I was there on Thursday, the service was terrible- I watched them get 3 orders out before mine when I had ordered first. After that he made my drink wrong and asked if I wanted it to be remade 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ then the drink was not that good and its something I order regularly.

A very nice person made my coffee. Great atmosphere in the book store. My 2 year old daughter loves Barnes and Noble store. Good place to spend some time.

Sugar free Carmel should be on their list of items to have. Every other coffee shop has sugar free Carmel but not Starbucks. Not understanding that. I do enjoy Starbucks coffee.

The drinks i get here is caramel macchiato, mango dragon fruit refresher, mixed berry refresher, and vanilla bean frappuccino for my 8 year old. best drinks. never had any problems

Starbucks is over priced for ok coffee. I really dont like how negative stories keep coming up around this business. It makes me fell like I could be next. So, Ill save them the trouble. Hence, no more of my Bucks for StarBucks.

Came to the mall and needed coffee but the girls working here looked like they all had a problem as soon as my husband and I walked up. They completed all 4 orders that were behind us in line before they started our drinks. Terrible customer service and our drinks had zero flavor which is not typical of Starbucks. 3:15PM October 17, 2018.

I ordered a brewed coffee with cream and vanilla. After waiting in the drive thru at least 10 minutes got a coffee with just cream. I only asked for 2 things to be added to a cup of brewed coffee its not that hard.
