I’ve been renting from this store for a year and every interaction that I’ve had with them is so positive! Today RAC delivered my new stove for me and they were EXTREMELY HELPFUL from beginning to end! They answered all of my questions, and the delivery was on time and immaculate! The delivery driver even made sure it was working with me there to witness!! He was also very polite! Thank you so much kent RAC Team you guys are awesome!!!

I rented to own my couch and chair at this location, they were always so friendly and willing to help out with any information they could provide on up coming sales or availability of furniture items.

It was and has been H*LL!!! The manager Paula is VERY rude and insubordinate. Rather than pulling up my file and doing simple calculations she chose to tell me as a customer that I have been late every week - but doesnt know why I dont have late charges. Then she tells me I did not pay at all one week just for me to bring in the online proof and she STILL after her district manager shows her that I was not late and that I do not owe tries to say that I do. When my credit card company called to verify that the charge was a duplicate she told him they charged me correctly and it was because I was always late but wont provide proof. Im going all in on this one just because of here horrible services and slander. I want the 29.55 they owe me AND damages! Everyone else seems to be fine, especially the delivery guys.
