They have the best white coffee in tri-cities. I love that they offer milk alternatives. They usually make their own whip cream as well. They have punch cards too.

The menu is pretty awesome and unique, Ive tried 4 different drinks and they have all been VERY VERY GOOD. I tell them what Im thinking and what I like, they fix it up perfectly! They also offer a military and first responder discount which is a thoughtful way of supporting those who support all of us. I will happily frequent this shop and you should absolutely check it out for your caffeine needs. A favorite of mine is the white angel, add a shot and coconut. So glad I came across this great place! Thank you ladies for stellar customer service, great conversation and bitchin coffees!! KOLLIN IS AMAZING TOO!!!!!! Love love love this place!!!!!

They know what they’re doing when it comes to coffee! I order the same drink everywhere and Knots&Grounds kills it by far! My coffee is rich, creamy and strong! Kollin, one of the baristas, said my coffee is a “hug in a cup” and it really is! Great way to start my every day! They really do it well. Friendly service is an understatement. They are just simply the best start to my day. They are my creme d’le creme of coffee shops!!

I dont know what coffee they brew but I have tried them all and theirs is the best! The service aint bad either.

So the guys here were really nice. My coffee was spot on. And although I dont put whip cream on my drink the guys told me its made in house just like the raspberry sauce that goes on their hot and fresh mini donuts! Which btw were delicious. I always try my coffee before accepting a punch card. This card I will need. Awesome!

Love this place! The owners are super friendly and will answer any questions you have! I recently discovered their blended Matcha Green Tea smoothies and Im hooked! Goes great with coconut milk and peppermint. I recommend this place to anyone looking for friendly service and yummy drinks, its my new go-to coffee place :)

They have snow cones and coffee. There are a few other items but they no longer have donuts. The menus say they do but the lady said they have stopped serving them at their shop.
