for payments and checking the mileage we decided that this is indeed the car we want. We go inside to make the purchase. The salesman had mentioned that someone had looked at the vehicle over the weekend but, their credit did not work out. Once inside he talks to someone and they were going to call and check to make sure the weekend customer did not want it? Odd, but O.K. He then returns to tell us that the customer had put a deposit on it and we could not buy it. Why is the car not on the back of the lot instead of out front? Why am I test driving a car you cant sell? So is this a good place to buy a car from? I cant tell you, I was not given the chance to find out.

This was the easiest car buying experience weve ever had. Our salesperson Jared worked with us across lots (Ford to Volkswagon) to find the vehicle we wanted. The sales and management team did not add in a bunch of extra warranties, service plans, or use any high-pressure tactics that so many other dealerships try to do (making your car payment out of reach and the experience overall uncomfortable). The sales/parts department found me a hat to replace a former one that, had for me, an emotional attachment. I lost my favorite old one in all of the transitioning, moving and relocating after Hurricane Irma hit the Florida Keys (how we ended up in this beautiful community). They did a great job, I would refer them to anyone and we will go back to them for our next vehicle purchase.

Horrible experience with the shop. Took car in for it not starting. Told lies about the labor involved. When I confronted the manager about these lies he just said he knew what he needed to do and that he would get with the guys and reprimand them. and that was it. No offer to find out what really was wrong with the car. No Im sorry. No lets find out together. We have two volkswagons in the family and love them. But now we have to drive to Bristol to Wallace for service since we cant expect the truth and dont want to be taken advantage of.

It was my first time buying a car from a major lot and my first experience was awesome! I had been looking for a Jeep and I found a 2016 compass for a great price! The entire staff was very friendly and was patient with me. Joey didnt make me feel pressured into buying a car and I felt like he was honest with me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy a car!

Very pleased with our service here, despite our unfortunate circumstances and delay over the holiday. We broke down on a road trip the night before NYE and these folks rushed us in the next morning, had the car diagnosed within a couple hours and ordered parts. Because it was New Years Eve they were up front with us about the likelihood parts would arrive on time, and sure enough parts didnt show up the day after New Years - but I stress this wasnt their fault! Overall I was extremely impressed with the lead mechanic, Dans, honesty and openness with us, especially considering we pulled a NJ and just showed up for more information, concerned they may have missed something. After talking to him, however, he put our worries at ease and we left with confidence the car was in good hands. (Greg deserves a call out here too, as we definitely spoke to him multiple times everyday the car was there - his patience is commendable! Sorry about that, Fairway!)Knowing we were now 4 days deep into an unexpected hotel stay and rental car, as soon as the parts showed up the next morning, they did everything they could to have us happily on our way back home before the weekend, and took a few extra steps to ensure a safe and successful journey. At the end of it, Dan personally walked us through the repair process and saw us out when we came to pick up the car, and that really goes a long way for us!

Service is alright. I had to ask to get a multi point inspection. Service advisor couldn’t tell me even a ballpark number on how much the oil change is. The sales person didn’t give me the time of day and didn’t show me anything. He was chilling on his tablet while I was trying to make a $30,000 purchase. I decided to go elsewhere because of that.

Service department is not to be trusted. I brought my under warranty vehicle there multiple times and was given a different answer each time as to what the issue was and why they wouldnt fix it. After riding with the mechanic the 2nd time in the car he finally admitted there was a problem and ordered the parts. However he also proceeded to tell me that their computer couldnt connect to my car because of a tracker I had plugged into the OBD port that ruined one of the pins and they needed $217 to fix that. I took the car to my local independent German auto shop and they confirmed there were no bent pins and their computer connected just fine (as did mine when I got home). I simply cant tolerate mechanics who lie to me multiple times.

Awesome and friendly staff. Fairway VW has always treated me fairly and as if I was family. I had my clutch replaced a while ago and it was a very timely repair. They didnt keep my car for weeks, and my car now drives great. Service staff is great and very knowledgeable. Has a small town feel to the dealership, and you I dont get lost in the shuffle. Highly recommended! Dealerships may be more expensive on repairs, but when it comes to your beloved VW, you can trust the technicians at fairway to do honest and quality work!

Service is always done correctly. They do not add extra to the list price of cars as so many deaters in the area do. No matter what initials the other dealers put on the sticker for the $2000+ add on, I view it as a DGF (Dealers Greed Fee).

I used Wallace VW for many moons until I moved to KPT at which time I switched to Fairway VW. My experience has been super hit or miss there and the most recent time was so disappointing I will not be returning. When I called to schedule my appointment, a representative by the name of Katie answered and without asking my availability, what was wrong with the car, the amount of mileage, if I was a previous customer or anything she started to schedule me a next day appointment. While I appreciate the promptness, I have a hectic schedule and had to explain I couldnt do the next day. She was then super short and said well then, when works for you? I assumed this was a bad day and shrugged it off until I had to call the day of my appointment and got the same representative. I was inquiring about getting a tire repaired at the same time and Katie was yet again very short and nearly condescending in my opinion. As a result I decided to just get my oil change and check engine light addressed. Upon arrival, Katie started the conversation with have you ever been here? I advised I had several times and she followed with nothing more than are you aware of our diagnostics fee? I advised I wasnt as a lot of places will read the codes for free and no one had advised me of this when I scheduled the appointment. I simply said I would go somewhere to get it read for free at which time she rolled her eyes and said she would find me when my car was ready. I proceeded to the waiting room where she followed to tell me diagnostics were around $120 (I do not recall the exact amount). I again advised, I could go somewhere else and it wasnt a problem. She yet again rolled her eyes and walked away. While checking out she certainly was not friendly nor well informed. I am big on customer service and this feel entirely too short for me to return when there are other dealers.

Service is terrible. Dropped my car off and was told they were busy and would get to it in 2 days. Meanwhile, My car is still sitting and not touch nearly 2 weeks later. Getting the keys today and going to a different dealership.
