Traded in car for truck. Have done trade-ins several times in past and never encountered issues. Biggest prob was that the dealer took forever to pay off the lien on traded-in car (which was part of the deal). Concerned with fraud because it took close to a month! Contacted dealer and got lip service....no payment. Before filing formal complaint with Washington State Attorney General office, went to dealership in person got some lame excuses as to why loan wasnt paid. Basically fast talking lip service. Moe showed me that the check to pay off the CU was in a drawer - versus at the CU where it should have been weeks before. After the visit, the lien was paid but no plates yet. Its been a month. Would never recommend this dealership. Save yourself some stress.

Excellent family owned local biz! My son bought his first dream car here at VIP MOTORSPORTS. They are sweet, Maribel Mos wife even came out to help us at one point. Mo is an honest, chill guy who just wants to sell nice cars to good people. He and his crew also speak spanish, and are down to earth family friendly. We told them are price range and he showed us the very nice selection of 10k range vehicles, I would even say after bouncing around the Tri-Cities all day THE NICEST selection in town. I am glad my son was able to buy his first vehicle from these nice people. We will be back!

Thieves, Stole $2500 from my uncle that was a down payment on a BMW suv they let my aunt and uncle take home that night, then claiming they needed them to come sign a new contract and that more money was due. The BMW was delivered back to them in the same condition it left. No refund given for the down payment. Poor communication skills on managements part during the whole process, they promised to call back multiple times, never followed thru. Definitely would not recommend.

Good people willing to help you with good or bad credit

This is the most shady dealership around. I bought a 2015 vehicle from them, needed a few minor repairs so they sent me across the street (to their certified repair shop) the next week. I come to pick up the vehicle and it’s not fixed. They have to order another part and sent me home. So when my change oil indicator came on the four days after purchasing the vehicle I asked if they’d change the oil as well. $50 oil change, the kid at the counter doesn’t have a record of my service, can’t accept visa, and got an attitude with me and threw the check back at me. I had no problem paying the bill but wanted a receipt of service. Shady. Then 3 weeks later the finance manager calls and tells me I need to go sign the loan documents. 3 weeks after that, my trade off still hadn’t been paid off, call for a week with no response. When they finally answer “the check was lost in the mail” they’ll overnight the new one. Two weeks later no response again for days until the collections department of my trade in is calling and I explain the situation to them. They call VIP who claims we should have got the check but can not produce tracking information, mailing address, or even amount sent. So I’ve paid $550 to a loan I traded in months ago and when I go in to question them the finance guy Rick asks me if I can take the payoff check to FedEx. For real?? No. Apparently Rick is the finance guy and Moe is the owner, except they’re never in the office together, Rick signs Moe’s name on a check, and you’ll only speak to one of them in a day. Seems shady to me. August 30th I bought the new vehicle and November 12th I finally got my trade in paid off. Stay away from VIP Motorsports unless you have months of payments lined up and are ready for a headache.

POTENTIAL AND PAST BUYERS BEWARE OF FRAUDULENT PRACTICES! My husband and I purchased a car from VIP in April. The dealership used our information and forged our names on a contract through an entirely different bank at a higher interest rate and longer term!! We have had the attorney generals office and the department of licensing involved. Filed a police report etc. If you feel you have been wronged or there was fraud involved in your contract you can file complaints with both of them as well. People like this SHOULD NOT be in business. I gave the dealership EVERY opportunity to fix this problem.

I bought a car here a couple months ago and it left me stranded on the side of the road. I am Very upset with how disrespectful the owner was to my family and I. Do not go to this Gypsie lot it is not a good place to shop, shop here if you want to have a broken down car. This owner is definetly not a man of his word I would consider him a coward. And last question do the expect me to wash my car right after I buy it?! Be aware of the fat redhead he is the owner and I think they were high as a kite.

I could give this business less than 1 star, I WOULD! DO NOT go to this auto Dealer! The Vehicle I purchased was a dump and the owner agreed to fix all issues, after giving me the hardest time and run-around, but they WERENT fixed as he said they would be. I had to take my car to be fixed on my own, (3MOS after I purchased it) and it cost me $2000.00 to fix (I have my receipts!). I also purchased a Service contract from a third party THROUGH the dealership. My bank send a check for my all my purchases and Turns out, MOE NASSAR, the owner NEVER paid for it, KEPT my money, therefore my contract was VOID due to lack of payment. Still waiting on my refund for the non-existent service contract! He is VERY CHEAP and is NOT a man of his word! STAY FAR AWAY from this dump!

Do NOT waste your TIME or MONEY on these people. They’ll start their nonsense about how much they care about their customers and how important it is that their community sees their honest work, blah blah. $ They’ll come across as being super helpful and attentive until you call them on their bull. Then they’ll refuse to answer your calls and become impossible to reach. I guess they are under the impression that radio silence will get them out of legal trouble.I purchased a vehicle from them three months ago worth $24,000. Since then I’ve already had to replace four of the tires because they weren’t just bald but dry rotted (including the spare), and the entire front axel because it had gone so long without fluid in it that gears were falling to pieces and parts had welded themselves to the housing. That cost $5,000. They will also charge you for a vehicle title application, never file it and then you have to pay for a temporary plate because you can’t get the ones you paid $150 for, and if you’re lucky (like me) the only way to get that money back is if you have your lender harass them into refunding the money for the application that they never submitted because they didn’t have the title. That’s right, they’ll sell you a vehicle without a title present and without your knowledge. They’ll also charge you for GAP but neglect to send you home with the contract IF they submit a contract, and then refuse to send you the supposed contract, also like me. So where that $900 really goes is beyond me. Probably straight into Moe Nassar’s wallet. And those are just the issues I’ve uncovered thus far! With all that being said, I’ll be filing a claim against them and have already reached out to the Better Business Bureau.& I don’t know where all these 5 stars are coming from or what kool-aid those people are sipping on, but this is NOT a 5 star establishment by any means. Unless it’s a negative 5. Do yourself a favor, drive up a block and go to any of the other twelve car dealerships on that street. They can’t be any worse than VIP Motorsports! And if you’re hardheaded and still want to try your luck at this con shop then make sure to cross all your t’s and dot all your i’s.UPDATE 7/13/19: After moving to TX with the title they mailed me in order to get it licensed and registered, the DMV graciously told me that VIP did not sign the title and still technically owned the vehicle. So here I am again without the ability to get the vehicle that I thought I owned licensed. Guess I’m coming back to OR to wipe the floor with them.
