This is one of my favorite coffee stops- no matter if I sit down or drive thru- friendly staff- clean and above allAmazing coffee with an added artistic specialty touch when You sit in - surprised me on a tough day and this coffee shop and staff ended up seriously making my day!! It’s the special place I like to share and plan meetings and today will share with my daughter who will be trying on wedding dresses.

Now owned by Indaba Coffee Roasters, The Local is by far the best small business coffee shop in Tri! My favorite drink is their Café Scosso, which is a shaken iced drink with espresso, simple syrup, and topped with choice of milk. But instead of simple syrup, I get honey and vanilla 😋 Their staff is so awesome and the atmosphere is definitely a vibe 😄

While on a mini-vacation in Tri-Cities, I knew I wanted to visit the Local as they use high quality coffee beans and good ingredients. The vibe was super friendly and very socially-distanced, with relaxing music and a clean, art-filled bathroom. We tried the Miel (honey) and Cardamom-Vanilla Latte and they were creamy and nuanced! Wish I could have tried the chocolate chip cookie but they were sold out. Thanks for a lovely visit!

Super cute location. Experienced staff. Place was packed and my coffee was served quick. The cutest pop up flower shop out front. I came to get flowers from Miranda but left with flowers coffee tea and a cookie!! We will be back!

The avocado toast is immaculate!! I went to California and tried the avocado toast everywhere because the niche breakfast in California is avocado toast its on everyones menu. So I figured they would have this thing down... Nope!! The Local avocado toast is 10x better than anywhere I went. Blows cali out of the water!

Great spot to get some work done with quality Victrola Roasts. They have a friendly staff and good vibes situation going on here. If you like Tea they also carry some unique blends of Green tea and Black loose leaf.

This is such a great coffee shop. The latte I had was delicious and they sell fresh roasted beans from Victrola Roasters in Seattle. This will definitely be my new go to coffee shop in Tri Cities. The staff was super friendly, too.

They have the best Golden Milk/Turmeric Lattes around! Love the drinks at this place! I always get great service and love my drink from the local! The matcha lattes are fabulous as well!

Super chill first time being there, it was very earthy cool jazz music was playing, good seating and I didn’t know what to get so I just got a caramel latte, good flavor and fancy art.

I love this place. Their coffee is very good and smooth. The granola bowls they sell as well are so good! Tastes fresh and hand crafted, too. Quality is nice. Ill be coming back often!

Most importantly, the coffee here is very good. Strong and full flavored, the beans here are top notch. So if you get it to go or in the drive-thru, youre golden. The shop itself is all form and no function. The tacky and inauthentic pinterest-esque diy atmosphere is everywhere and the seats may look cool on Instagram but they are very uncomfortable. Its a sad day when the best seat in the house is a recycled church pew.

The Local Coffee House is a lovely place. Even though, it is typically busy, the staff is very hardworking. They are very friendly too. I strongly recommend the Local Coffee House.One thing I wish is that they could add more food options.

It was my first day coming here! I came for the latte art and was very nervous coming in .I was a little disappointed that the cashier didnt ask for here or to go and gave me my drink in a to go cup with no art. The hot mocha I ordered tasted nice tho sweet enough to not add extra sugar but still had an espresso taste, but since this place is know for doing art on lattes the employees here should always remember to ask that simple question. So if your coming here for the first time expecting art make sure to ask for it in a mug for here.

Ended up stopping by after hours (didn’t know hours of operation), fortunately staff was still inside cleaning and made us a drink for our long trip back home (Yelm). Very friendly about it, even informed us of the local favorites to help decide. Would deft. stop by should I come back this way.

Great coffee, they use Victrola beans which is one of Seattles best roasters. The atmosphere is great too, I like the music they play. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. One of the better coffee shops in the Tri-Cities.

Higher end coffee house - definitely for the coffee expert. Very friendly, no reason to be intimidated. They will walk you through your order! I highly recommend the scosso coffee! Inside decor is beautiful and relaxing. Drive thru is also available!

This place is the unsung hero of tricities. Excellent service, wonderful ambiance, cheery people. If there was a single thing to say about the folks here, it would be like they welcome you with open arms into their own home, serve a hot cup of coffee, and ask you about your day.kindness of this sort is unexpected, and simply refreshing. I travel from Spokane regularly to taste this coffee and converse with the local crowd, owners and employees. 5 stars.

Its a great environment to spend your lazy Saturday mornings. Only problem is sometimes you have to wait a couple minutes when the guest start pouring in. Doesnt help that their is one one barista.

Stopped in this morning for the first time. The convenience of being right across the street from my office was appealing. I walked in & was not greeted or even acknowledged. I stood there for a few minutes and not even as much as eye contact being made by the two staff members working. They were in conversation with two customers sitting at the counter and one standing waiting for their drink. I was the only person in line. I literally felt so unwelcome that I left.

If you want to feel like a cool hipster, a modern professional, a citizen doing good for the community by supporting a local business, or an Instagram influencer.. this place has it all yall!!! The best coffee-shop music, excellent tasting coffee, wonderful friendly staff (who have great hair advice 😉), fun games, free WiFi, and overall just a great place to be in. My favorite order that I constantly crave is a Chai Latte with Oatmilk and honey. TRY ITTTTTT! Youll feel really cool and suddenly feel inspired to start writing a book like JK Rowling. Very smooth lattes, not too robust.

While I did not have the coffee here my wife can attest that it was really amazing and loved the way it tasted.I had a beer and it was really good although it was not on draft.If you are looking for a good local coffee place that beats the pants off of Starbucks then look no further. I definitely recommend checking it out.

One of the best places for coffee in the entire area. I typically choose a pour-over brew using a Chemex, but there are multiple beans, roasts, and brewing methods available. They also offer traditional Italian espresso options, which is a rarity practically everywhere. Their food is made entirely in-house, and very tasty. This is undoubtedly the best coffee shop in the Tri-Cities. They serve great stuff from Seattle’s Victrola coffee roasters, and their expansion into more food selections have been phenomenal.If you want craft coffee done well, this is the best place to go in the area. Chat with the baristas to hear all about their coffees, get book recommendations, or hear about the local music scene.

I have gone here multiple times and had a great experience. Today I ordered cold brew and was given iced coffee instead. Totally not cool since theres a price difference and I ordered it for the low acidity.

We had a coupon and decided to give this place a shot. The first car at the window when we pulled up had one person in it and it got one coffee after over five minutes. The next car had one person and got one coffee and took seven minutes. Then finally only one person in front of us. That car only had one person, but after seven minutes we just gave up and thankfully, were able to slip out of line and leave.
