Horrible place, will charge more after giving you a price. Dont go here!Gave us pricing for the day we came in $35 / single person bike and said if you want you can keep it longer and will only charge $30 / additional day. It sounded pretty good. We kept them for 2 more days. Scooters - really old, junky. Got us from A to B. But after this experience, I wouldnt recommend them at all.When we came back the third day, he said we needed to pay $40 / single person bike and the owner would fire him if he didnt make us pay that much. When we said again thats not what you told us, he then said the very best he can do is $35.We let them know before we paid that we would write a bad review because they charged us different from what they said they would. He was unconcerned and said, Ill take your card now. We paid and left. Another guy who was also inside during this time, now sitting outside, made cakling and rude sounds at us.

I rented a scooter from these guys for four days. I would recommend them. Aaron was a real good guy. The scooter ran great. I think a scooter is the best way to get around downtown Key West and this is the spot to get it. Enjoy!

This place will rip you off!!!!What is that saying... If it sounds too good to be true.... Well this place is it. We rented 2 scooters and were told the price would be on thing if we extended the rental... When we returned the scooters they told us the price was completely different. Apparently one of the owners was there and the guy that told us initially said I couldnt have said that price I would get fired. The price was going to be much higher than quoted... We had no choice but to pay the higher amount as they already had our card information. This place is not worth renting from.

The next way to get around the island! We rented bikes...super comfy beach cruisers.

My mother, 67 in age, joking asked about a $2 discount so she wouldn’t have to walk to the other rental place which was cheaper and the owner literally said she could kick rocks for all he cared. Very unprofessional service! Don’t waste your time or money!

Very disappointed. Called to reserve a gas golf cart. Guy said he would pick us up from our hotel in 5 minutes. Waited 20 minutes and no show. Called back and guy said he got really busy but would send someone right away to pick us up. 20 minutes later a guy did show up from another location with a really old battery powered cart. He said the parking break didn’t work so he gave us a brick to put under the tire when we needed to park! Horrible experience! Never rent from this company!

Good prices and best way to get around key west. Scooter didnt start one morning (my drunken fault) they had new one at motel 10 mins after I called. Great service and fair prices

This place is a joke. They sent us out with a cart that was a piece of junk. Mirror missing, seats ripped, motor missing, brakes didn’t work and neither did the turn signals. I will never step foot in their shop again.

My husband and I rented scooters for a cpl days. It was THE BEST!! Not only was it FUN to run around town all day BUT parking was free in scooter parking. (Mainly the side streets) We actually got a dbl scooter from another spot and decided to just ride single and stopped by Blue Sky. Not only was it CHEAPER BUT THEY WERE IN BETTER CONDITION!! You will NOT be disappointed. Also Tyler was the best help!!! We will be back!!

Horrible customer service, called reserved a cart got there and they said they would rent us a more expensive one but not the 1 we ordered. Definitely wouldnt use these guys

This is were I rent the scooters, this people gave me a very nice attention on my first day that I came back again next day to rent again, very friendly, told me about good places to visit, wheres the happy hours and they have good price. Highly recommended.

Liked the scooter service, but found the prices to be a big more than they should be.As I can rent a car for less money for the entire day than I can rent a scooter for only 5 hours.Yes, a scooter has more flexibility in Key West, but it offers less speed and storage capabilities, less value when needing to carry more people.Renting 4 scooters is much more costly than renting 1 car with the ability to hold 4 or 5 people and bags and luggage and shelter from the non-stop rain.However, I do like the fact that I was able to purchase one.

Terrible company. STAY AWAY!! Rude staff. I was cussed at and yelled at for a scooter that I brought back that didnt even work. These scotters operate like something you would buy at Target for $200. There are alot of other companies to rent from so use them. TERRIBLE experience.

I was quoted 150.00 for 24 hours by one person on the phone and 225.00 when I got there by the person at the shop.

Shady company, rented scooters that already had scuff marks from previous customers which I pointed out and was advised they’re aware and not to worry. The following day I noticed a charge of $107.50 reflected on my bank transactions, so I called to inquire and was accused of dropping the scooter on its side. So after all this happened it got me thinking that this must be a tourist scam. So I jumped online to read reviews and noticed I wasn’t the only person this was done to; BEWARE OF BLUE SKY RENTALS! SCAMMERS

Great rental experience. Rented scooters for around $35 a pop plus tax. Scooters worked flawlessly and the the owners were very quick. You just need I.D., a credit card (just so they can take an imprint as security for you bringing the scooter back) and show them that you can ride it safely. Plus its across the street from places to eat, shop and explore when you get done.

The salesman will not rent scooters if you are not “experienced” with a scooter. Rudely, he stated “Key West is not the place to learn. Your wife (who’s 40yrs) should practice in a grassy field somewhere.” We went two blocks down Duval toward Southernmost Resort and rented from a different scooter rental place. They gave a five minute safety instruction. We had the BEST time with no problems. The place we rented from is $5-$10 cheaper (depending on amount of time).

I would give it 10 stars but it only lets me pick five! Absolutely an awesome experience. Lily is awesome such an awesome personality. Got us set up with a 4 seater electric cart, showed us everything we needed to know. Will be our forever go to when visiting Key West. It was great! We even parked it on their lot over night because we did a 24 hour rental and when we went to pick it up in morning it was ready, washed off and waiting for us.

Cheap rentals (about $10-12/day for a bike, $50-60 for scooters). Guys working here were nice and helpful. Bikes werent anything great but I guess thats to be expected for a rental place near the ocean. All bikes come with a basket, cable lock, and helmet (though nobody appears to wear helmets in Key West). Would go back

Overcharged and kept deposit after they said we could stay with the rental overnight and we would get our deposit back. In addition charged an additional $53. Just a heads up!!

Love this place! Billy and Lily are awesome. We go thru them to rent scooters and bicycles every time we visit key west. Quick and easy. Never had an issue. They have the best deal on the island and are the most awesome, down to earth, honest, hilarious people! Highly recommended! Love this place.

Customer service was terrible. Trey was the man behind the counter. After we did our trial ride with the scooter we tried to return one of them because I no longer felt comfortable driving it. He said he would take the scooter back but he wouldn’t give us a refund for the scooter. One of the people in my group rented a golf cart and it was rusty and hard to turn. There was rips in the exterior and all of the vehicles they owned. Overall they were extremely rude and I would not rent from here again.

Tourist trap! We rented 3 bikes from this place. He asked us where we were staying and about a stolen bike/ lost bike fee. We wake up the next day to 2 of the 3 bikes stolen from the bike rack. We were later advised by a local that this is a regular occurrence. Be carful, bring your own locks or dont rent at all.

Really (really) old equipment falling apart. Had a great time, but when we returned they tried charging us extra for damage that was in no way from our use. Make sure to check your equipment and take pictures before you go....they will try to RIP you off.

Money-hungry, dilapidated tourist trap. We rented Bicycles from this spot. Man behind the counter was very rude and trying to spread his misery to everyone he came across. Bikes were old and rusted. Prices were high. He let my friend use his restroom before we rented our bikes but after we returned them, restrooms were suddenly unavailable lol.

Renting is easy enough. You might even get a visit from the friendly black lab who works there. They make the process of renting easy and relatively pain-free.

Had a great experience renting a Cart from here during Fantasy Fest. Mark was very accommodating and friendly service. 100% will rent from him again.
