My daughter found all the beauty accessories she went in the store for. Multiple choices in all products to choose from.

The owner was on her lunch break but helped me instead of finishing her lunch that was true customer service and I will definitely continue to show my support to this establishment.

For the third time I’ve walked in wanted to purchase something and walked out because the service was so bad. You ask about a wig and the girls look at you like you’re speaking a foreign language. I’d rather drive the extra distance to Rancier for better quality, prices, and most importantly customer service. I won’t be returning.

Ive spent so much time here that I dont really need help looking for anything but the staff is always friendly and helpful. The stock does always seem a little cluttered at first but theres a lot of beauty products to make everyone feel beautiful from hair to makeup to accessories.

Whew chile, this is one expensive hair store. Never seen nothing like it. 699.00 for a wig not at all. I understand quality but not what I seen. Makes sense why they are fully stocked. The people who work there are really nice and polite but gawsssshhhhh dam the prices are extremely high. I went across town got the same identical wig for 169.00. Probably my last time coming in. Good luck to you all in business.

I live going into this store because the customer service its always great, their prices on hair are amazing, and they are never out of what I need. I am always able to go in there and very my mink eye lashes with no problem. I only pay $2.00 for them. I seriously love them because I can gain credit on my purchases! I live the loyalty they have towards their customers. Hands down, JKs is the go to hair supply store.

When I went there Nikki was so helpful and patient with me. She made me feel like a priority next time I come and I need assistance I will definitely be looking for her.

This beauty supply has all kinds of hair and wig selections..I have never seen anuthing like it..I went in for some barber supplies and they have a great selection on those products too..ITS A GREAT STORE...AND pretty good prices too..The employees are so nice and very attentive...Highly recommended..and i also picked up some hair products for my hair and at a very good price too.🙂♥️

Usually a great store to buy hair from but for the second maybe third time I’ve run into the heavy set black girl in the back and she always have a smart remark or saying something under her breath about customers. Makes me feel very uncomfortable to the point I don’t want to ask her for help.

There are wigs and products to maintain hair as well. Helpful workers are there also. The store is in the 440 Plaza by Big Lots.

Dont like this place, went in the store with my son, and had a police pretty much watch me and follow me around the same time. Because Im black dont mean Im going to steal or rob the place. Ill never go in there again, not worth getting treated like a threat when I havent did anything wrong.

This store has mini hair care products in skin care products from A to Z everything from consumer products to professional and Mini accessories for outfits and occasions that you may need to acquire. They have a wide variety of weaves synthetic hair real hair wigs and hair care products. The staff is very friendly helpful and accommodating. Make this one of your regular socks if your trying a new hairdo or need to find the perfect accessories to go with that perfect outfit!

Some employees are more knowledgeable than others, (everyone should be on the same accord). Be careful of buying wigs off the mannequin heads especially if theyre claiming its a human blend, ( check the tag of wig against display tag to make sure they match).Other than that join their membership rewards program its adds up if youre a hair junkie.

The employees are nice + helpful and there is and there is a large range of make-up, contacts, hair extensions or wigs, fashion accessories, . The only thing I dislike is the make-up colors are exclusively tan and darker tones. I cannot really find a color for my lighter tone skin. Its not enough for me to say Id not recommend JK Beauty Supply.

This is the only Beauty Supply in the city that I go to. Everyone here is so resourceful, they always help, and I never leave disappointed. They have a rewards program that is extremely helpful, depending on what you purchase. The associates are more than friends, they are an accepting family. Its a no judgement zone and they allow you to try on wigs, which is rare

They have a girl named Ashley that works there and claims to do hair but she cant do hair at all and charges 120 I have pictures and text message if you wanna see

Some of the products are reasonable priced, but they just follow you around too much because they think everyone is stealing.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars but 1 is the closes I can get. I’ve been shopping at this place when it was a shoe store YEARS ago. Last Thursday I bought a “human hair” wig (the cashier told me not to put any products in it which was suspect) almost $300 dollars, by Saturday I called and spoke to Karen the owner because the wig began to shed, thin, tangle, and not curl. I informed Karen I work 6 days a week but could come my next off day. She then told me to wash it with a detangle shampoo but I told her I wasn’t comfortable with that because it was already having so many problems. When I came back the cashier was nonchalant and shrugged her shoulders, I gave her the wig back and my phone number for the owner to contact me when she came in for the day. Not only did I never receive a call but when I came in the next day with questions I was told she looked at it but chose not to contact me. Karen and the cashier insisted that I used too many products in the hair WHICH I DIDN’T USE ANY AT ALL, and said the only thing she can do is give me 30% off of another purchase. I’m too upset with this place, I’ve spent so much money there, and referred countless people just to be treated like trash and called a liar. NEVER go to this place, they don’t show loyalty to loyal customers this place is trash, and will never get my business again.

Dosent have everything spectacular you will be looking for

I bought a $650 wig from the case where all the exclusive wigs were and three days later had it installed. All of the hair began to fall out. I had not washed it nor had I added any product to it. I didn’t use anything but less than a dime amount of got to be glued on the bottom left and right edges of my hair line. Each day brushes full of hair came out. I went back to the store in that third day and the owner never mentioned a return policy and suggested that shedding is normal because it’s human hair. A week later the wig had bald spots all over and mind you I still had not shampooed or conditioned the hair. I went back to the store and one of the wig sales ladies added a spray to it called wig out and said I should have been using it the whole time. I sought the owner but she was not there. I went back week 3 and spoke with the owner because the bald spots became larger and the hair was continuing to fall out in clumps. The owner then went on to tell me that I should have come back within a week if I wanted a refund. I reminded her that I came in three days later. Then she said I should have come back within 24 hours to get a refund. I told her I hadn’t had the hair installed then and she shrugged me off like that’s your problem. I still had the hair on and all the ladies working in the store examed the hair and was like this is awful. One of the wig sales ladies was outside on a break and she said miss this happens all the time. She said people constantly come in to complain about the hair. No where in the store is there a no refund sign or the clauses for a return policy. The owner then said all she could do is to offer me 50% off a new wig. I asked her why would I buy another wig if this one had so many issues. This is the trip part I didn’t ask her for a refund because I’m a business owner and know the toll it can take on a business to give back such a larger amount. I only asked for a replacement. She went on to say no. As I was walking out of the store one of the wig sales ladies pulled me on the side and whispered to me that she would give me a wig that cost $100 for free. I was like you must be kidding and why are you whispering? I paid $650 why would I settle for something that’s $100..... I also tried to dispute this with my bank but the owner is lying to the bank now saying that there is no return policy. DO NOT BUY HAIR OR WIGS FROM THIS STORE.

Vanessa is extremely rude. My friend and I walked in to find her a wig not once did they tell us that they stopped trying on wigs at a certain time or the fact that they were closing at 8pm. My friend asked for a certain color in one of the wigs and Vanessa went to find it as she was looking for it we were browsing through to see any others, Vanessa yells “was someone looking for a maroon wig?” I yelled yes she is back here looking at another Vanessa then yells”Well I’m up here I’m not looking for anyone through the store” well first off that’s your job to take care of your customers, she was extremely rude. We then came up so my friend can try on the wig and Vanessa says “ we stopped trying wigs on” my friend says well I don’t want to buy it without trying it on” Vanessa then says “ well why did you have me go look for that maroon color”. It shouldn’t matter that is your job back in that department to go find wigs and help your customers... I have never had a problem with the other girl that was working there tonight or Naomi. But I will never come back here again.

They sold me the wrong wig. In a box that it didnt belong too. And the owner would not fix the problem. She treated me like a criminal. I shop there all the time. I was really surprised by her attitude.

The store has a large variety of options all types of hair products makeup costume jewelry even a few clothing items they have pretty cool sales and clearance items but the staff and some of the customer clientele can be a bit much in terms of the customer service experience
