Great Store. One of the larger Hobby Lobbys I have been in. Employees were nice and helpful when we couldnt find what we were looking for.Christmas decor is in and the store looked very festive.

Pretty good store everyt-ing on receipt is labeled with same codes and makes it hard to tell what they are charging for which item with sale priced items difficult to check if you were charged correctly

I love Hobby Lobby! Lots of ideas for home decor. They get upcoming seasons out early. I have noted their prices are going up since Pier One closed tho.

This store here is so fun, I can spend hours and hours there, browsing from fine art supplies and materials, craft stuff, to decoration ideas. The selection is huge. The best part is the price is almost unbeatable. I used to get most of my fine art supplies from Craft warehouse or Michaels, but ever since I have found out this place, I would always check the availability here first. Now I do craft stuff more, and find this store is even better stocked then I have imagined. Great store, period!

This store is clean and organized. They have alot of product and it is all priced accordingly. The checkout process was a little slow but thats because the gal made sure that everything was ringing up correctly and she carefully wrapped all the breakable products. I highly suggest this store

I found exactly what I was looking for and more. Got quite a few gifts, too. Theyre always having sales on different items (at least 30%), so I usually stock up then.

Love crafting they have awesome selection of everything n sales all the time. Awesome decor for home n yard and great seasonal items. Everything u may need to throw a party, wedding, scrapbookinhg, jewelry making etc or decorate any room...they even carry some furniture. One of my fav stores!

Great store. Jo helped me in the framing department, framed and matted a few pictures! Took less then a hour and did an amazing job

Dropped off a signed artist print to have professionally framed. I removed the art from the protective plastic it came in in front of the framing lady. Fast forward to now, I was told it was done and I could pick it up. Picked up my art and there is a huge scratch across the art and dust specs under the glass. Not very happy with the permanent damage done to my work.Store manager doesnt want to reimburse us for the damage because his system will get flagged for the refund. Unbelievable.First image is day I dropped it off. Second image is the damage they did.

Love this store. Such a huge variety of items. Lots of stuff you dont find anywhere else. Has everything you will ever need for any sort of project youre working on.

Love Hobby Lobby. The store has everything you could want and more. Bought flowers, candles, fresheners. Had to return a couple of things and had no problems. The cashiers were professional, helpful, friendly and fun. Had a good time. Highly recommended.

Love how they play relaxing music and sometimes Christian instrumental music.

Hobby Lobby has some cool stuff, definitely. We found a lot of good stuff for our nursery and the employees were super nice and helpful.Unfortunately, a lot of their decorations play into gender stereotypes like camping and dinosaurs only being for boys and anything pink only for girls. Or that men are incompetent and lazy. Kinda frustrating.

Too bad they abolished the 40% off coupon but there are still 50% off sales every week. They have lots of merchandise. Its a good source for the latest craft craze as well as most other craft supplies. Ther staff is very willing to help.

The variety of things one can pick up at this place. I needed last minute crafting supplies for teen boys and walked out with 4 activities we all enjoyed.

First time being in hobby lobby and I thought it was a nice place to shop, good sales on lots of things to choose from.

They have everything and more of whatever your looking for if it has to do with creating and crafting. Lots of beautiful home decor to. My favourite thing is almost everything goes on sale Sometime. I am absolutely addicted to Hobby Lobby but I have only been to the one in Walla Walla until the other day. The location in Kennewick was massive. It was clean the service was good oh, there wasnt too long of a wait at the register on the line. Longer they called for more help. I was able to find almost everything I need for my business at a very reasonable price. I like that Hobby Lobby always has some sort of sales that makes it a little better when you spend way more than you were anticipating. LOL I highly recommend this location, great job keep up the good work you guys!

If I could give no stars I absolutely works. One person working the line and then wouldn’t honor the sign above the products I was looking to buy. Had me run back to prove it, when I went (after they called twice on it) the sign was removed. It’s principal. Total of $6 savings and no one would honor and instead told me I was wrong and that those aren’t on sale. Second time conned at this location and I chose not to make any purchase today and will not return here. Honor your signs.

This store is dangerous for me, I want to buy so much, any craft and decorating thing you are looking for is probably here, can be overwhelming, clean store, nice staff.

They have a huge inventory of supplies for many different art mediums. I personally could go crazy there!

7 employees running around, 12 people in line. They refuse to allow the CUSTOMER a large sack, regardless of a large purchase. Some employees were very unkind and condescending to other employees.

First time in a hobby lobby. If i were to work there Id never have a paycheck cause Id spend it all there

Store is pricey, but the finds are always unique. It is fun to go and see what kinds of things they are carrying at the moment.

Its easy to spend time in this massive store, with lots to look at & fresh decor ideas. Theres also regularly discounted items at up to 50% off, so it feels pretty satisfying...the seasonal items are always a great selection. Its a favorite for my daughter and I to spend quality time.

Love the product when they have sales its the way to go... But I took my daughter in law which is a tattoo artist and has a tattoo on her neck we figured thats why what looked like a manager followed us around. Made me feel like we were not wanted in the store. Sad.... But the store is beautiful.

Dont EVER lose your receipt, returns are EXCRUCIATING, they make sure of it!! Not to mention the way they inspect everything like they are investigating a crime scene, making sure to make you feel as uncomfortable as possible in the process. 40 minutes wasted, only 5 of them shopping. Make sure you have time before going in!

Sorry but I will complaint I wanted to go to the bathroom but they told me to go to my car to take my bags only 2 and come back to used the bathroom. Lucky I didnt have a sick stomach if not I would had a big problem.. So next time I just go instead to be polite not taking my bags. Just a advised like they say is better to ask for forgines than ask for permission!

I really like Hobby Lobby. They have great prices, and always stuff is half off...wether it be picture frames one week, 40% off certain paints...it changes frequently. Theres always a wait at checkout, but they have plenty of employees that get the job done fairly quickly

This place had world maps. I was looking to redecorate for someone and found great ideas.

My wife loves it. They have a good selection with very good prices in my opinion.

Come in every few days to get odds and ends. Never have had any rudeness or unwilling employee interactions. Would like the womens bathroom cleaner but its a remodel thing i suppose.

A little expensive, some areas have 50%off signs in front of mixed items that are not 50%off, with ones that are and its confusing and misleading,but other than that there is a huge selection of Hobbies I could stay in for hours looking at everything. Overall all six of us were happy with our purchases.

Probably the best selection around. Prices are sometimes steep but can be good if you wait for a sale. Since almost everything is distributed by Hobby Lobby almost everything goes on sale.

Clean, good selection, its too bad they got rid of their 40% coupon but that doesnt change how nice the store is.

So many beautiful things .

Its a good store for the most part but we have allergies & they started using a blower to dust while we were shopping😬so we had to leave earlier than we planned. Also, the bathrooms were closed for cleaning & my daughter had to go. These are things that could be done after the store closes I think. The man was nice & let her use it but there was a line & it was one at a time so there was a wait. Yikes. I just think these are things that would be good for business if you could save them until the customers are gone, not at a steady time on a Saturday evening😕. Still a nice store.

Me and my boyfriend we’re followed around the store then they checked my $20 to make sure it was real when we came in 30 minutes ago to get some other things and they didn’t do any of that. So disrespectful I was walking around to find some things I missed my first time. Will not be getting my service again.

I only go there when Im looking for gifts. I tend to shop for myself online. Around the holidays its one of my go to spots. I have a few hard to buy for relatives and this place really helps me in that regard. I will browse around and then suddenly there it is, the perfect gift for whoever. Pretty much whenever youre not sure what you should get your whoever, just go here. You wont leave empty handed, they have something for everyone. I also like it because they have big ticket items and little knickknacks to be found. You dont have to spend a lot to get something good, but if you want to go big they have it.

I found what I needed & more I love this place. I like making stuff & being able to paint what I make is awesome.
