Definitely gone down. I use to love Michaels! But its not the first craft store I go to anymore. The prices have shot up in pretty much everything! The coupon has Definitely dropped, use to get 50% & 60% off coupons now its just 20% on 1 regular priced item.

TBH, I left w/o buying anything. The triangle set I was looking for was over $21. I can get it just over half that elsewhere. I noticed the display of Unicorn Spit wood stain was $12.99 here, I just bought a bottle 2 weeks earlier for $9.99 (full, not sale price) at FM in Richland. I guess if you cant find it elsewhere...

I was looking for craft wood. Specifically, thin sheets of basswood or pine covered plywood. I reproduced two small boxes which are designed to contain small bottles of essential oils. Craft shops stock many pine or basswood boxes, trays and so forth but scarcely any wood to construct these items. Available stock is twelve inches or less in length and 4 inches in width.Supply is driven by demand in most cases. Online searches for material was fruitless. The woodwork craft is obviously a lost craft. I found pine and Douglas fir in clear stock at Lowes. I lose a lot of material in planing it down from 1/2 inch thickness which is not conducive to small artistic items but is the only alternative I have found so far. Thin plywood was discovered at another craft supply.I am probably one of the lone survivors of a time when small items were fashioned out of wood. Hundreds of items are available premade from China. Why make them your self?

This store is okay. Its organized differently then any I have seen before and very hard to navigate. There isnt a lot of workers to be found, and therefore you just kinda have to wonder around trying to find what you are looking for

Love how they have the option for curbside pick up, never had a problem before except last time they said they didnt have anyone available working to unlock the cupboard where my order was... so they said I would have to come back another time. This was around 1:00pm. Then when I went back a couple weeks later they said it was put back out on the shelf, with no refund or even store credit. A little disappointing, but I still shop here all the time..lol

I have to admit this is one of my favorite stores. Employees are always pleasant to talk to and I always find what I need.

I love this store. The employees are always nice... always. And they have a Clearance aisle that is so much fun to look through. I have yet to not find a lil treasure amongst the randomness. My last trip I was kind of shy and just picking at the items on the top shelf. Then another lady came into the aisle and started looking. After a few minutes we were laughing about how much we enjoyed this spectacular aisle. Another thing about this store is I always find some sort of activity for my kids. They always get mad if I go without them. They like Michael too!

Michaels are all the same with a nice layout and lots of crafts. If you are into crafts they are the place to go. Nice helpful employees

I feel like this store has become a little run down. They hardly had anything in stock and my whole family left empty handed. We had to go to Hobby Lobby & Craft Warehouse to find what we needed and their items were much cheaper.

Went to Michaels today to purchase Christmas decor. When I went to check out, the cashier informed me that my rewards refund was void because it had expired. I have many reward cards with various businesses and NONE of them have expiration dates on the rewards you earn. Luckily, I have many craft stores in my town to choose from. Michaels wont be one of them. Never going back.

Ordered online for in store pickup and when I arrived the item they tried to give me was visibly broken. No offer to order another item to replace it was given. Disappointing

I can not believe how messy, crowded and disorganized this place is. They either need a bigger space or a cleaner. I saw opened packages everywhere and the clearance section was a disaster

The staff are always friendly and helpful. There is a large selection of cute, fun, creative stuff here. This is a true crafts store. There are always good sales running. The store is surprisingly well maintained considering how many small items there are that likely get misplaced a lot. I want to say the bathrooms here are usually above average for public / store restrooms.

The people were great what they didnt know they looked up for me and everyone was very helpful prices are a little bit more than some places but the service is fantastic

I havent had many pleasant experiences this evening was a great example. Not very knowledgeable and wouldnt let me use the 20% off whole order coupon even though it clearly states on sales items and such. Not very friendly as well so I will be avoiding this store and go check out others

Their buy online and pickup in the store is dreadfully slow. I went in and just picked up my items and asked if they could just fulfill the order with what I got. Nope. Had to pay again and they will cancel the online order when it comes thru. I couldnt even cancel it online. Not very efficient.

Great selection of just about any kind of arts and crafts supply needs you can think of. The store is neat and organized..... I had a great, over all, shopping experience.

It is a craft store that has crafty things. My daughter loved it as they had the copic pens and chameleon markers and made her day. It would have been nice if there were more employees but the ones that were there were more than helpful and found the answers I needed to spend all the money of craft things!

I love Michaels in fall!! Always has a distinct odor that brings back so many wonderful memories. And the colors are so beautiful. Their bead selection is great. Paint selection is really good.

Had never been to this location before, but I like it. The layout is nice and the place was pretty clean considering we were there on Black Friday. They had a nice selection of supplies, though I was only there for vinyl and paper. Id gladly go back again next time Im in the area.

The store is a crafts store. You get what you know you are getting.The site is well maintained, and the stores help assisted me in locating things I needed. The prices are what they are. I have no idea what craft stuff usually costs. Lol.The checkout was fast and easy. They really seem to have their stuff together there, and I was pleasantly surprised. Good job.

Called store to ask if they carried a certain product, and all the reaponce was check the website, we dont walk the store to find products never shoping with Michaels again.i was trying to track down supplys for my grandmother who 1 dosent shop online no computer and 2 dosent drive...I work retail this was unacceptable.

They always have exactly what Im looking for for my projects. However it takes much longer to find what Im looking for because the aisles are not labeled and there no directory or anything like that. I feel like I have to wander for 16 minutes before I find the right section unless I ask a worker

Michaels has much more embroidery supplies than I expected. Their bamboo hoops were a pleasant surprise that keeps me coming back often. I love the decor they carry and huge variety of craft supply and holiday decor. Repeat customer.
