The drinks are reasonably priced, and taste better than the competition. Unlock the competition, they have a rewards program. This holiday season they are offering feebees everyday.

The blonde associate that was closing was stuck up and rude and had to close 5 minutes early after the camaro was done flirting with her for 30 minutes .. and then when. It was our time she said sorry cant help we are closed .

Me and a coworker were stopping there after work, when we got there it was crowded and due to the where we pulled we ended having to go to the end of the line even though we got there before a few people. They gave us our drinks for free because we had to wait, which honestly we didnt mind being 8 in the morning. People need there coffee. Great coffee but lord was service slow. Been sitting here 5 minutes and moved one car. Edit: 10 minutes to move 3 cars. Slowest Ive seen in TCs. Reaalllly unreasonably slow. Time to get drink: 12 minutes with three car wait.

So last time I went to this location, the guy took my punch card and told me they dont do punch cards and he would log my punches in the computer. So I went today and asked for the bomb, extra sweet and easy ice. The flavor was great but there was no easy ice. After taking 2 drinks, I already was seeing the top of the ice. Then I also realized that the lady didnt ask for my number for my punches and I didnt have a card to remind me. I dont get coffee very often, at all.. this was a very disappointing trip since I left for a coffee and came back home and Im a mother of 4 kids.

The staff at this location are outstanding. I went for a coffee this morning. Today is my birthday so I was looking forward to chatting up my favorite baristas. The windows are all papered over inside. Outside there were flyers, taped to the windows, fluttering slightly in the morning breeze. It seems there is a need for Roasters to negotiate fairly with their employees. Ive known this Roasters crew for years. I believe them. Please help promote fair compensation. Roasters is not the only company needing to reprioritize their wealth acquisition strategies. Its a huge problem across our entire country. I see this as one place where I can support fair treatment for workers. I can sacrifice and save some money. It doesnt take all that long to make my own coffee at home while making a statement Roasters coffee will hear as their bottom line begins to drop.

This location is great. (I accidentally reviewed the wrong location) I specifically mentioned I was having a rough day so not to take my attitude personally and guess what? They complimented my messy hair and left me with a smile on my face. They left me with a better attitude than when I pulled up. Theyve also fixed drinks the Vancouver location messed up.

Even though I dont live near this roasters. I love driving here in the mornings and getting my coffee or other drinks from here. What I love about this place is that they are always consistent with the taste of the drinks. Around the time I go (7am) it is pretty packed but its obviously because people are driving to get coffee then work. Great place and customer service overall!

Love their coffee! As much as I love Dutch Bros, Roasters does not blast their music. This makes it much easier to order. They have always been very friendly too. Great place to enjoy coffee

First let me start by saying I thoroughly enjoy Roasters and love patronizing them. That said, this is the worst location in all the TCs. If there is more thN 2 cars in the drive-thru be prepared tk wait in excess of 20mins. While I enjoy giving them my money, its hard to do when your in a bit of a hurry.

Great location, super clean store, fabulous coffee and 2 nice young ladies who treated me exceptionally well... why anyone would go to Starbucks is beyond me.

Roasters is pretty consistently good. The drinks run a little on the sweet side for me, but probably fine for most people. They are happy to make drinks half sweet if you ask. Also the sugar cookies are a taste of heaven. Staff is great and they get drinks out pretty fast even when they are very busy.

Always friendly staff and the coffee is top notch. Nice and smooth coffee, lines are always fairly fast. They have a good selection of flavors as well and some unusual ones such as lavender, which the wife likes. I keep going because of the good coffee and good atmosphere in the shops. Good place to write papers as well.

They are the best! The Pink Panther (made with white coffee and strawberry) is amazing and my everyday go to. I get the 32oz and Im set all day. The baristas are always super nice and fast. They are off the highway so pretty busy during school and work rushes but so worth the wait, they always come out and take orders outside to make it go faster. The prices are amazing too!

Went to get coffee @395 location and there were two cars in front of me which was fine, then a new car line formed in a different direction and instead of helping me the attendant helped those who drove up in a new line AFTER ME!! VERY RUDE.😪

Hard to get in and out of unless coming from 395 toward Pasco, and heading in the same direction when leaving. Thats the only downside though, as they are very quick when making drinks and they do so accurately without any hassle.

I like Roasters... my grandson use 2 work 4 um... & my daughter has applied there throughout the tri cities.. hopefully she will be hire her last name is Moody

Absolutely love Roasters coffee I think their coffee is very consistent from different locations ... good coffee flavor not over sweetened like some places... I always get the Snickers Blended iced coffee so good every time and my husband thoroughly enjoys dark chocolate creme de mint which a lot of places dont have all Roasters always has it

I have been a customer at roasters for a while before they had all the stores all over the tricities. I love the horchata rocket is really good but everytime I ask for it they put a full cup of ice! I asked for easy ice and the guy told me they charger 25 for the lower the ice they put it made me upset because no one have ever told me he charge me .75 cents more at the end for easy ice I feel they are getting greety now. I like to support small businesses but no one had ever done that before the more they grow the more they want to charge on top of what I get.
