This is one of 2 beauty supply locations I buy from in killeen simply because they acknowledge me when I come in.

Had a great experience until check out. My sister had a question about a product and because she didnt speak English well, she became rude and very frustrated. Im not from here, but I frequently visit, probably wont use them again.

I love this place. Amazing hair products.

I will go in this store any day. I love the staff and most of all, I love the fact that the staff knows what hair products you need for your families hair textures. I will drive from Austin to come here for my hair and hair product needs.

It’s a great beauty supply. Extremely friendly and welcoming and organized compared to others where everything is spread out. She even has an app for cash back reward to use for future purchase.

Small but carries alot of off stuff you cant usually find at other beauty supply store, prices tend to be better too just smaller selections but a good go to.

Visited this establishment for the first time. It was actually a quick stop and go. I only needed one small item: a brown eyebrow pencil. However I made the mistake of choosing a brand that was wayyy overpriced ($5.99). I was in a hurry and didnt have time to go thru other pencils. I did learn one thing: stay away from Kiss brands of cosmetics. Today I found the exact same eyebrow pencil (different brand) at another beauty supply store for $1.99 which is what I was looking for!

I purchased some human hair from this store yesterday and ended up not using it at my same day appointment. So I tried to return the hair and do an exchange per their store policy which says: all tags must be on the package ✅, you must have the receipt ✅, and the hair can not be brushed out or unrolled ✅. I met all of THEIR criteria and they didn’t honor my exchange! I literally purchased the hair a few hours before trying to exchange it because they do not refund! Their return/exchange policy is FRAUD!!!! And then one of the girls working said “well most beauty supply stores won’t even do an exchange”. First of all, you all aren’t either, apparently. Secondly, I am reading your exchange policy back to you!!! It’s not like I am making this up! So if you plan to purchase anything from them just know all sales are final! And they have the right to refuse an exchange even if you abide by their trash policy!
